Michael is missing along with his mother:

Mom is 5'5, short copper-colored hair and drives a 1999 Green Kia Sportage.
Both been missing since June 15 (per grandfather) after a fight with her ex in Ft. Worth. Mom is on medication but hasn't been taking it. She leaves a daughter at home. More in comment section at the following link:

I used to live in Copperas Cove. Its a small town outside of Ft.Hood which is a huge ( I think the largest in the world ) military base. Nothing ever happens in Cove...which is a good thing. I hope the little boy is found safe. Maybe the mom just needed to get away for a little bit.
