so i just reread this quote again, and something stood out:

This Zenaida person's been in Casey's vocabulary for the last three years. Do they think that she's been plotting to murder her child for three years now? Come on. Give me a break! Look at the common sense stuff...


"this zenaida person." who would say "this zenaida person" if their grand daughter had actually spoken about her for three years. which is a miracle in and of itself. if cindy is telling the truth, this means that caylee, who is not yet three years old, has been talking, since she was ummm, in the womb?! and doesn't this directly contradict the fact that casey has said "this zenaida person" has been watching caylee for 1.5-2 years?

I really like the tone and purpose of this site!

However, here are some random thoughts and thoughts on how I think some of you may be barking up some weird trees: :)

1-The idea she may have planned this all as a ploy to get reward money doesn’t make sense. She wouldn’t have waited 30 days and when her mother FORCED the info out of her.

2-The idea that she is related to the murder at Blanchard is silly. Get a grip please. :)

3- She broke into (maybe) the shed so as not to leave a money trail or be sighted in a store buying gas cans. Maybe borrowed the shovel because there is no telling whether the Anthony’s had one or not. If Casey did break into the shed, it wasn’t because she wasn’t entrusted with the key. I’m sure the thought of getting it or giving it never crossed anyone’s mind. I also believe she didn’t steal the gas because she had no money. She had her parent’s credit cards. But the point is so minor it almost doesn’t warrant attention. But another thing anyway: According to Lee’s interview she was also supported by boyfriends.

4-Do you really think it is possible to call back a number right after it called you (private, withheld, whatever you want to call it) and it be “disconnected”? Of course not! No matter, she contradicts herself significantly in the phone call released today-another lie to add to the long list.

5-Who cares how the baby’s dad died or even who he is? What does it matter? How also does it matter that her ex, dad or Tony was or is a cop? So what? I mean, really. :)

6- I also don’t think it is important whether the grandfather is heard from or not. He seems to be a sane and private person. He is probably just as confused as we are and doesn’t know what to say about the 2 female nuts in his family.

7-Nancy Grace is too emotional to be of any use on TV. She needs to get a grip. And all the national coverage has been worthless for the most part too? Did these people even read ANYTHING before going on air?

8-I have a good idea on how Casey can tell her story differently and it would make sense, but there is no way I am going to risk helping her out (long shot of anyone associated with her reading it I know but anyway) and posting it here…She seems to be too much of a bad liar to think of it herself, even though it is quite simple.

9-Another lie not discussed much is how Casey told the police that ZFG is a family friend but no one in her family has ever met her! Lie number 50ish?

11- I really like the theory that mom is only pretending to back her daughter now (hence all the contradictions) in order to get her to talk. Probably not true, but it would help us make sense of this seeming ridiculous mess of a woman.

12-Casey’s mom and attorney are claiming that the police made some errors in the affidavit, but again so what? There is also a written statement from HER about the events leading up to her arrest. So she made errors too? Ridiculous.

13-Casey has already shown her propensity for making up complicated lies to cover up her bad behavior. She told Amy H. that Amy put away the money in her sleep! If a friend tried to pass that BS past me I would drop them as a friend so fast…just dumb.

hmmn...for other matters....I just logged in for the first time since 3. What is going on with our boards?? Anything of relevance uncovered since then??

BD- I actually believe this may be true at least in terms of Casey's lies and alabis. I think she may have stolen checks or money or whatever and told her parents it was for her nanny at one time. I say this because if you listen to Cindy yelling to some family member on the 911 call about "zanny" taking her. She did not say, some babysitter, or Zanny person, she was FAMILIAR with that name, imo..

i have heard that casey found baez from the recommendation of a prisoner. i'm not sure as to the validity of this. nevertheless, baez was in way over his head. he was barred into florida less than 3 years ago; he works for himself (i doubt he has a huge staff or resources to actually lead its own investigation - which is what a good defense attorney would do), and on all legal organization websites, he is listed as an immigration attorney with some criminal defense. this is the biggest case he has ever had, and he has no f-ing idea what he is doing.

the smackdown by strickland today had to be the last straw. at the same time, i can't fault baez for trying to keep casey out of the spotlight and also trying to get her to shut her mouth. which is why i found lee's conversation with her so interesting; particularly when he told casey to bypass baez and talk openly. i think he may be working with the prosecution. for what i reason, i dont know. but it would be extremely detrimental for casey to now, after all this time, decide to be open and honest. it would come off as phony and she would paint herself into the corner, once again, with all the lies she tells....

While I was watching NG tonight I came across this thought. NG has always been very big on who the last person to see the child alive was. Now, we speculate that it was Casey - BUT the last documented time we know was Father's Day at the nursing home (the pic). Caylee was with Cindy. Did she bring her home and then Casey leave with her again? I do not believe this has been addressed. As far as I am concerned Cindy was the last person to see Caylee as we know it. I can remember NG just grilling this other GM from another missing child case about when was the last time ANYONE saw the child. Why is that not being done here? DUH - stoopid question - sorry - nothing is being done here correctly it seems. Hundreds, thousands of relevant questions yet not even a sliver or an answer.

I watched both NG and Meghan on Greta. I wasn't impressed with Holly Gagne, who was described as a friend of the Anthony family. Clearly, her goal was damage control for Casey. I think Meghan did an excellent job on Greta. Interesting interview with the two friends of Casey's who saw her at Fusion. Didn't think much of the new attorney.

