I know there's a hurricane thread, but I thought it was very important to let everyone know it had upgraded...sorry...no more hurricane posts here.
Thought this worth bumping up to the new thread...

Not directing this at anyone in particular, but in case anyone has knowledge about the TES search. DO NOT POST SEARCH LOCATIONS, they keep it discreet to avoid perpetrators moving the body where they have already searched. Since we don't know for sure there is no accomplice lets not discuss locations.

Hi,
It is the second or third paragraph down...
"Orange County deputies took her back into custody at her home Friday evening. Also overnight, the bond company that posted her original bond, revoked it. Company officials said they would likely wait until next week to decide whether or not to reinstate it."
Take care,

OK, I see where you are.
You are here:
Casey Anthony Re-Arrested On New Financial Charges
Orange County deputies took her back into custody at her home Friday evening. Also overnight, the bond company that posted her original bond, revoked it. Company officials said they would likely wait until next week to decide whether or not to reinstate it.
I am here ..
BONDING COMPANY REVOKES CASEY'S BOND
Early Saturday morning, the Clearwater bonding company, which had put up $50,000 to get Casey out of jail on original charges of child endangerment and lying to authorities about the disappearance of her young daughter Caylee, revoked that bond.
That action means someone will have to come up with another $50,000 to get Casey out of jail. The Anthony family was unable to do that when Casey was first arrested.

The video of the arrest last night on WESH.com is really scary. CA's face - and those "eyes". This girl is truly "touched" or "twisted" or something. She sure isn't right - right now that's for sure.
http://cfnews13.com/uploadedFiles/Stories/Local/Anthony%20Warrant.pdf
That's the link for the arrest warrant for last night. Seems she barely had AH's but on that plane and was clearing out her bank account. July 8 - that was the day AH left. WOW this girl works fast.
Maybe her lawyer was trying to humor her.:waitasec:
*I think everyone needs to know about hurricane being upgraded but there was more posts than 1. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend anyone. I'm having problems catching up on posts which I can see will never happen anyway.
It sickens me to see all the smiling of her in Court. HOW can you be smiling, laughing, waving???

The search locations have been announced on the TV news here in Orlando. Maybe not ALL the locations, but they did mention a few and showed the searchers searching.

A E Bail Bond Agency of Clearwater endorsed, or turned in, the bail bond on the original charges. Anthony again is being held on those original counts as well. Officials were expected to retrieve the ankle-monitoring system from her parents' home, pretty much ruling out any immediate release.

My husband hasn't been paying attention to this at all but this morning over coffee listening to me babble on, he said right away, this chick sounds like she's a sociopath and will never disclose the location of that child. She'd die first.
I think that will be the case, she'll never ever talk. People like this will lie all the way to their graves.

Regarding 911 useage - what I was trying to say is that in my experience, LE departments have a main phone number that is generally used for non-emergencies. You can aquire LE assistance this way without clogging up 911 lines or dispatch. A heart attack victim may lose their life if the dispatchers are all tied up with "my daughter needs to be arrested" calls. I'm sure it depends on where you live (I live in a major metropolitan area) but I base my opinions on three facts: Mr. Litig8r is a firefighter who responds to real emergencies (and "my knee hurts" calls). My sister is a former 911 dispatch operator, and my brother-in-law is LE - all three in different cities. The three of us have had the 911 conversation, and we all tend to agree. I would think it's appropriate to call 911 to report a crime in progress, but not necessarily for something that has already happened (days or weeks ago). I've called myself to report drunk drivers, or children not in car seats. If you call your LE and they tell you to call 911, so be it. As I said, I suppose it depends on where you are and the the policies of that area. I just hope no one comes to my city and calls 911 because their "daughter needs to be arrested" when Mr. Litig8r is having a heart attack! Make sense?

Are any of the family members (George, Cindy, Lee) participating in today's search?
Perhaps JB would advise that anything they find can incriminate their daughter, they don't want to be out there considering last night's hooplah, etc.
But if it was my granddaughter or niece they were looking for, I'd be out there leading the pack and to heck with whoever told me to stay home. But that's just me ya know...

