Grandma had custody. She was found beaten. She said her daughter did it.
They think the daughter is the one who picked Jewel up at the school.
They are saying she could be in danger. Mother name is Tonya Martin 412 yrs old.
Absolutely sad. this is a beautiful little girl. I pray she is found safe.