We had gotten a notice in the mail that we had a registered letter. We found the registered letter a few days before, but it was the weekend, so we had to go down and get it. And when we got it, my husband found out it was from a tow truck or a towing company.

And when we actually went down and found out that the car that she, you know, uses was not in Jacksonville, it was in Orlando and we found out the date, that was a huge red flag.

So I started calling her friends and I found one friend that had just seen her a few hours prior, and she took me to where Casey was at, and when I got there, there was no Caylee. So I started to feel like, what's going on? She had told me that she was at the sitter's. So we took her friend home. Her friend and her and I drove around for a while. That's typically when we start getting Caylee down for a nap and Casey's response was that Caylee was probably already getting ready for bed and didn't want to disrupt her.

But being the selfish grandma that I am, I wanted to see my granddaughter. So we drove around a bit. And I tried to convince her to take me to her, and I just started getting an eerie feeling that something wasn't right in Casey's voice. I know my daughter pretty well.

I had a neighbor once that was a lot like Cindy. She had lost her husband a couple of months before her child was born and so she spoiled the child terribly. The girl could do no wrong in her eyes, and even when the girl stole her cc's and ran up over 10,000 she still would not admit she did it.

This is what I think about her so called job..when one of my son's was in college he worked for a liquor distributor and sometimes they would hire really nice looking girls to go into different clubs and promote a certain beer, ect. I remember my son talking about some guys whose egos got really stroked by thinking these young good looking women were really interested in them..

I had a neighbor once that was a lot like Cindy. She had lost her husband a couple of months before her child was born and so she spoiled the child terribly. The girl could do no wrong in her eyes, and even when the girl stole her cc's and ran up over 10,000 she still would not admit she did it.

When Larry asked Cindy if they'd received a ransom note, Cindy's reply was that "it's not that kind of kidnapping".

Her theory is that someone kidnapped Caylee because they want her as her own, and that there was another case in Orlando that's similar.

The similar case sounds like something Casey would use as an excuse, and sadly, I think grandma will clutch any theory that means Caylee is alive and being treated well.

I don't live in the Orlando area, however, I do live with in drivings distance. I have from the beginning of the case coverage thought I have seen her some place. I then realized it was when my former nieghbor got busted last year for prostitution. Casey was in my area for about 30 - 60 days, and worked with her. Her picture was on CL in my area(Sarasota), in the erotic section. I have contacted the police on this matter, giving them the information, in hopes it may fill in some blanks. I believe I have explained this before...but I guess you missed it. Just like bands do these days with young girls (college age and younger teens even)...they have "street teams" who promote the bands/clubs online on the myspace pages with bulletins plus posts, text messages from cell phones, put up flyers, pass out discounts for tickets, etc. They do work for free. However, they have their favorites who will get into the clubs for free, sometimes get drinks for free, and other perks are offered at times. This is the new way that they advertise via word of mouth and through the internet.

Casey, imo, was not getting paid for attending "events" other than a few perks. Sleeping with the paid Promoter (Tony L.) just gave her a more elevated status at the club. To her it was all about being "IN" with the right crowd and being held in their esteem as having an endless list of party friends. It was not a real job and they should not classify it as such. It is going to come back to bite them on the @ss further if the Attorneys don't wise up!

also....in one of the very first threads the production company BZ somthing or other noted that they provide girls/models for venues I thought perhaps she was one of those paper dolls that shows up and drips all over the band members (as photos show). I believe I have explained this before...but I guess you missed it. Just like bands do these days with young girls (college age and younger teens even)...they have "street teams" who promote the bands/clubs online on the myspace pages with bulletins plus posts, text messages from cell phones, put up flyers, pass out discounts for tickets, etc. They do work for free. However, they have their favorites who will get into the clubs for free, sometimes get drinks for free, and other perks are offered at times. This is the new way that they advertise via word of mouth and through the internet.

Casey, imo, was not getting paid for attending "events" other than a few perks. Sleeping with the paid Promoter (Tony L.) just gave her a more elevated status at the club. To her it was all about being "IN" with the right crowd and being held in their esteem as having an endless list of party friends. It was not a real job and they should not classify it as such. It is going to come back to bite them on the @ss further if the Attorneys don't wise up! bumping this one ss and couldn't be better stated! Okay...that was poi's job.

I'll buy a babysitter calling when there are phone records to back it up... unless the call came from a payphone. Orlando to Ft Lauderdale is only a 210mi trip, about 3.5 hours. Pompano Beach is 20 miles closer, and shares the area code. I know that if I were dumb enough to commit a crime, I'd cling to the delusion that I was a mastermind and try to cover it up. this is why i thought their motion for the gag order was laughable. they use the press however they damn well please; they just hate it when it comes back to bite them on the ass.

wow me too! Also, remember that at some point she was using Amy's car too! So she gets back from the beach and her car is gone so she borrows amy's . Z was last seen with the car (per the poi of course but Tony's statement is the key here if you ask me...since he picked her up from where she dumped it saying it had broken down)... no lie is perfect and she will get caught. Just a matter of putting all the puzzle pieces together.

Most of what comes out of that woman's mouth bothers me. I don't know why she is still speaking. She keeps digging the hole for her daughter deeper and eeper with everything she says. So many contradictions and the apathy - it/she is a mess!
