Because of time constraints and the enormous energy it takes for Astrologers to maintain a Case Thread, the CASE BRIEFINGS THREAD is a compromise of sorts: the Astrological posts within will be either brief and/or limited in number regarding any specific case.

The CASE BRIEFINGS THREAD by its nature is simply to provide short astrological synopses to offer some insights in lieu of starting a new Thread about any particular case. Any decision to move a CASE BRIEFING post(s) from the CASE BRIEFINGS THREAD and establish its own Thread will be at the discretion of the Astrologer(s) if and when they determine they are willing to devote the time and energy into maintaining a separate thread.

I am hoping Pxee, Dreamweaver, or Someone Else can provide me with the time/date/place the Missing Persons Report was filed with Police (as well as identifying the person who filed it, e.g., Kelli Jo's mother, sister, etc.).

In the meantime, let's review the background and take a preliminary look at the Last Seen chart.

We know that Kelli Jo and her infant daughter Kelsi were last seen in her residence, just prior to 12:00 am on 8/11/94. She was allegedly talking on the phone and packing boxes in preparation for a move according to her cousin James Dennis "Jimbo" Ford, reportedly the last person who saw them. Kelli Jo was 21 at the time of the disappearance and the baby about 7 months old.

When police investigated the residence shortly after the disappearance, they found no signs of a struggle. Kelli's purse, vehicle and clothing for herself and her daughter had all been left behind. Apparently, at that time, Law Enforcement did not pursue cousin James as a POI or suspect in the disappearance.

In 1997, however, James Dennis "Jimbo" Ford brutally murdered a Florida couple and left their infant daughter in the couple's pick-up truck, exposed to the elements. He was later convicted and sentenced to death for the murders. Authorities apparently reopened their investigation of the Krum disappearances after this crime, questioning Ford's involvement. He was given a lie detector test, failed it, and refused to take another one. Ford maintained he knew nothing about the disappearances of Kelli and Kelsi Krum, and to date, has never been charged in connection with them.

After researching the crime for which JDF will be executed, as well as examining the Last Seen chart, I do not believe his assertation of innocence for one second. The 1997 murders were exceptionally brutal, cold-blooded and seemingly unprovoked. BTW, I read the above document after I had examined and judged the Last Seen chart, so the particular details of the 1997 crime did not influence my judgment.

I have made so many notes on my copy of the Last Seen chart, I hardly know where to begin. I think I'll just start by mentioning a few observations and continue later in another post.

1. BLACK MOON LILITH, harbinger of Death, hovers over the ASCENDANT at 01 Taurus, with malefic SOUTH NODE and Transneptunian ADMETOS rising in the 1st House. These are our first three testimonies for death.

2. NODES are at 19 Taurus/Scorpio partile (exact) square SUN, which at 19 Leo, is in Fateful Degree (same degree as the NODES). This always foretells a catastrophe, tragedy or fatality, and thus, another strong death marker. Additionally, SERPENTIS 19 Scorpio = NORTH NODE. (19 Scorpio is "the cursed degree of the cursed sign" and always extremely malefic). This is further confirmation of a Death Chart.

3. Chart ruler VENUS at 04 Libra is intercepted (hidden) in the 6th House. VENUS signifies Kelli Jo and MOON is her co-significator. The 6th House placement shows Kelli is in great distress. The fact that VENUS & MOON are both intercepted shows whatever happened was against her will. The placements also show she is hidden because 6th House is a cadent house. Furthermore, MOON is in the Via Combusta --- the Burning Way (15 Libra through 15 Scorpio), emphasizing the stress, discomfort and seriousness of the situation. Worse, VENUS separates from a square of MARS, natural significator of murderers and here, Lord 7, the perp. MARS is Out of Bounds (out of control) in Gemini, the natural sign of brethren/kin/siblings/cousins and his Antiscion Degree is 03 Cancer, partile conjunct the Arabic Part of Brethren (a cousin perhaps?) at 03:32 Cancer (which itself is the cusp of the 3rd House of Brethren). This gives strong suggestion of who may have been responsible for Kelli & Kelsi's disappearance.

4. Kelli Jo's natal Part of Death is 20:02 Taurus (not shown), close conjunct malefic SOUTH NODE. This is a Death Marker.

5. Event chart Part of Death 24:22 Gemini (not shown) is in the natural sign of brethren/kin/siblings/cousins and is conjunct Asteroid CUPIDO at 25 Gemini and MARS the perp at 26 Gemini. CUPIDO denotes "Family." These placements connect death to a family member and give added testimony to the "cousin as perp" theory, especially since the Antiscion Degree of MARS the perp is conj. Part of Brethren & 3rd House Cusp as discussed in Point #3 above.

In my post #14 above, I gave preliminary analysis of the Last Seen Chart, which showed strong death testimonies and also pointed to who may have been responsible for the disappearances of Kelli Jo Krum and her infant daughter, Kelsi.

In addition to the five points outlined in my post #14 above, please note the following:

1. Part of Rape is exact conjunct ASCENDANT at 06 Taurus, exactly opposite Asteroid TORO (brutality) at 06 Scorpio. TORO is close conjunct JUPITER (exaggeration, overabundance) in Scorpio (passion/ lust/ sex drive). This points to a brutal and overly aggressive rape of the 1st house person, Kelli Jo (TORO conj. JUPITER opposite Part of Rape across the 1/7 axis).

2. EROS the Asteroid of compulsive sex drive is posited at 10 Virgo, conjunct CHIRON (damage) and contraparallel VENUS (Kelli Jo). Contraparallels act as oppositions, so this shows a compulsive, damaging sexual attraction projected (opposition) onto Kelli Jo.

3. Asteroid FORD at 15 Virgo squares Kelli Jo's natal SATURN at 14 Gemini, opposes the Event chart SATURN at 10 Pisces and squares Event chart HADES at 14 Gemini. Both SATURN and HADES are death markers. This aspect pattern strongly points to cousin James's involvement by name.

4. Asteroid JAMES at 00 Scorpio is exact conjunct Transneptunian POSEIDON and close opposed BLACK MOON LILITH, both of which are often prominent in death charts. Again, the aspect patterns ties cousin James to the crime by name.



Ford's natal chart (Sunrise, relocated to Arcardia FL, and not shown) shows sexual attraction to Kelli Jo. Apparently, when LE examined Kelli's apt. after she had been reported missing, nothing was awry, and Ford, allegedly the last person to see her, denied any involvement.

I suspect that Ford managed to lure Kelli & the baby out of the home earlier that evening, and committed this ugly deed elsewhere. Since I doubt he was particularly bright and documentation shows he was/is an alcoholic, I think it is likely he discarded the body nearby. I cannot tell if he killed the baby, but based on the 1997 crime, he may have left her exposed to the elements to die. Because Ford is currently on Death Row for the 1997 murders, there is little to no likelihood he would confess to this previous crime. Since it's been 14+ years since Kelli Jo and Kelsi Krum disappeared, what could be left of them?

Unfortunately, it is extremely unlikely this case will ever be solved or remains of the Krums be found (due to natural decomposition over 14 years). However, the Stars repeatedly and strongly "finger" cousin James as the perp. The astro evidence is clearly written all over the chart.

Thank you for the info Fifth Essense. I have one question as it pertains to a 'couple'. Because Anna's father and his 'mentor' lives had become so emmeshed (is that the right word?) with each other is it possible the 'couple' would be Anna's father and this mystery man? or would he and this man as a 'couple' be ruled out as you said 'father' didn't appear in the chart. Just looking for clarification, thanks.

The outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) never symbolize 'parents' in a chart. In the disappearance chart, Anna is symbolized by Lord 1, MERCURY, and the 'perp' is signified by Lord 7, JUPITER. The sign on the 7th House cusp is Sagittarius which is known as a double-bodied sign and often indicates the involvement of two people. Sagittarius is also associated with strangers, as is URANUS and the 9th House. In this chart, MERCURY (Anna) and Lord 7 JUPITER (the perp(s)) are conjunct, showing contact, in the 8th House of Death, and outer planets (strangers) PLUTO & URANUS are prominent when the event chart is placed in a bi-wheel with the natal chart (because they fall into the 8th House of Death in the bi-wheel).

Event chart Part of Death at 2 Capricorn is parallel Event chart MERCURY (Anna). Parallels act as conjunctions. This is further testimony death comes to her.

Event chart Lord 7 JUPITER the perp at 21 Capricorn is exactly inconjunct (150 degrees) Anna's natal MOON 21 Gemini. Inconjuncts are often active in death charts. This is further testimony death comes to her.

Event chart PLUTO is close conjunct Anna's natal SUN, again indicating 'transformation' which in forensic astrology usually = death.

Event chart MOON in the 29th degree is close opposed BLACK MOON LILITH, another death indicator.

Since we have Anna's time of birth we know Aquarius rises, ruled by SATURN. Being her chart ruler, this is an important planet for her. In the Disappearance chart, SATURN is Retrograde (in poor condition) in the 12th House of Misfortune, Sorrow & Woe. Retrograde often gives clue that the person will never be recovered, especially when placed in a cadent house (3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th) as in this chart. Notice SATURN RX is in the sign Gemini, disposited by MERCURY (Anna), here placed in the 8th House of Death. Since Capricorn is on the 8th House cusp, SATURN is Lord 8 of Death and is in mutual reception with MERCURY (Anna) and disposits all the planets in Capricorn --- MERCURY (Anna), JUPITER (the perp) and SUN (significator of life) --- all located in the 8th House of Death. This is further (and quite strong) confirmation Anna passed around the time of disappearance.

I do not see any strong, nor multiple indications of involvement by father and/or father's 'partner.' When I put up a bi-wheel showing Anna's natal as inner and the event chart as outer, PLUTO & URANUS fall in Anna's natal 8th House of Death, with PLUTO of death close conjunct natal SUN. I agree with Tuba that two strangers took her.

I hope this further analysis has helped you understand a most difficult, perplexing and unfortunate event and offer my sincere sorrow and sympathy to Anna's mother, family and friends. It is not easy to give a reading of this nature.

I have one further question, and I hope this is not taken or interpreted as trying to 'disagree' with the chart/reading. It's simply a complete lack of knowledge on my part when viewing a chart and relying on your-or other astro's words and interpretation. I noticed the chart you posted has different coordinates than those which Annasmom posted for the address from which Anna went missing. Was the chart from the address Annasmom gave or where her estimated coordinates off and the chart done from the location Anna went missing 7 miles south of Half Moon bay. Would a 7 mile difference have much of a difference in the reading?