I understand that's the way it is in your general area but MY police department tells me to hang up and call 911 for the same types of calls you said Cindy shouldn't be making. It depends on the department. In my area each city police department has an administration only line and about 10 cities share one dispatch center. In my city, the ONLY way to get a police officer to respond for any reason is via 911.

Sometimes LE and the searchers tell the family not to participate, especially when they are being hounded by the media the way the Anthony's are. The way ot was explained to me, was because it has happened in the past that reporters have trampled evidenace while trying to keep up with the best shots.

~snip~I was under the assumption that 911 is to ask for police assistance??
There are emergency and non-emergency police numbers...911 isn't meant for all police needs. It's meant for situations that are urgent and require an immediate response (a fire, heart attack, home invasion, etc). Think of it this way, like the difference between your doctor's office and the hospital er....some things can wait and some things can't wait.

Yeah, I know. But I was holding out for at least Lee.
George is busy fertilizing and Cindy would be too busy bleaching everything they picked up (it might be icky!).
I guess I should resign myself that if it's "normal", this whole famiy is going to run screaming from it with their hands over their ears and do the opposite. Sheesh!

I thought Cindy said, in her lambast to the reporters in front of her house, that she was ONLY hiring the search team to satisfy the "maggots" (media) who are insisting they search around? I thought that slip was telling.

That goes against everything she's said before - her whole mantra is that she's frustrated because she thinks no one is looking for Caylee.

However, you gave great reasons why it would be better to not call 911 for non-emergencies... what I was hoping you could answer is the WHO should she have called. :)
I too live in a large city... I can tell you NO ONE I know would have the first clue WHO to call besides 911 if we wanted someone arrested.
I too agree that when I'm having a heart attack I would love the switchboard not to be full of "my knee hurts".. But, I would love to be part of a solution to a problem...
When you want a policeman dispatched to arrest your daughter, who do YOU suggest should be called.

Can someone help me? I have been away from this story for the last 24 hrs due to my anger over this case. It seems that I have missed something. What is the story concerning Casey and some 12 year old girl on the internet? What was Casey say to her online?
Evidently, this little girl held vigils for Caylee, and possibly attended some vigils in Orlando for Caylee. Somehow, Casey befriended her over myspace...sent the child a "sisters forever" friendship bracelet and a really inappropriate email that started with "Hey sweetie..." and even expressed hopes that the girl would come spend the night with her sometime in the future. The child's grandmother called LE and then the media . The child had to be hospitalized after she heard that the sniffer test and DNA had come back--meaning that Caylee was most likely dead. It's a really sad story, and just another victim in the Casey Anthony saga. There has been debate at WS as to whether or not Casey was breaking her bond agreement by having contact with the child...some say no, some say yes. So, really, that's about all there is to this story.

LOL, the truth is, on this one, I know Tim Miller prefers that the family DOES NOT come on the search, with good reason.
The emotions of a grid search for a loved one are unbearable, and can you imagine a family member being present when they/if they find something?
It is best and I know he told them that and I support it, it is just not a good idea.

I would suggest calling the main number of the police department that serves the area where the incident took place and have them direct you as to where to call. Usually this main number can be located in the government pages of the phone book, or my personal favorite - "google"! For example, google "[insert your city here] Police Department main phone number" Call that number, and then, they can be the ones to tell you to call 911 if necessary.

It states no UNSUPERVISED contact. There is almost no way to prove that it was unsupervised, because her parents will say that they were sitting over Casey's shoulder the whole time. And the definition of contact can vary by jurisdiction.

STATE ATTORNEY COMMENTS ON DNA EVIDENCE
For the first time, Orange County State Attorney Lawson Lamar weighed in on the evidence in the case Friday. Eyewitness News broke the story Wednesday that DNA evidence reveals Caylee Anthony's body was in her mother's trunk and it shows decomposition that Caylee was dead.
"Law enforcement prosecution throughout all of this has been hoping and praying we find this child a live. That hope has been somewhat diminished by recent forensics," Lamar said.
Despite the evidence, the offer of limited immunity to Casey Anthony remains. An email from prosecutors confirms Anthony's lawyer, Jose Baez, asked for it several weeks ago. The deal means that anything the 22-year-old mother says to investigators would not be used against her in court, only the evidence found.
"The initial thought of offering that level of immunity was that we might gain some information that would lead us to the missing child," Lamar said.
So far, Casey Anthony has not said a word. The State Attorney's Office is waiting for the sheriff's office to send over what's called a "fact package," which includes all the forensic evidence.
Lamar told Eyewitness News he isn't rushing the sheriff's office for that packet. The offer of limited immunity will expire on Tuesday.

