I rec'd this via email....

Ricardo Morales is Caylee’s father (the resemblance is uncanny). He lives across the street from the apartment building Casey says the nanny resided (and where a Zenaida Gonazalez did, in fact, look at an apartment).

OK y'all.....help me out with this.

Why is Morales an EX cop? Did you all know this?

Which police department did he work for?

Which house was Casey referring to when she said a bunch of ‘drama’ had taken place and she was no longer living there? If it was Ricardo’s house, that would explain the drama (perhaps he found out Caylee was his)?

I think the baby looks more like JP than anyone so far (Jesse, Jesus, Ricardo).

I totally agree that the picture of JP looks a little like Caylee. The lips and the mouth definitely. But then again I swore that my friends kid looked like who she thought the dad was and it ended up not being his kid :(

going back and looking at it again,.. I think she has JPs mouth, lips, cheeks, shape of the ears and a little bit of his eyes. I could be way off. Maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. Does anyone else see it??????

I opened two tabs and made one really smaller with Caylee's pic in it to compare to the ones of JP.

I think Ricardo found out Caylee was his, Casey was all to willing to let him have her, to get back at her mom and lose the responsibility....they took her to PR to be w/his family???? Just a theory. Didn't he or someone he knew go to PR just about when Caylee when missing?

I feel I should be in her life so I can keep track of her and see for myself that she is being provided for in a loving, healthy manner. Also, no friends will be visiting now. It was just on the news that Casey does not want to see anyone except her 3 family members so the jail has cancelled those visits by friends that were on the schedule.

That link from post #27 has over 200 pictures, and I wonder if that is Casey's photo bucket? I scanned quickly but there is a picture of Cindy and Caylee that says "my girls", one of Casey and her brother that says something about the best brother ever, a collage of stuff that says:

I think Caylee looks a lot like JP. I see his eye shape and color. And his eyebrows extend out past his eyes... so do Caylee's. They have a similiar arch too. I think they resemble a lot.

But then again, there could be 100 other possibles out there too... :confused:

Hmmm...I thought this thread was about Ric, not JP. (Let JP get his own!) Anyway, I believe this is an avenue worth exploring. If Casey and Ric dated before and possibly during the time he has been with Amy (which wouldn't be unheard of since they run in the same circle) maybe it put pressure on Casey to remain silent about the status of the father even more.

I would like to know about Ric's past myself. Was he a policeman? Who did he work for? Why is he no longer a policeman if he was? What relationship did he and Casey have during Nov and Dec 2004? (This would be approximately when she was conceived.)

If Ric was a "one night stand" as a poster on some website wants people to believe, would she ever tell anyone if he was dating someone else at the time? We do know when people party things can get out of control and accidental pregnancies happen. I would like to know how far their relationship goes back and if she was hanging out with him during that time. It might explain a lot. The animosity she has towards Amy (enough to steal her checks and money), her neglect to name the real father, and other things.

Ric is from PR. I believe that Amy said he is on her myspace or facebook and the reason they went to visit were his family ties there. Is it possible that Ric and Amy are in on taking Caylee? Could they have arranged to help get her out of the country before their "vacation" and maybe a possible reason for them to be in PR?! These are always possibilities.

Amy seems to know a lot more than she is saying publically. What else does she know?

Yes, Amy did talk to the police. And look at only a few of the things Amy told them! All very negative against her so-called good friend and possible roomate. Why was she friends with Casey at all if she thought of her this way? Was it because she knew that Caylee was Ric's and she put up with Casey because of it?

I would be willing to bet a BUNCH of cyberbucks that JP is Caylee's dad! I have looked at all of the pics from JP's site, and he/his family does appear to have some wealth.
It was stated by a person that was briefly on this board for one or two posts to 'follow the money'.

Also, as per PeopleFinder.com, J. P. Chatt had Orlando and Oviedo listed. Were Amy and Casey going to be roommates in the Oviedo house?

Could the poster of this original posting for grandparents rights be Zanaida GONZALES?? Could the grandma noted as Zanaida Ortiz be the supposed grandmother (paternal side) of Caylee? Could she have changed her last name or remarried? If I am seeing this correctly, it was posted May 2007, so this could be about Caylee. Goodness knows Casey is mentally unstable. Possibly Casey is telling the truth. Perhaps she gave Caylee to the paternal grandmother as a way to gain her freedom and as a controlling mechanism to teach her mom "a lesson". Apparently Cindy was/is a MAJOR influence and person in Caylee's life. No, I cannot explain the cadaver dogs, but this is definitely a much more pleasant thought of where Caylee could be.

As for JP, I definitely think Caylee looks more like JP than Ricardo. I also seem to remember that Amy is living with and dating RICARDO, NOT JP. Apparently they were having problems, otherwise would Amy be moving out?

