9/5/2008, Bapchule, AZ -- "Shaelene Manuel, 3 years old of Bapchule, Arizona on the Gila River Indian Reservation was last seen Friday, September 5, 2008 wearing a light blue Nike t-shirt, blue jeans, and pink shoes. Shaelene was reported missing to the Gila River Police Department on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. She may be in the company of Keith Manuel and possibly Roberta aka Renee Justin."


"They may be traveling to Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Manuel has a prior history of violence and Child Abuse. Currently there is a warrant issued for his arrest on charges unrelated to this case in Pinal County."

"According to Shaelene's mother, Mr. Manuel had been "clean" of drugs for a long period of time. Regular bi-weekend visits of Shaelene and Mr. Manuel were arranged. Shaelene was picked up at her mother's home by Mr. Manuel on Friday and he was to return her on Sunday."

"The Gila River Police Department is working with Law Enforcement agencies at the Tribal, State and National level: U.S. Marshalls, FBI, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Police Department, Pinal and Maricopa County Sheriffs' Departments."