In the Disappearance chart in my post above, the 7th House cusp symbolizing the perp(s) is Sagittarius which is both a double-bodied sign often indicating 'more than one' and a masculine sign, while Lord 7 JUPITER is posited in Capricorn, a feminine sign. This gives indication of a male/female couple.

Regarding parents, in general the Father is indicated by the 4th House and the SUN. The mother, in general, is indicated by the 10th House and the MOON.

A step-parent of the opposite sex of the child is indicated by the 4th House.

Parents who are raising a child regardless of whether they are bio or adoptive parents are indicated by the 4th & SUN (father) and 10th & MOON (mother) houses and rulers thereof. Of course, the true birth time/place/location of the child must be known to make these assignments.

An absent birth parent would still be the 4th - SUN (father) or 10th - MOON (mother) and the rulers thereof.

For Cubby and others intrigued by and/or interested in rulerships, I recommend 'The Rulership Book' by Rex E. Bills, as well as 'Astrological Thesaurus: House Keywords' by Michael Munkasey. These books and more are noted in the Astrologers Library on this Forum.

Just a word about means used, the HOW of the abduction. Mercury was transiting Anna's House 12 while the Sun, also in her House 12 by transit, was squaring her birth Mercury with transit Uranus atop that Mercury. Mercury is in and rules her House of Death. This means she was blindsided, ambushed, did not see the perpetrator approach. Operating from stealth, the method, as when someone comes at you from behind. A strange feature and powerful alert that day was the placement of Mars natal, Mars progressed and Mars in transit, all in the same spot at the top of her chart. She had her lunar return that morning, so the Moon was moving into the early degrees of Cancer, leaving II behind. The day had gone badly for this child even before the event. Moon early opposed Mars, later squared Pluto and Uranus, all very upsetting to her. Afternoon was better until this happened. Her Ascendant is at solstice point of a very malign and aggressive Fixed Star in her House of Strangers, 9. Serpentis. You can read about the influence of that star on the web.

Interestingly this may explain a neighbors report of hearing sounds like something was stolen. I forget the exact description but it was described as a crunching sound like something was pulled into the woods or landscape. These sounds were not near the road. The road was higher than the house level, so the view of the road was not viewable from the house.

Also, there was 'public' access to parts of the farm which were used by a motorcycle club, a barn for people who kept their horses there and other properties adjacent to Annas home were vacant at the time. I've often wondered if either someone who posed as a possible tenent to the vacant property or someone who was with the motorcycle club possibly abducted Anna.

I'll also add, with as much research as Dr. Doogie has done with this case, I do not recall reading or hearing about any male/female suspects abducting children in the bay area around the time Anna was kidnapped. I personally find it hard to believe Anna would have been the perps only abduction. Maybe something exists we haven't yet found and maybe these perps did not abduct other children in this area but travelled the country and may have been 'suspects' in another area.

Out of curiousity are you able to see from the charts if these perps had abducted other children and were they ever prosecuted or were they able to remain free?

ETA: There was also a hunting club which used the gravel road or path next to or near the home. I believe the drive way and 'guest parking' was the area of access. Is it possible to see from the chart if someone associated with one of these groups, or the current landlord -also an attorney at the time had any involvement? The 'landlord' was quite interesting in that he completely ignored the circumstances and requested an increase in rent not long after Anna went missing. Both he and the current tenant, who is a famous singer which you would recognize her name- but I won't post it- have always ignored any requests regarding Anna's disapperance.

This is in response to Groovytown's request wanting to know if astrology could confirm or refute whether her then 4 y.o. son had been sexually molested during an overnight stay with a friend by the friend's mother.

As I replied in the Requests Thread, astrology cannot 'prove' sexual molestation. What it can do is show whether there is 'natal promise' of such a potential manifestation in the person's chart and whether that 'natal promise' may have been 'triggered' during a particular time frame.

With that in mind, I examined the natal chart to see if there might be 'natal promise' of abuse.

Sexual abuse usually is indicated by hard aspects betwen VENUS, MARS and PLUTO. In this child's chart, VENUS --- while strong and dignified in Taurus, one of the two signs she rules --- is partile (in the same degree) opposite PLUTO. VENUS symbolizes love and attraction and PLUTO is associated with manipulation, control, and obsession, often with sexual overtones. PLUTO is also strong in the sign of its (modern) rulership, Scorpio. So you have two strongly dignified planets 'opposing' each other. VENUS opposite PLUTO can (but doesn't have to!!) manifest as the desire to sexually control or conversely, show the potential of becoming a victim to someone with the desire to sexually control. Because VENUS, a feminine planet, is involved, it could suggest this sexual dynamic is perpetrated by a woman, assuming the chart owner is the victim and not the perp. (In a perp's chart, the aspect suggests control/ manipulation (likely sexual) of a woman (VENUS).

The asteroid TORO (brutality) at 20 Sagittarius is close conjunct asteroid EROS (sexuality, sometimes compulsive) at 19 Sagittarius. This 19th degree ties in with VENUS & PLUTO, both at 19 degrees. Thinking out loud, I would expect this 19th degree to be triggered in some way if the abuse actually took place.

