They released over 400 pages of transcripts on the Casey Anthony thing. Why can't they release the interviews on this case to the public and maybe this thing could kick into gear?

Hey thanks... :) Hi sooner, I've had a window open here all day, and I must have seen the "server busy" message over 30 times. Last time I checked there were almost 750 people viewing the Caylee Anthony forum.

I think, though, that the number of people subscribed to threads and the number of updates to those threads in a given time is what affects the load on the servers. I wouldn't think just reading the posts would be all that task intensive. Just a guess...

Have a good one!

Out here they do a background check, and you have to take a routine physical including a Urine test. I'm thinking someone should contact Dusty Chancey and ask how this is acceptable.

Same here but it is a felony check. Teachers have to sign a morality contract - but I don't know about support staff.

Lauren - CA
08-29-2008, 12:07 AM
Support staff are not required to sign a morality contract, but must get a police check directly from the police station in their area, a TB test, a physical, and some other minor stuff. No criminal records allowed!! I'm not talking speeding tickets or failure to wear seatbelts either.

Good point TG. Can anyone in the area call Dusty and ask him how this is acceptable?? Seems an odd choice. As I said yesterday, are they feeling sorry for these families and just ignoring the fact he has a record?

Jessie was born in 1977 according to court docs. He would be hmmm 31??

Also - in the payments section of one of the charges his Ok Tax Refund had been intercepted to pay his fine(s) and there was a comment about his wife called....

Lauren - CA
08-29-2008, 12:21 AM
So 31 huh? Not unreasonable to assume he could have fathered Taylor. He would have been 17-18. Very likely. And he's a Paschal. I always felt that Taylor had to be the biological child of a Paschal because of her name. I don't think they would have hyphenated it otherwise. (Did that make sense?, lol)

I tend to agree with Boots. His oklahoma record doesn't reflect any criminal activity that should prevent him from getting a job. I've had my share of traffic tickets too. I had the opposite thought after looking into his background.... pleasantly surprised given the history of the other plackers. My first thought was maybe this is a decent family member who didn't go down the same path as some of the others. Linda Kaye refers to him and his wife KK. I was wondering if he wanted to be close to school and possibly the kids in order to gain overhear something? Or offer protection to someone? JMO

Many companies require a Motor Vehicle Record from the tag office proving a potential employee's driving record prior to job offer. (Mine does) This is due to insurance requirements on company vehicles.

That's very true Boots, but some don't have a Driver's License if they don't drive.

However, we know he did have one, but it more than likely was suspended due to his record.

If he was approved to be hired as a custodian, he may be getting a ride to work until his license is returned.

snipped from above posting~ Maybe at the High School, and not the Elementary School where Rose works???

There isnt much difference between the High School, Middle School, or Elementary. They are all housed in the same building, at least to my knowledge they are. I could find out easily as I know many who have attended school and even graduated from there.
There is one lunchroom where most all the children go for lunch, unless they brought lunch and can still go outside to eat. I have been in that lunchroom many times. I cant see anyone driving from school for lunch because there is no where near to go. Dustin is the closest place to find a place to pick up lunch elsewhere.
All these children, all ages, all classes are kept very close to one another.
All facualty at school would be close to the children.

Interesting, since I didn't check Topix Weleetka today. It was off line either yesterday or Sunday. Since it's been so controversial, I thought for sure it was gone for good.

Anyway, the names are there - as of now. The idea is that the two guys may have been involved, but OSBI is having a devil of a time proving anything. If one is mentally challenged, it would seem he might be the easier of the two to "break." But, why hasn't he if they are involved?

Hi Trino,
The boys names that are listed were two of the people who were interviewed by the Grand Jury. There names were listed in the newspaper. I believe that is how people came to know who they were. Before it had been posted on Topix, it was public information.

Definitely a possible motive but a psychotic one. Someone that would kill little girls to avenge a children's spat is totally out in left field.

