A cash reward is offered for information leading to the return of a missing Templeton woman.
On June 1st, 88-year-old Janet DeFelice went missing from Santa Rita Ranch Road in Templeton.
DeFelice had just moved to Templeton from Southern California and suffers from Alzheimer's disease.
Extensive searches were unsuccessful.
Now a $12,500 reward is being offered.
DeFelice is 5'7, 130 pounds with gray hair, brown eyes and gold rimmed glasses.
Anyone with information should contact the San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Department.