I also note the child's natal MARS (sex energy) at 00 Cancer is closely opposed BLACK MOON LILITH giving a sense of possibility of sexual aggression (MARS) by a female (BML). The child's natal Arabic Part of Rape at 00 Capricorn is close conjunct BML and partile opposed MARS.

I see enough markers to judge there is 'natal promise' of sexual abuse in this particular chart. [Note well: 'natal promise' is potential, not something fated to happen!! Each chart must be examined in light of the known circumstances and events in the life of the chart owner!!]


The next chart shows the tri-wheel with the child's natal as inner; his tertiary progressions (P3) as middle; and the date of possible molestation as outer.

I can't really give any weight to the Event Chart Ascendant or Midheaven because we do not know the time this possible incident may have happened. What catches my eye right away, however, is Event chart BLACK MOON LILITH (think 'evil woman') at 12 Cancer and retrograde (moving backwards), applying to conjunction with P3 ASCENDANT 10 Cancer. This gives me a creepy sense. This BLACK MOON is also opposed P3 MOON - URANUS - NEPTUNE 11-16 Capricorn giving a sense of emotional (MOON) strangeness (URANUS) and confusion (NEPTUNE)

I don't like seeing Event MOON in secretive, sexual Scorpio. At 00 degrees, 'anything' can happen, and before MOON leaves her sign, she will conjunct PLUTO, associated with molestation.

I see Event VENUS 02 Cancer in Fateful Degree (same degree as the NODES). P3 MARS 02 Leo is in that same degree. Having two sexual planets in same degree as NODES suggests a sexual association.

P3 NODES are in the 19th degree, same degree as VENUS opposite PLUTO in the natal chart. This is another suggestion of sexual association.

The boy's natal NODES are in the 24th degree, same degree as P3 VENUS conjunct P3 CHIRON (damage to/by/through a female) and Midheaven. Additionally, Event chart MERCURY, SATURN and NEPTUNE are all in the natal nodal 24th degree. He may have been 'talked into' (MERCURY) something and/or deceived/fooled (NEPTUNE) by an authority figure (SATURN).

Weighing the testimonies I see in the charts, I would say there is a likelihood the molestation occured. However, while the charts do not outright deny, unless the young man himself remembers what did or did not occur, there is no way to 'prove' or confirm the testimonies.

Linda, I am so sorry to have to tell you, I am having a rough time with these charts. Your son's death is clear, no doubt, God rest his soul.

But the who-what-why are eluding me. It could be a senseless, random murder --- or it could be someone in similar/same occupation (someone known to Troy), likely older than him, with robbery of something they perceived as valuable as the motive. There is even the possibility that someone thought Troy was messing with somebody's woman and they decided to teach him a lesson. It appears at least 2 people involved, maybe three. I wish I could be more definitive and/or helpful, but I am hitting a brick wall.

I do think the attack was sudden, with death occurring before Troy realized what was happening, and that, at least, is merciful, to know he did not suffer.

I truly regret not being able to pull more out the charts for you.

You are right about a couple of things. The attack was not expected, very sudden and Troy did not suffer. Police say, it was someone Troy had made friends with and had known for 3 or 4 day's at the most. Motive could be Robbery. No women involved, was in town just to visit a friend for a few day's. I think the event chart for the Markoff attack has revealed also his natal ascendant. I have known many fair individuals with Scorpio rising who bear strong physical resemblance to Philip. It is common for Aquarians to have the strong and resiliant Scorpio for ASC because support is needed for the Sun in detriment (Aquarius).

She had been at her sister's house the day before and was unusually calm so maybe she had a plan but if she did, she didn't want to follow it through or she wouldn't have begged her boyfriend to stay home. ...


The subsequent investigation determined Tammy's death was a suicide, but because of the circumstances noted in the last paragraph of above quote, the family suspects Tammy was murdered.

What can the Stars tell us?

While most Western astrologers won't 'go there,' a correctly timed natal chart will give clues as to the manner and circumstances of death. Because planetary energies can manifest in a variety of ways depending on the life circumstances of the chart owner, it is important to remind you that a natal chart can never be read blindly. Her natal SUN at 29 Virgo is partile conjunct URANUS which can sometimes be like walking around with your finger plugged into an electrical socket --- one shock after the other. It doesn't help that she has a powerful Virgo stellium involving JUPITER, PLUTO, MOON, SUN and URANUS which connects all these energies and throws them against CHIRON at 01 Aries. Because of the projection noted in oppositions, this could seem like someone else (opposition) is always hurting her (Chiron) but in reality, it is herself.

MERCURY is her chart ruler and dispositor of her Virgo SUN, making this planet enormously important. MERCURY is the mind and in this chart it is close opposite depressing, frustrated SATURN Retrograde in Aries. MERCURY is conjunct the Part of Suicide 27 Libra, so suicidal thoughts would be expected. Hi Tuba, thank you so much for doing this for Jennifer. Not to be dense but I take it that the chart indicated that Jennifer has passed? My hope of course is always that someone is being held but is still alive and able to be bought back home to their families so I just wanted to clarify. Also I have done some more googling and I think Jennifer may have been born in Virginia but I can't say 100%.