Wow!! Okay, now I'm getting scared. I live near the coast, close to Houston/Galveston. I was taking this all with a grain because there have been soo many that veered the other way. When trying to evacuate 3 years ago, we sat in traffic for 12 hours with 2 small kids and were only 1 hr from home!! Now, there are 3 small kids!!! So, it would take a lot for us to evacuate again. This one just may do it! Assuming it's headed out way. And not sure when we will know that! YIKES!

Patty, I don't know anything about this and I've been in and out all week. If we don't have to mention who the 12 year old girl actually is, I don't really see the harm in giving the general information. Besides, I thought Casey was forbidden from using the internet....

That confirms nothing, once again, they could be referring to the air tests.

Next time I am in a fender bender and need a squad sent to make a report.. I'll leave the scene to go find a computer or phone book..

I just a few minutes ago finished watching the video of Cindy's confrontation with the protesters. I watched it 4 times lol.
In it she said that the media would not "allow" them to search for Caylee. Nothing to explain what she meant by that.
I suppose that's as good an excuse as any not to search for your missing grandbaby.
I am constantly recalling Beth H. these days. I sure wouldn't want to have been in her path as she heading out day after day to find out what happened to her Natalie.
That poor woman, ravaged with grief, tore out like a house on fire and kept going until night, when she would then do hours of interviews, hair askew, pain ravaged face, sunken eyes, obvious to-the-bone exhaustion, to get the info out there. Makes me cry to this day for her grief and her love for her child.

The mother of the child knew of the relationship and was facilitating a relationship between the child and the Anthony's (she has been at all the vigils). The grandmother of the child said they hoped Casey would tell the child something that would help the case (reward money?). The mother contacted media after the forensics reports appeared.
Some posters said yesterday that the child's parent knowing wouldn't count as supervised, as superviser has to be approved by the case worker.

Wow can someone please tell me how to get sheet rock out of my eyes cause I just put my head through the wall. Unbelieveable!

Be sure to checkmark "show windfield." Then you can drag the map around like a Google map (this is a google earth-based map) and see if you're in the potential windfall.
If I were in Houston/Galveston area, I'd be stocking up on supplies. My relatives in Port Arthur have already made reservations in Fort Worth (closest they could find to PA) and will evacuate tonight. Just keep your eyes on this link I sent you, and if it shows you in the windfield, then you need to start making evacuation plans. Otherwise, just go ahead and make sure that your hurricane kit is stocked, and that you can get by without power for several days--which you should be doing in hurricane season anyway (not gettin' on to ya, just giving some advice. ).

It's not stipulated in the court order. Just says that supervision is required.
I would think, due to the child neglect.endangerment charge, the spirit of the CO means that Casey isn't supposed to be alone with anyone under 17. Just in case she might hurt the minor.
As for this other young woman who Casey was corresponding with, that's all on the little girl's parent's and grandparents. That poor lil thing was used, and not just by the Anthonys.

Why is that I have not seen a single reputable news source talk about the DNA. The air test yes. But nothing about DNA? Do we have solid confirmation on that yet?
Unofficial yes. But I have reviewed the University of Tennesee Body Farm Research Data at length. I posted on it last week before the results came out. What no-one is saying, maybe, accidentally on purpose, is that you need to have evidence of decomp samples (or dna of someone not living, same church different pew) to "order" the gas
chromatograph/spectrograph result in the first place. Point being if the air test is positive, it came from a "sample" of some kind...
I also predict the soil samples will prove positive for DNA, decomposition, and it will be Caylee, and are due back next week.

