NEW YORK — A New York school teacher missing since Aug. 29 has been spotted in a midtown Manhattan computer store, FOX News confirmed.
Members of Hannah Upp's family confirmed to police Monday that the woman seen checking her e-mail in an Apple store on Fifth Avenue near Central Park was the missing 23-year-old. Cops are still seeking the public's help in locating her.

Wow.
That poor girl had to be in an incredible deal of pain to go missing and know people love her and still jump in those waters.
Thank goodness she is alive and hoping she will get the help she needs.
BTW, there's some really cold posts under that article. It's a shame. Audrey thanks for the update.

I agree Filly. Wouldn't recommend reading the posts.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Hannah and her family. Hopefully she will see how much she is loved by her family and friends and will be able to get through this.

I'm glad she's alive and well, but I'm so confused. Was she wandering around NY for a month, and then she just jumped off the pier? What has she been doing for a month? Why didn't she contact her family?

I feel so bad for her. The downside of a missing person getting national attention is that if it turns out to be a mental health crisis then I would imagine it is that much more difficult to get through. I know my own family member who died by suicide did so after refusing inpatient treatment for fear that anyone might find out - the shame is deadly.
Thank God she has been found, and I pray that she can get the help she clearly needs.