There was a picture posted a while back of a friend of Casey's at yet another party,a female that looked VERY MUCH like Caylee. I wish I could find it again. Anyway that girl looks very much like Caylee. So much so I am wondering if that female has a brother, if Casye knows him and if he could be Caylee's father?

Jesse has been proven NOT to be Caylee's father. I beleive I saw that way back int he postings as well.

He doesn't live at 232 anymore and he was in California on vacation when the baby was born - with his Puerto Rican family members. That means nothing, of course, if he wanted nothing to do with the baby. I thought Cindy said the father has never had contact with the baby....but then again, it wouldn't be her first lie!

I can't be certain, but I thought I remember previous discussions that JP comes from a well to do family and that might explain his hesitancy in telling them about the baby...

On Larry King live this evening 7-31-08 Cindy made the comment that Caylee's father was never involved with her or the family.

I tend to believe this as well publicized as this case is, a Father wouldve
come forward....none has.
Cindy said to Greta V that the Father had started another fam by the time Caylee was born (?) and that was mutually decided he wouldnt be involved...then said about a yr ago, he was killed in car crash. Who knows:confused: At this point, I think Cindy is naive and I wouldnt believe anything Casey said.

My take on Ricardo. According to posts made earlier by Casey, he lived with JP at Glenwood as far back as April. According to posts by Amy, he lived there still as far as June 24. I am not sure of the ex-cop relationship as it is possible that him being referred to as the ex-bf along with Jesse G referred to as an ex-bf, that they may have been confused as to who the ex-cop was. Jesse is an ex-cop but we do not know if Ricardo is. Amy told the news she had only known Casey for 6 mths, but the photos in photobucket go farther back than that. (I wish someone could save Caseys photobucket pics to an online place where we can refer to them in case she deletes those albums, I do not have a photobucket account.) One pic of Caylee and Casey sitting on a blue couch was taken at Glenwood and it looks as recent as her video does, hair and size.

There is a Lake there. It's Lake Tennessee. No access to it from Conway Rd that I noticed. Fenced all the way down the sidewalk. Then there are houses and I believe a small set of apts on the other side of the lake.

I think that is a good theory that should be vetted. Maybe Casey dumped the body near Sawgrass and is now telling Baez to pin it on the Fusian connectioned people because of this new found coincidence.

This tactic would be similar to the one used by Scott Petersen's defense team: that there was a cult group near where Stacey went missing.

Mornin all. Seems like even with this thread, we still have NO info on Ricardo. So odd. I've been jumping around from the start of this, wondering why the name and JPs have never came out much at all. When BH said it on the Geraldo show the other night, Geraldo looked like he was slapped or something! It hasnt been proven he was ex-cop, I still think that may have been confusion with the JG ex-cop but not sure. It hasnt been on the affidavit or the search warrant that he has even made a statement, not one of his myspace or facebook posts have been discovered. and it goes on and on.

I did notice at one time there was a Caylee is Missing Facebook group started by someone that listed JP and Ricardo as admins and Amy was inviting everyone to join. It only had the basics as the flier, no info or posting otherwise.

There are a lot of paint cans in the garage of Glenwood apt where Ricardo and JP lived and they are shown in pictures of the parties, but the pics are from around 07. Maybe Ricardo is/was into maintanance or painting. I think it was too many cans to be leftovers from using at JPs apt. Then again, JP could have been doing that line of work but he has a prior tv job, and seems to be into film, news, things like that so it makes me wonder if the cans didnt belong to Ricardo.

I'm pondering here, hoping someone will read and add in any additional items that they also have noticed.

Info gleaned for me today is Ricardo's birthdate. (from JPs site and an old traffic ticket) January 23 1984. I did see that he enjoyed spending time with JP, going on road trips with him, photography, filming. JP states on his site that Ricardo majored in biology at Univ of Tampa, JP also spent time taking photographs in NY with Ricardo and Ricardo's father in 07. Looks like Ricardo and JP's friendship goes back a little way. On JP's site, I see Lauren, Caseys first yr babysitter and friend from 2005, is a friend also. I am finding that JP, Ricardo,Lauren all go back a few yrs with their friendship and Amy was possibly a friend of Laurens at the beginning. according to myspace posts on Amy's, JP and Lauren knew her in March of 07. I believe Amy stated she only knew Casey 6 mths but I think it may have been much longer according to all of these posts. Not sure. Photos in Caseys photobucket show JP,Ricardo,Lauren,Amy,Casey, and some guy with JONES on the back of his shirt, all standing together in JP's garage. Who is Jones?

Well, I'm not so sure about Ricardo being the father anymore for a couple reasons...one, Caylee really does look a lot like JP (though I realize that doesn't prove anything) and two, it appears he and Casey met well after Caylee's birth. IF some evidence (photos, etc) popped up that he and Casey knew each other around the time Casey came up pregnant, I'd go back with my original thought that Ricardo is the Dad. Ricardo being Caylee's father would also explain why Casey didn't think twice about all of them sleeping in the same bed...

This may have been addressed but just don't have time to go through all the posts.

Ricardo tells police in his interview that Casey and Caylee stayed at his house some five nights a week starting around February 2008.

Cindy and George both say she stayed out at the most 1 to 2 nights a month.

Cindy around April is looking for a counselor to help her deal with Casey and her being an unfit mother, etc.

I have not seen anyone speak about this HUGE discrepancy with Cindy and George's account and Ricardo telling Yuri and Corporal Edwards that Casey and Caylee stayed at his house easily five nights a week in the beginniing of 2008 when he first started dating her.

Any comments on this and just how this would look in Court when Ricardo testifies to this - I am sure he will and it will also show how Cindy and George lied.

My opinion about the possible father to Caylee, would have to be, and without a doubt, JP. But, I can't imagine what good reason the father could have, not to come forward and admit it. Let's say that Casey, deep down inside, doesn't know who the father is. Didn't she say it was Jesse's in the hospital? That was proven to be untrue. Then, she said it was this guy named Jesus who was killed in a motorcycle accident when Caylee was a year old. THIS, would explain why no one has come forward to claim to be the one. And, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't she tell one of her girlfriend's that the father was someone who she worked with at Universal Studios? It's a shame paternity was never successfully determined on her father. I would put money, big money if I had it, on JP Chatt. He looks sooooooooo much like little Caylee. And, in the few photos we have seen of him, his disposition is similar to what we here Caylee's disposition was like. In other words, reading his face, he looks like a sweet, kind, mellow, nice looking person. Many times people not only inherit a parent's physical features, body shape etc.,... but their personality can be similar as well. I wish someday we will know.

Does anyone know who's lives in this apartment? It looks to me, that in the background JP is sitting on a black sofa.

In my opinion, we will never know who the father is because I don't think ICA knows. I don't think it is with anyone we have heard about; I think she slept around a lot looking for "Mr Right"

Of course she was enabled by our two favorite co-dependents, CA and GA. They bought every story she told them, even choosing to believe her lies over their own eyes and common sense!!

That is right. Thank you. Because I don't believe I read anything or heard from the interviews that Ricardo lied about anything. He was in touch with one of the tabloids and confronted by Yuri Melich about that and he readily admits it. Think it had to do with selling some pictures.

Anyway, any comments on his saying Casey and Caylee stayed at his house some five nights a week starting in February 2008 through April. Cindy says the most was two days a month - George says the same.

Bear with me. I realize the entire family lies, including Lee, or hears what he wants to hear, but this is such an outright lie about her being at home when she was not. As far as Lee goes, he tells the prosecutors that Jesse Grund bold faced lied to him about meeting Tony Lazzaro; yet Jesse freely admits to Melich that he did meet Tony at his pool and was introduced by Casey. So why is Lee lying about this. Jesse admits it to police but is going to lie to Lee about meeting Tony at the pool?

Any thoughts.

I think CA's & GA's reasonings for saying ICA was only out 1 -2 nights a week was to deflect criticism and motive away from ICA. Doesn't look good for mother of year to have been out so much. Certainly if ICA was such a loving mother, she wouldn't be away from home so much, leaving Caylee in the care of others.

As for LA's statement....I think that they were just so desperate to not want to believe ICA could do such a thing, they latched onto anything that pointed the finger away from ICA....and I think this is still the main underlying reason why they still behave the way they do.

I try to think of it from the perspective of what if that was my sibling or child that was accused of such a heinous, and truly neglectful crime? I'd be hardpressed to believe they would be capable of such an act, and I'd want to find doubt. This is a hard thing to accept for any family member...and then when you have the levels of dysfunction and egos that the Anthony family have...well, that's a recipe for some serious denial.

For what its worth...in her jail letters, KC stated she has only slept with 7 different men(i don't believe that but for the sake of argument). So if it has truly only been 7 men...it should not be hard for her to figure it out. Which means she knows and just isn't telling JMO

JP seems to do pretty well in life, from what I understand, and likely saw through her. He probably figured that if TL was into KC, something was wrong with him, too.
No mention of Caylee in JP's texts-AH told LE that JP was a peripheral figure because he could not stand KC and did not have much to do with her.

You are right, IIRC-Both JG and TL recalled the same first meeting, nothing weird about it unless one were to believe KC was trying to make JG jealous, which is not necessarily weird, just childish.

Only bad mark we have on RM comes from LA, that RM has a criminal record with drugs-RM also deleted things off of his computer after he was told not to. I don't believe those things would implicate him in the murder, I just think he didn't want his personal stuff published in doc dumps, as by then interviewees were realizing that is what would happen.

You know...I seriously might be...but I am reasonable certain Ricardo Morales is a former cop (former because he lied about his relationship with KC)

And this, IMO, is why the defense has been dragging their feet for so long. There are so many people associated with this case, we have repeats of initials and it gets confusing. I was able to pull 95% of this off the top of my head until the last few months or so, now I am maybe at 50%, lol.

Like HHJP said, the longer it takes to get to trial, the more fuzzy memories become, and he wasn't kidding!

BBM-Eek, I know. If we read, write here a lot, and we watch many of the videos, news coverage and we are forgetting, you gotta wonder about the memories of some of the witnesses that might not be keeping posted on the case-Is the guy from Sawgrass going to remember anything (George Garcia?) Is Brian Burner going to forget anything? What will SimonB recall by then? Most importantly, will the state forget a detail that could win an argument or prove a fact? Ugh.

Ricardo says Casey AND Caylee stayed at his house five nights a week - all the time. Just listened to his interview of October (first one) again and he specifically states that.

Cindy was looking for a counselor around April and was told by the counselor to kick Casey out and go for custody - so there was obviously a problem in Cindy's mind about Casey being "unfit" and it backs up Ricardo's claim that Casey AND Caylee stayed with him some five nights a week - all the time.

But Cindy and George absolutely lie about this time and again.

As far as Lee saying Jesse flat out lied to him - I don't believe him because Jesse tells the detectives he met Tony at the pool and Casey introduced him.

This family is bizarre.

He dumped e-mails from the tabloid that he was doing business with to try and sell photos. He admits it.

The interview process opens up the past and helps people recall more things. Things that might not thought very important, etc.

Seems to be constant DRAMA at the A's. If I was guessing (and I am) It's possible that what the A's were talking about, was that KC would stay out every now and then with the baby.

Then things changed. Cindy expected KC to be with the child at night, every night. So KC took the child with her more often at night. That would limit the number of places KC could go.

Did Cindy work 8 or 12hr shifts? IF 12hr shifts, it's possible that Cindy was use to coming home after Caylee was asleep.. and possibly KC had all ready left, GA would have been there... "baby setting" a sleeping child. Days where she wouldn't see that baby at all.

However, she would still learn what would be going on. And decide that her and GA wouldn't be doing 'night' setting anymore. Demanding KC stay at home, everynight, all night. Using the excuse that it was her job to watch Caylee. Hence, KC might have responded by taking Caylee with her.. since she is the Mother and the one responsible.

Bring back to the point at hand.. Cindy might not have grasp 'yet', that this was the new reality for the family. She was fighting this, and saying no to it.. not what the plan was. etc. So she might not have realized that she had been loosing that battle for months. Then again, she might have realized it, but expected to win the war.

I think to the "A's" way of thinking, those times would have been 'excused' from the story/explanation to the cops and everyone else. Since it (in their mind) wasn't KC's 'norm' of twice a month. And she was only doing 'it' because she was pushed into it by Cindy.

Not sure if I explained that well.

It actually sounds better that she left with her child, instead of dumping the child on her parents while she goes play. The child dumping, ment that someone else was raising her child. Being responsible for feeding, cleaning, etc. That the child was with her, ment she fully took that responsiblity and didnt' pass it on to Cindy when Cindy got home from work.

Before folks bite my head off.. remember, most parents keep their kids with them while they are out visiting friends, etc. Parents tend to take into consideraton that their child is with them.

Couples generally don't do 'sleep overs' at someone's house, unless they are far away from home. But they STILL do so. It just sounds worse when a single parent does it. It's assumed to be a sexual sleep over. Which is considered 'immoral.' Which leads to assumed 'bad parenting.'

I've followed this case from the very beginning and I seem to remember some talk here that JP could not be the father of Caylee because he and Casey did not even know each other when Caylee was conceived. This sticks out in my mind because in the beginning I was one of the peeps who was convinced that JP was the father, and I was surprised to find out he couldn't have been. Now...I'm not saying I'm correct here, because I'm pulling stuff out that's been buried way back in my brain.

But the point I am making is that Cindy is lying. Cindy also tells the prosecutors that when she called Lee to go look for Casey on July 3rd (after she went to Universal and Casey said she was in Jacksonville), she explained that to Lee. Lee when questioned by prosecutors says he did not know at the time that Caylee was not with Cindy. He thought he was just looking for Casey. Out and out lie, since Cindy says she told him.

My only point is that the family lies about almost everything and when it is not a lie, it is twisted as far as it can go.

I just don't understand why Lee is lying about this, unless he feels it looked bad that the family did not do something before a month was up or even less - July 3rd. Because he most certainly knew that Caylee was with Casey.

That makes sense to me, since Jesse was a recent cop. A lot of young people don't want cops in their rooms. lol IMO