Does the chart give any more information about the POI at all? We are at such a dead end here :(

I have looked at Jennifer Kesse's planets; we do not have a birth time or place. But her Sun is at Alcyone in the Weeping Sisters star cluster and her Uranus is directly opposite, 28° - 28°. I do believe her description as strong because she was born with Mars on the north node of the planet Mars. That is intense Martian energy and, on the day she was taken, Mars was right back there on her own Mars. The Moon was late in Scorpio closing on her own Uranus which so afflicts her Sun. Part of misfortune opposed her natal Sun.

Her assailant was terribly frustrated sexually and determined to "have her". He operated out of extreme lust. As mentioned, Mars was on the north node of Mars, it was a Mars hour on a Mars day. Venus was trine Mars and the Moon had opposed Mars overnight for fantasies about her. Sun, Mars and Saturn were all lined up in declination.

Again, thanks Tuba...I have been thinking about this a lot and wondered if you looked at all of the charts for a group of people who were killed in a mass disaster /event, plane crash (touch wood) or something...would their charts all show a similar type of birth opposition and then the transits?

And if Jennifer had decided to move out of the building due to her inner voice warnings, would her birth chart mean that it would simply be a matter of time before another hideous occurance like this was to happen to her or would she then be ok having avoided those transits?

On Tuesday night, I was at ShopRite in the frozen food aisle. I heard "Are you John-John's Mom? Are you John-John's Mom?" I looked through to the next aisle and a woman was bent over looking through the shelves asking me if I was John-John's Mom as her granddaughter who was about 4 was swearing that I was John-John's Mom. My first thought was that it was someone from the trailer park where I lived with Tammy and her son John-John being my neighbor. Tammy, at one point, said that she felt bad that I didn't have children and she would share her son with me. She always thanked me for being so good to him. I didn't have a chance to give it much thought until this a.m. on the way to work. I wondered if Tammy was trying to tell me something and then I remembered this thread.

Her sister still doesn't believe that she killed herself but her mother went into alot of detail of how she did self-torment herself. When someone dies so tragically and in such a horrific manner, and it gets more tragic when the 14 year old son finds that person, there is no good answer as to how that person died. Whether Tammy was murdered or committed suicide, she left behind alot of people who loved her more than she could have ever known and who miss her . . . especially her mother. I now lean more towards suicide after reading the chart and information given. Of course, we will all know everything when we return Home some day.

I also told my mom about the forensic astrology chart. She was glad someone confirmed what we have believed all of these years. I was only 12 when my dad died and she never told me a whole lot about what she thought happened, but she has now.

My dad and a couple of others were stealing silver from their place of work. My dad also started stealing stuff for his home and got caught. My mom believes my dad was murdered to keep him quiet about the silver thefts. She told me there was another unsolved murder of a man that worked with my dad some months before my dad was killed.

Also, a couple of months before he was killed, my mom had to go over to his house for something and she said when he answered the door, he looked like he had been beaten up pretty badly. He said he had a bike wreck.

She also believes his wife at the time may have also directly or indirectly had a hand in his murder. Right after he went missing, she was telling anyone who would listen that the authorities were dragging all of the ponds for his body. At the time, no one knew he was deceased. The FBI told my mom that they weren't dragging any bodies of water as they had no indication he was deceased, he was only missing.

My mom believes my dad met whoever killed him at the gravel pit that day. Whatever he had in mind to work out that day, didn't work.

Meenamom, my understanding is that you want to know whether the two seemingly unrelated disappearances have something in common, namely, the POI Hataway.

If I am correct, then consider casting a tri-wheel showing JK natal as Inner; the POI Hataway natal as Middle and the chart for JK Last Seen as Outer. A study of the resulting planetary placements may either suggest or deny Hataway's involvement in JK's abduction. You could also cast the tri-wheel substituting JK Missing Person Report as Outer.

If you decide to try this, please post your findings.

Comparing the two disappearance charts would not be useful.

We know Jennifer disappeared in the early morning, apparently snatched, which does not seem to match Hataway's M.O.

Nonetheless, chart connections are strong enough for LE to investigate more deeply.

Does anyone know the dates (or time frames) he allegedly attacked the other two girls who recently came forward to LE in response to the Ocasio case? Were either or both of those alleged attacks perpetrated around the time Jennifer Kesse went missing?

I heard the one girl give an accounting of the attack while he lived in Castleberry. She noted 'last year'. It was Last AUGUST '08.


Tonight on JVM? or NG, it was said that Hataway is going to be charged with the attack on this same girl we've heard in the video interviews.

I hope I don't offend anyone or wound sensitive feelings but the figure captured in the video at the Huntington Condominium is one of the weirdest looking people I have ever seen. If you also look like that, please accept my apology. But I doubt that you do. The conduct is also past strange. He could have just put some items onto a food wagon for all the involvement he shows. The uniform, the hair style~it's all too much for me. But because of the very oddity of this person, he should have been sighted by now.
I have looked at Jennifer Kesse's planets; we do not have a birth time or place. But her Sun is at Alcyone in the Weeping Sisters star cluster and her Uranus is directly opposite, 28° - 28°. I do believe her description as strong because she was born with Mars on the north node of the planet Mars. That is intense Martian energy and, on the day she was taken, Mars was right back there on her own Mars. The Moon was late in Scorpio closing on her own Uranus which so afflicts her Sun. Part of misfortune opposed her natal Sun.

Her assailant was terribly frustrated sexually and determined to "have her". He operated out of extreme lust. As mentioned, Mars was on the north node of Mars, it was a Mars hour on a Mars day. Venus was trine Mars and the Moon had opposed Mars overnight for fantasies about her. Sun, Mars and Saturn were all lined up in declination.

Regarding James Hataway's MO--he doesn't drive, so he is probably somewhat limited in his "hunting" for women. That might also explain why he might use someone else to drive or dump a car, if he stole one. It seems very possible the he killed his male friend, staged a car crash, and dumped the body. My guess is there are a number of bodies in his past, male and female. There was a serial killer who worked in my city who spontaneously abducted a woman at 11 o'clock at night, when his more typical routine was to accost women in their homes during the day.

It is semisextile (I think of it as a backwards sort of inconjunct) to Daisja's Merc-Ven-Mars stellium in Libra. Neptune in Aqua loosely trines the stellium as well, connecting all. These speak of medical issues, but w/o a timed natal, but we can't know how extreme.

What is bothering me here is that these findings could also suggest another neglect case. Again, hard to tell without a time of birth. Wish I knew the Asc and Moon's location! I like to use secondary progressions- and for watching a baby's development, the faster moving prog Asc, MC and Moon give the most information. Nine months is hardly any time at all..

At first glance there is a peculiar disconnect between the abduction transits and Daisja's natal. What I CAN see is this:

Prog Sun moved in to more tightly oppose natal Uranus. Transitting Sun in Gemini forms a mutable T-square with the two, telling us of some crisis. Transitting Saturn still aspecting Libra stellium. And... transitting Mars is semisquare natal Uranus. I almost missed this one, very subtle, isn't it? Separating, too. I want to think more on what these might mean, but right off the bat I am NOT getting the impression of an abduction. I'd need to see more Pluto and Neptune for this. But then again, who knows if Daisja's Moon or Ascendent are involved with these planets?

It seems like something is off here. Does anyone have mother's DOB? It might help.

ETA: I've thought about it and with Mars' involvment I get the impression of a sudden injury possibly an accident.

Further ETA: Checked my resources, Sun - Uranus and Mars could indicate sudden health disruption as well. I thought that might apply to this case. I can't help but worry that natal Sun Uranus could mean a tense baby girl, I can't remember the name for it - but an easy startler who fusses. I just don't like that Mars influence.

With Gemini on the 5th House cusp, the Child is ruled by MERCURY, here at 26 Taurus partile conjunct ALGOL, the most malefic Fixed Star in the Heavens, and 1+ degrees separating from ADMETOS, another death marker. The Child (MERCURY) is found in the radix 4th House, the Family Home. Note MERCURY rules 8th House of Death as well as 5th House of the Child. This testimony points to the possibility that the Child (MERCURY) died in the home.

The MOON at 16 Capricorn is in the same degree as Daisja's natal NODES. Event MOON is conjunct BLACK MOON LILITH at 20 Capricorn, partile conjunct Daisja's natal (Sunrise) MOON. Event MOON separates from a trine to SATURN, classic significator of death, and SATURN itself is conjunct the 8th House of Death cusp and disposited by MERCURY the Child conjunct ALGOL & ADMETOS. Event SATURN at 15 Capricorn is within 3 degrees trine of Daisja's natal SUN 18 Virgo. This suggests death has already occurred.

PLUTO at 02 Capricorn is in Fateful Degree (same degree as the NODES) and co-rules the 10th House cusp --- a parent. With 10/4 parental axis being Scorpio/Taurus and rulers MARS/VENUS conjunct, it appears both parents are involved.

Running Daisja's diurnals for 6/09/09 suggests the 'something' that happened to her occurred during the 5:30 pm - 7:40 pm time frame. No 'hits' of import occurred later than this time on the date in question.

SATURN in the 1st House destroys the question. This is immediate testimony of death. As noted above, Event SATURN is within 3 degrees of Daisja's natal SUN.

The 5th House of the Child contains PLUTO (death marker), VERTEX (fated event), BLACK MOON LILITH and MOON, the last two implicating the Mother. Not shown, asteroid ARACHNE (the twisted web) partile conjuncts BLACK MOON LILITH conjunct MOON. This gives a sense that the mother may have been feeling trapped (ARACHNE) by the responsibilities (Capricorn) of motherhood (MOON), perhaps because of a sickly baby (CERES conj. SATURN).

Notice the 10/4 parental axis in this chart is once again TAURUS/SCORPIO (reversed in Kidnap chart), giving same parental rulers --- VENUS & MARS, again in this chart conjunct, suggesting co-involvement. VENUS & MARS are close opposite Event PART OF DEATH 05 Scorpio.

MERCURY, which ruled the Child in the Kidnap Chart, is here posited conjunct the MIDHEAVEN --- conjunct ALGOL 26 Taurus and ALCYONE the Weeping Sisters 00 Gemini.

CERES (nurturing, mothers) is quindecile (165 degrees) CHIRON (damage, wounding), NEPTUNE and URANUS, possibly connecting damage/harm, sudden (URANUS) death (NEPTUNE) with the 'caretaker(s)'.

The NEPTUNE/SOUTH NODE midpoint 14:26 Taurus (not shown) partile trines the VERTEX (fate) and close trines Lord 5 SATURN the 5th House child. NEPTUNE/SOUTH NODE is a death marker and trines make it 'easy.'

Sadly, the charts do not offer hope for this child.

This is like a sledgehammer - his natal Mars is at 10 Aries, opposing Daisja's Libra stellium. Progressed Mars retrograding back w/in one degree of its natal position. What's more is that Mars is quincunx natal Pluto in Scorpio. Progressed Sun is at 10 Virgo, forming a progressed yod. This is terrible, because Daisja's Libra stellium (Mer - Ven - Mars) is at a release point. Here is the potential for violence. There are other aspects in Daisja's father's chart that could point to agression. Sorry I have to cut this short, it's family movie night. I want to look further at connections between his chart and Daisja's, I think there are more:(

Please keep in mind the 5:40 pm chart is speculative, as the parents have reported an 'abduction' which occurred approximately 11:30 - 11:40 pm. However, as I noted in my post above, the 11:30 - 11:40 pm 'Abduction' charts do not make convincing connections with Daisja's natal chart and the diurnals to Daisja's chart suggest 'something' happened between 5:30 - 7:40 pm that evening.


If we can obtain the mother's birth data, we may be able to tighten the probable time frame and fine-tune our observations.

Based on chart analysis and as mentioned in earlier post regarding this case, the 'abduction' and police report charts do not convincingly line up. Indications are that 'something' happened to Daisja earlier in the evening, likely within the 5:30 - 7:40 pm time frame. If the parents are lying and are in fact involved, that would have given them approx. 4-6 hours to dispose of the body and fabricate their story.

Despite this, I am not 'accusing' the parents of lying. Website commentators that know the parents have rallied to their defense, stating the father loved his baby, talked about her all the time, carried her around, etc., and that the mother was a 'good mother.' Perhaps a kidnapping happened just as the mother stated. I would hope the police are re-interviewing both parents thoroughly, including having them take lie detector tests with particular emphasis on what was going on earlier in the evening. Assuming the parents are innocent victims, they should have no objection to subjecting themselves to such testing.

The Mother's stories change like the weather. Which version is true?

The latest story asserts Father killed the baby on Monday 6/8/09, prior to picking Mother up from work. It's difficult to know which chart to cast because we don't know what time that may have been.

Did Father murder baby on Monday, or was it Tuesday?

I see death potential for Daisja on Monday 6/8/09 approx 5:40 pm - 7:35 pm (similar to time frame on Tues 6/9/09). It could have happened either day.

At 5:40 pm on either day, the transit MC is partile conj. father's SUN-MOON conj. 19 Leo.

However, on Monday 6/8 the transiting SUN was partile square Daisja's natal SUN --- a tighter connection.


Charts for either day suggest the father killed the baby (frustration/ snapped/ slammed her head / threw her --- there was BLOOD at crime scene; he did not drown her). The chart connections implicating the father are tight and damning. Mother assisted with clean-up and cover-up. I don't think she participated in the murder.

Mother has little to no self-esteem.

MOON opposed VENUS (possible difficulty accepting motherhood/ self worth issues/ may not really want to be a mother or does not enjoy being a mother);

MOON opposed MARS (difficulty expressing emotional needs/ violent emotional outbursts/ possible tendency to become involved in unhealthy relationships);

VENUS sesquisquare both NEPTUNE & SATURN (self worth issues/ possible drug issues/ may have been deprived of love as a child/ likely has no idea what constitutes a healthy relationship/ bleak childhood/ doesn't know how to give or receive because parents were poor role models, etc.)

URANUS/SATURN/NEPTUNE conjunct (this is a generational aspect, but nonetheless difficult: could point to father issues, conflicted, misguided, possibly erratic behavior in a challenged chart.

Mother's SUN is not supported --- making it even more difficult to have a strong sense of self.

Assuming dad killed baby on MONDAY, and together they dumped body TUESDAY EVENING, it is extremely difficult, even with the insights the chart has brought us, to wrap our minds around how the mother managed to spend Monday night with her dead baby in the apt. & then go on to work the next day.

The Father has a violent chart; maybe he threatened to mutilate and/or kill her if she didn't go along with him. More of the story is bound to come out as this case moves forward.

ETA 6-16-09: We have come across another DOB for the Mother --- July 28, 1989. Both birth dates came from official documents and we are not certain which is correct. However, because Tamaera listed herself as a 'Leo' on her MS page, the 7/28/89 may be the correct DOB. Obviously, this will change the chart posted above, including moving SUN to Leo and changing the MOON sign / position. We are still trying to confirm which DOB is correct, so if anyone can help us, please PM FifthEssence. The MS page for Angelica Castillo says Capricorn and there are Happy Birthday comments from 1/11. So that's consistent. The other Castillo is in custody in Lake county (her name is Eugelica Castillo- same age). I can't see any pictures at work so I will need to wait until I get home to see a booking photo. I'll need to watch some videos and see if they show her. Maybe someone else can help with this????

