According to his daughter, Roy Garza is a wonderful grandpop who helps watch her children while she is at work.
The 54 year old Garza left his 5 month old grandson in a city park. The baby was found by a delivery man. Later Mr. Garza was found in a drunken stupor. The daughter Yvette Diallo said this out of charachter for her father and she feels bad he is in jail. She feels worse her infant son is now in the custody of child services who plan tomorrow to go to court to put the baby in foster care until the matter is resolved.