Wait - are you sure that's what she said? That goes against everything she's said before - her whole mantra is that she's frustrated because she thinks no one is looking for Caylee.Look at her hammer tirade here: http://www.wftv.com/video/17327254/index.html and you'll hear her at this point in the video: 3:33
Also, she is super annoyed that folks were searching in a retention pond b/c only a dead person would be in there. How could she fault someone for searching a pond at this point since there's certainly no evidence a little girl gone for months now is alive. Probably the most telling is at 6:49 of the clip. Someone (finally) clearly asks Cindy, "Do you feel Casey knows something about where Caylee is?" Cindy's response is to avoid the question and say "Have you read the 400 page report? They didn't even let her speak". Um.....if Casey was going to tell investigators but didn't because she was being interrupted, then what's stopping her from writing down what she wants to say and giving it to investigators? Then she can say what she supposedly wants to say without being interrupted. Cindy knows this and she's got a hellava nerve acting pissed off while spouting this crap. Finally, here she is blaming the media for not "doing their jobs" (apparently their jobs are to find missing children) yet, when asked on the clip what she talks to Casey about in her house she says I DON'T TALK TO CASEY ABOUT THE CASE. So....(1) Casey is the only one with information about where Caylee is; and (2) Cindy has ADMITTED as such when she suggests Caylee wasn't able to provide the info to police b/c they interrupted her and "didn't let her speak". Nevertheless, Cindy is not speaking to Casey about where Caylee is? Um, okay. AND she blames media for not making best efforts to find Caylee? She is the only one with the ability to find out where Caylee is -- by talking with her daughter Casey -- yet Cindy is not even talking to Casey about it?
Cindy and George should be promptly arrested. Put in different rooms. And questioned extensively.

The emotions of a grid search for a loved one are unbearable, and can you imagine a family member being present when they/if they find something?
It is best and I know he told them that and I support it, it is just not a good idea. I shudder to think of the condition of a small child's body left in the hot, humid Florida weather. It won't be a pretty sight, if it is found.

I am on both sides of the fence with the GP - on one hand, how sad for them to be so manipulated by Casey and I think they are just so heartbroken that they don't know which way is up. On the other hand, well, we all know what "on the other hand" is.

Not that I am aware of, and given last night's events and the maggots satisfying comments, it would surprise me. Beth has the capability to seperate blame and focus on the loss though, dunno.Hm. I read more into this article than was actually stated - assumed that since Beth was going to assist in the search that she'd at some point meet with the Anthonys.
But maybe not.

I missed wehatever happened last night in the news. How was it decided that Casey went back to jail? Can somebody sum that up for me.
Quick take:
CA was arrested for stealing and using Amy's checks. LE went to her house and arrested her, as a protest by (a local sluether says so) some folks who were neighbors and some who were not.
In the middle of the night, the Florida bond company that wrote the bond revoked it. They said they'll re-evaluate re-writing it next week.
So, Case's in jail, no bond (as of this writing).
Use your imagination to figure out what Jose and Cindy had to say, it's pretty much the same ol same ol with those two.
How's that?

Watch the interviews. she was in her room on her computer, most of the time that Tim Miller was there. Cindy knew, it was on the news. And even if she does trip up, that will be overlooked as are the millions of other discrepencies with the GP's. In an LE investigation, it doesn't matter what is known, only what can be proven. If we could go with what we know, Casey would already have murder charges. (I really hated to write that last sentence.)

Problem is, George can't tape off the sidewalk as that is not his property. The sidewalk is on the city/county right of way. He cannot keep people off of a city sidewalk in front of his house, and if anyone complains about it, he'll have to move it back or take it down, because it's obstructing pedestrians, and could be a city or county liability issue.

Look at her hammer tirade here: http://www.wftv.com/video/17327254/index.html and you'll hear her at this point in the video: 3:33

She called the police to have her daughter arrested.. ( THANK GOD!!!!!! )
I really just wanted to voice my opinion that I don't have a problem with either one of those calls. In fact, I'm GREATFUL she called or who knows where we would be now.. :waitasec:
IMO
First of all, the media revised the number of protetors to 20. And Cindy did NOT call to have her daughter arrested at least not yesterday. If she had, the police would have not needed that warrant that Cindy said they didn't have. Not to mention that she wasn't arrested on Cindy's complaints about the car and credit cards. They wouldn't - mainly because most people think Cindy would lie that she even said that to 911 - just like she never said it "smelled like a dead body has been in the damn car " Cindy can' tkeep her stories straight from day 1. That's what lying causes - you forget the lies you told before.

