If the law enforcement officials locate the druggies, they will find the killers. These poor little girls must have seen someone doing something illegal. And, would have been able to identify the killers.
However, I don't believe this case will be solved for a long time. My instincts tell me that someone in the law enforcement community committed this horrific crime. Who else could cover up the evidence? :waitasec:
