Fake cop busted after three attacks

These pretend cop cases scare the daylights out of me. Seems they are all particularly violent.

Julian Cosma aged 48 has been arrested, and charged with a third attack on a woman. This is one of these guys who purposely bumps your car and then attacks. Plus he feigns being a cop then proceeds to hold a knife at women's necks. Assaults them, and robs them. This guy uses his housing inspector badge pretending it's a police badge. I bet he attacked way more woman then these three.

From his Myspace it looks like Julian Cosma has a wife, daughters, a mom and sister.

How can you go around carjacking women, bumping their cars, holding them at knifepoint and assaulting them when you have treasured women in your family?:mad:
