Police are looking for new leads on an almost 5-year-old missing person case.

Her family last saw her in October 2003 in East Hartford and have not heard from her since.
She is approximately 5 foot 6 inches, with a thin build and light complexion, police said.
Police said she is familiar with the Hartford (http://www.nbc30.com/topic/Hartford), East Hartford and Middletown (http://www.nbc30.com/topic/Middletown) areas.
Anyone with information about Martinez is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Division 860-291-7605.