It's city or county right of way. Anyone can walk on the sidewalk and the grass in front of the sidewalk. He does not own that.
Anyone can go move those signs, now that they're on city/county right of way. That's public property, and he has neither the right nor the authority to block it.
Again, could be a liability issue for the county/city if someone were to trip over the tape or signs.

It states no UNSUPERVISED contact. There is almost no way to prove that it was unsupervised, because her parents will say that they were sitting over Casey's shoulder the whole time. And the definition of contact can vary by jurisdiction. Not to be argumentative over a subject we're really not discussing, but wouldn't the supervision have had to have been at the minor's location?
It sounds like the both of you could be right. Of course, with Team Padilla revoking their bond, this issue might now be moot, unless some new players step up to try and bond out Casey.

Are you asking if it has been confirmed through DNA that Caylee was in that trunk? This definitely does not appear to be a gray matter. Her DNA was confirmed and forensics showed that the hair samples found in the car contained bacteria only present when the hair has been removed from a body that is decomposing.

And the garbage about what the tow yard guy said - about perishable foods. I read that interview and he said it smelled like a suicide victim in a car that had been there fore five days - he NEVER siad perishable food.
If it was perishable food, Cindy, why did you toss it out instead of keeping it to SHOW people there was no dead body in there.
I am disgusted beyond belief at this woman. She tells people to search, but no one will give them a location to start from. And that directly falls back on Casey. Someone please tell Cindy I look in every park that I pass by in CA for Caylee.

d'nada. It's pretty boring today....which is a really GOOD thing!
Agreed. I've been out of town working for 3 days and had a lot to catch up on with this case. Then my sister called to tell of her evacuation today so I'm hoping for a slow night with Ms Casey just to weed thru what she did last week. LOL
I was just reviewing the confrontation video with GM and was surprised at the lady's name who confronted her. Bet when she read that her eyes popped a little today.

I saw the Today show video (Thanks Patty for the uploads). It's disappointing that so many people speaking with Cindy blow their chance at asking the right question. Cindy very indignantly told the newscaster, "You don't understand her [Casey's] rationale [for the way she is handling things/not talking to LE]". The response should have been an immediate, "Okay, then, what's her rationale?" Then, Cindy would either have to tell the truth (will never happen) or say "I don't know what her rationale is", in which case the newscaster could have said "Well, you're complaining that people don't understand your daughter's rationale but you don't understand it either?" As a lawyer, I cringe when I see lost opportunities like this.

It is the county's easement over the property. Just like an easement for ingress and egress over property (i.e. a road). Eminent domain in the right to take property for government use.
So the area between the sidewalk and the road is not call eminent domain, right? Eminent domain is where they can take part of your yard to widen the roads or something like that right? So would that strip of land at the back of my property that they told me I could not fence in because the city, county, whatever might need easy access to it, be called an easement? Isn't that where they run some of the utlities lines and water pipes? They told me there were water pipes under there.
Sorry for being so stupid but I am not very good that this property owner stuff at all. They could come take half my yard and I wouldn't even know whether it was right or wrong.

Expect more info to be released to the public by LE now. Cindy (and that so-called "family spokesman" ) slapped them in the face on a nationwide tv show.

Thanks for this interview, I missed it this missing this morning.
Boy Cindy is so wrong about so many things. She states TES is looking for a live body, yeah right that why they are searching the woods. As to the tow company, she is only pulling the parts she wants to believe from all the statements they made to police. Such as the tow driver said had a cold and could not smell very well, along with that in the FL heat all dumpsters have a terrible smell that would have masked the odor at the time of pickup. The tow company also stated that the smell at the time the car was picked up from the tow yard was the same as that of another car that a man have died in. Cindy I fear is in a whole other world too.
Cindy wants to know why people aren't looking for a live child, when Casey tells the true as to what happened to LE that day Casey disappeared they might have a good idea of where to start. LE does not have that because everything Casey told them about that day was proven to be a lie. Wake up lady!!!
I just get so frustrated with the family's rationality!!!!