However, that would be the payback I saw! That in itself is frightening to me!

http://www.associationalchildrenscamp.com/ (http://www.associationalchildrenscamp.com/)
hmmmmmmm so IF the rumor was true, then that would have had to mean that Skyla is the one who had the disagreement with DD's little sister at camp. Then how would he know she was going to be with Taylor that day unless they talked occasionally. Well, anyway, it is just rumor.

Very good point Frog.. But you know the way things are looking & apparently the value system of punks it very well could be the most trival matter that could set them off. It seems kids seem to live in the now.. whatever disrupts their little world at the minute is what all their attention is focused upon.

my view:

this was a criminal act, not a logical one...logic will never explain what happened. the person(s) who killed these girls does not think like we think!

i agree... kids & others too, live in the here & now without learning from the past or having concern for the future.... a huge contibution to the problems in our world

Could he have seen Skyla at the Plackers house on Saturday while riding a 4-wheeler??

Does this mean, Skyla got home from camp around May 28-29th and the

girls, were brutally murdered on Sunday June 8th....approx. 10-11 days later?

snipped from above posting~ Maybe at the High School, and not the Elementary School where Rose works???

I certainly hope they have checked him out well!....

Is it a 'coincidence' that school had not been out very long?

Was there any problems at school between the girls and other students?

I've noticed sometime 'home schooled' children have a hard time 'interacting' with other kids their ages.

Did they get along with the cheer leading team?

Does any of the people questioned by the GJ have a sister that went to school with these girls?

I've been wondering the same stuff.
Hey, we let them take God out of schools.... thus we are now facing the consequences in our world. (now where did that dang cow go?) :cow: there it is!

From what I understand, Dustyn has a sister that knew Taylor and Skyla.

That is why I work for a school board that doesn't take God out of the classroom. And proud to say my kids attend those schools. One of our former graduates was buried today, 23 years old, killed in the line of duty in Afghanastan, serving his country proud. Those are the type of kids we teach. We teach them that the world doesn't revolve around them. We teach them respect for others. We teach them respect for themselves. We teach them to love, not hate. When you take God out of the classroom, you take the power away from the child to believe in something higher than him/herself. The child holds the power now. And look what they do with it.

Excellent post, Lauren...I couldn't agree more!! I know as we age, things about the younger generation begin to bother us - but, the single thing that gets my goat the most is the "Lack of Respect" for EVERYTHING.

Obviously the murderers of our little girls were never taught respect. No respect for themselves, for others or, in this case, for precious human life. What a sad commentary on the future of our young people.

Thank God...Canada is smart enough to understand the true values that need to be instilled in our youngsters from the moment they come into this world!!

I teach in a public school and we teach our students respect for others and the responsibility of being part of something larger than oneself. Quite frankly, most of the broken children I meet are missing something at home and not in their school.

Lilacwine - I did not mean IN ANY WAY to diminish the fine job our school teachers do with today's children day in and day out.

I also am in total agreement that the teaching of respect and values BEGINS in the home; unfortunately, traditional family doesn't exist much any more.

IMO our government and our system do not encourage individual responsibility which too often creates a sense of entitlement.

The disrespect shown to our school teachers is an abomination and troubles me greatly. I respect you and all school teachers and thank you for the effort you put into directing today's youth.

I know you do your very best and I appreciate that.

My Mom & her side of the family were all educators and that job is more than a job it is a calling. My son tried public school but he was the type that would.ve fallen thru the cracks if u know what I mean. I worked so hard with him but we finally put him in a Christian School from 2nd grade to 6th...It made a difference..plus they would call me 7& we could spank...yes spank..please no body flame me.. but it was the best thing we ever did for him..

Ok, something weird is going on. I have tried to post a comment to Lilacwine twice now and it doesn't show up when I hit "Post Comment". So I will make this brief.....

I just wanted to apologize Lilacwine. I never intended in any way to make educators feel as though it is their responsibility to teach our children morals and values. I realize it has to come from the home. But I agree with GS. There is a difference in children who are faith filled and those who are not. I will leave it at that for fear my comments will be deleted again.

Hear, hear! Most parents expect the schools to raise their children.... How backwards is that?
