Another murder on Father's Day. David Mumford aged 67 of Foley, Alabama shot and killed his wife in front of their 14 year old son.
It seems Mumford got angry when he found out his wife, Theresa Ann Walsh was going to leave him. A fight ensued and nutter goes and shoots his own wife in front of their teen, and kills her. At one point this mom used pepper spray to try and subdue her angry husband, but it was to no avail. The poor kid knocked the gun out of his father's hands and the two wrestled on the lawn.
A father in prison for murdering your mother. The boy and another teen son who had been home at the time were released to an older brother.