That's the link for the arrest warrant for last night. Seems she barely had AH's but on that plane and was clearing out her bank account. July 8 - that was the day AH left. WOW this girl works fast.

I was a right-of-way agent for our Dept. of Transportation here several years ago...it's called "right of way." The property owner does not own it and never has.
If there were a powerline going across their property, or town waterline crossing their property...they'd have to grant easement.
But the sidewalk to the road centerline on both sides of the street are city/county right of way--and public property.

Thread closed on me...
Make sense?
Yes, it makes sense and many cities have a non emergency number to call in addition to the 911 number. My hubby is a retired firefighter for a major metropolitan city and knows first hand being called out on a 911 call that was for a non emergency.

Yes, it would be an easement on the backside of your property, because there's no roadway there.
Where there's a roadway, there's a right of way. The city always has right of way at least to the back of the curb, usually to the backside of the ditch, and always to the backside of the sidewalk.

I was going to ask about this. I also did not think you could block a sidewalk.
http://i36.tinypic.com/svmbms.jpg Ask any Union official on strike. Strikers can picket on the sidewalk as it is public property. They cann't block a driveway or hinder anyone from entering a driveway, but they can stand right up on the edge of it. I hope the city/county comes and removes all that and has a little talk with MR. WE MAINTAIN IT SO WE OWN IT, The webcam is not showing it now, but I wish it did.
Frankly I'm surprised he didn't block off the street.
Just watched the Today show - thanks for the upload!!
I don't get it. Cindy says that everyone should be looking for her daughter... but the most obvious question to follow up her comments would be, where are we to look if THE LAST PERSON TO SEE HER ALIVE won't provide any information on WHERE TO START!?!?!?!
If she continues to be mum on the who, what, where, when and why - what is LE, and the public to do??? I know that JB has said "There is a very compelling reason why she hasn't spoken..." but I have to say, more compelling then directing a nation of people to locate this girl???
Why won't ANY interviewer DRILL DOWN on this most very basic issue???
And on a side note, what the heck is the purpose of this supposed "Family Spokesperson" I have barely heard or seen him since his announcement.... and everytime he speaks it's an afterthought to something Cindy has already said. The purpose of a Spokesperson is so that the family doesn't have to be bothered with interviews and media, can go on about finding their missing person and helping with searches, and not saying ANYTHING that would incriminate or hinder. All information is usually filtered through the spokesperson...

I've been thinking is Cindy for real?? Maybe just pretending that she's on Casey's side, and hoping Casey will finally speak.
But otherwise the case is very strange. According to police report, Casey Anthony said that on June 9, she dropped Caylee off at a babysitter. It was the last time she saw her. But Cindy believes she saw Caylee on June 15 in her testimony in Casey's bond hearing in July. So who is lying??? If she died, where that happened? Not in grandparents house?

Just watched the today show -
Cindy certainly has the WORST case of denial I have ever seen!!!! I feel HORRIBLE for those 2- ( George & Cindy )
I think she truly believes Caylee is alive. She just won't look at the alternative. Everything they say & do is really rooted in their denial!
I know this is an unpopular thought.. but I don't think ANYTHING the GP's are doing is out of deception...
...just hardcore DENIAL!
I personally will not be spending much time or effort on their remarks, or actions for that matter. I don't think either of them could get Casey to tell them ANYTHING... & I believe they don't want to know the awful truth.
Anyone know if there has been any reporting on the TES search today?

if it wasn't a good bond there would be another hold on her or say the bond had been revoked, i think this is there way to pressure her into the deal, god i hope it dosen't work...

I still don't understand why a webcam is still focused on the house... Casey is in jail, now. The Anthony's are not suspects and any official business that goes down with LE will probably be if Caylee's body is found and LE has to tell the Anthony's. Seriously... do we want to be privy to the sight of their heartache on that? I don't think we do... IMO
I love it

I'm not a lawyer but I feel the same way.
The media lets Cindy & George off way too easy! That allows Cindy to keep thinking her inane ranting are having a positive effect in the defense of Casey.
Just listened to the Today Show interview. Garrison is just another enabler in the 'Poor Casey' game, I see.
Cindy's still pushing the rotting pizza theory?!!! What next, she'll pay off some pizzaman to claim he uses dead bodies in his pizza ingredients?
Blah, blah, blah.... it's all the media's fault. It's all the public's fault. It's all LE's fault. One day, Cindy will add the JURY to that list of perceived enemies that she blames for Caylee's death. you know i think cindy beleives in what she is saying .. she is lashing out terribly yes and it shouldnt be to the public .. i really just dont think she knows how to handle this . i think she is living day by day and on auto pilot .. im not defending her but .. i feel rather badly for her .. she loves caylee and she did ask for caylee to be returned . she did ask .. which is what we all wondered why she hasnt done .
What does "endorsed by" mean? Does that mean she's getting out on bond again????

That Larry guy just ticks me off.. and I'm so sick of Cindy's protecting Casey. She knows her daughter's a liar and completely off her rocker. I know she doesn't want Caylee to be dead, but come on now! Cindy- you can't say the cops aren't looking! Your daughter is the reason why they haven't found her yet!! You can't say there was no smell in the car- two dogs, a cop, you and George, and a freakin' tow yard guy all smelled it!! Wake up and smell the pizza!!

She ranks up there at the top with people out of touch with reality. IMHO
I can't stand watching that "spokesperson" he seems so unprofessional to me.

Ok...thoughts after seeing the video of the Today show.
Cindy has thrown down the gauntlet. She's signaled that she's no longer working with LE. She slammed Yuri and other investigators, claiming that there was no arrest warrant, saying that they are "grandstanding," saying that they have no reason to set her bail so high.
Expect more info to be released to the public by LE now. Cindy (and that so-called "family spokesman" ) slapped them in the face on a nationwide tv show.
Police will respond. We'll learn more today.
And I don't see denial when I listen to Cindy. I see "protect my daughter at all costs, even if that cost is ever finding my granddaughter's corpse."
Yeah all that and I think Cindy really needs to go back and watch statements she made to the media . It really ticks me off when she out and out lies about things we all heard her say. Does she not realize this ???

Just my thoughts on this Saturday afternoon ...
You know, the world has been so desensitized to death, murder, rape, etc. .... that sometimes it's just so heart wrenching to read all of this about Caylee, who was once a vibrant healthy LIVE little girl ... with rosy cheeks and giggles.
Maggots ... dirt .. decomposition ... I just had to let down today ... and cry. A good long deep cry ... for the child that was ... IF she is no longer alive.
It's good I believe in Heaven ... and another life with no death, I don't think I could face this world without that.
I look forward to the day, that I can see Caylee ... talk to her .. hold her close ... and see her giggle and smile .. and run and play. Thank goodness there will be that chance, in Heaven. :-)
How could she have been forgotten so fast by her family? How can they separate so far ... how can they not search and search and search, until they fall down .... and weep long and hard? I don't understand .... I just don't.
I just want to say ... Caylee .. on behalf of ALL the posters here, you are loved. Your life meant something! Your memory has touched us and will continue to touch us, the rest of our life, I believe. We will see you again someday .... we will.
Your heart is tied to ours ... and will forever be.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound dumb - but does that mean a company is going to bond her out??

I told you I read some where the bonding company said they where undecided if they would reinstate the 50,000 bond agianThe bond is a $500,000, plus $200 + $3000. Most bondsman require 10% of the bond. $50,000+$20+$300 cash that someone needs to come up with to go to a bondsman with, this is a fee for services to the bondsman and will never be returned. Do you really think that the Anthony's have made enough friends or have enough people that care about them to put up this kind of money?
yep, unfortunately it does.:furious:

Why doesn't someone ask Cindy "Why did you tell people you thought your daughter was a sociopath, and if you believe that, why are you so convinced Caylee was kidnapped?

As long as we participate by watching that camera we are perpetuating the circus atmosphere imo. That camera can stay up their from now until eternity, but if no one watches it, it is powerless.

Officials were expected to retrieve the ankle-monitoring system from her parents' home, pretty much ruling out any immediate release.
Hope they get there before she's again bonded out. Then the process has to start setting up the monitoring again.