According to a news article, Angelica Castillo, 18, of 3925 Missouri St., Hobart, IN, is being held in police custody facing charges of neglect in connection with the disappearance of her cousin's daughter, 2 year old Jada Justice. Castillo stated she briefly left the child in her car while running into a store to buy milk & cigarettes, and upon her return, the child was gone. Police had their suspicions about Castillo's story right from the beginning.

Am watching HLN 5:20pm ET and they have repeatedly said the cousin is a POI, NOT a suspect, and has been taken in for questioning. Nothing about her being arrested.
So, we need to be sure about the party listed in the attached quote. It is strange that the age is listed as 18 yrs old as noted in reports and the name is similar to the name we've seen in the news reports.

Now there IS the possiblility they did arrest her for an unrelated offense becuase of the drugs and/or drug related items they found in her house???

If I am reading that correctly, she was arrested but the "Lake County Prosecutor Bernard Carter rejected charging information presented by Gary police" meaning that she won't be charged with that particular offense. I haven't seen any reports as of yet about other charges forthcoming. Hope that helps?

Just came upon the obits for Timothy Tkachik's mother/age 39 & father age 41, both died 'at home' on Feb 18, 2003. Also noted, from Otis, IN

Reported the father shot wife/mother of Timothy and sister-in-law and then shot himself with a shotgun. Murder suicide?

You can see that the victims had been at a ceremony, Moon last over Jupiter ruling House 9. She is making a perfect sesquiquadrate to Mars, nothing went as expected or planned, there was a sudden confrontation~sharp words, name calling, trash talk. A tough line-up to buck and the women did not succeed. As to whether these assailants were a known quantity, it appears not. The assailants did know about the graduation at the school and the prom, Mars sextile Mercury which disposits the Moon.

In light of known facts, the chart is problematic.

SUN conj. MARS & square PLUTO (aggressive personality; likely to force his will upon others)

SUN-MARS inconj. NEPTUNE (possible difficulty with drugs; muddled action / internal confusion)

MOON conj. PLUTO (control issues; relationship obsessions; etc.)

VENUS inconj. SATURN (blocked emotions; alienation)

MARS sesquiquad URANUS (actions may be frustrated, resulting in impulsive/ inappropriate, possibly self-destructive action)

MARS square PLUTO (classic abuse marker either as victim or perpetrator -- or both; often sexual connotation --- using sex to control; raging anger)



News articles state that prior to the disappearance, Jada spent much time with mother's cousin Engelica, who lives with her boyfriend TT, and that Jada loved going to Engelica's house.

Now maybe TT is the exception & he loves being involved with babysitting duties.... but with SUN in status-conscious, respect-me-or-else, king-of-the-castle Leo, VENUS in scattered, flit-about, easily bored Gemini and MOON in intense, private, brooding Scorpio, I doubt it.

What disturbs me about TT's chart (besides the aspects we've already identified) is the loose mutable interchart cross involving his VENUS 21 Gemini opposed Jada's PLUTO 24 Sag and square her BML/NODAL axis 23-27 Virgo/Pisces, and his MOON-PLUTO possible conjunction square her SUN by sign if not degree, especially since his MARS squares his own PLUTO --- all in light of what we know to be factual regarding his disturbed, violent father who murdered TT's mother & aunt and then committed suicide.

If we throw the potential of drugs into the mix (TT's natal SUN, MARS inconj. NEPTUNE), who knows what really occurred here. Especially since no one saw the child in the car at the 'abduction' scene and search dogs did not pick up Jada's scent.


If we look at a Tri-Wheel showing Jada's (sunrise) natal as Inner; TT's natal sunrise chart as Middle and the Last Seen as Outer, we see connections we would not expect to see if TT were not involved:

If Engelica supposedly was at the store with Jada in the car --- i.e., no Tim there --- then why are the Event NODES partile conjunct his natal SUN, and why is the Event ASCENDANT (15 Capricorn) opposed his (sunrise) EQ and square his MIDHEAVEN?


These connections do not speak of non-involvement to me.........

Some notes for the Jada Justice case:

Jada

Gorgeous Leo girl, with clouds of dark curls framing her face like a corona. Sun conjunct Saturn, loosely opposed to Neptune in Aquarius. We've learned she doesn't live with her father, the chart backs it up. Loose Mars Uranus opposition speaks of abrupt actions and at its worst, violent confrontations. Also a natal Mercury Mars semisquare can show propensity for accidents, etc. Sun is sesquisquare Pluto, too, which is troublesome with its power struggle. At her age, this might expose her to ruthless people (male). I get the impression that Jada might have wished - even at this young age - that she she had more control (natal Leo and Scorp influence) I think she may have tried to assert herself more due to tension/uncertianity, and self assertion is natural at 2-3 yrs. of age. Mars and Uranus influencing her Sun. On 16 Jun, there where quite a few difficult energies at work:

Prog Sun moved to conjunct natal Saturn, (heavy for such a little one) which is quincunx natal Uranus. (Sudden separations, occurances)
Prog Moon in vicinity of natal/transitting Pluto. (Intense emotions, situations, separat. from mom/home, struggle)

Transitting Sun semisquare natal Sun, opposing natal Pluto. Transitting Mars squaring natal Sun. Transitting Uranus sesquiquad. natal Sun - this last one echoes the Prog Sun in harsh aspect to Uranus.

These speak of a sudden injury/accident and remind me of what we saw with Daisja. I wish we knew the time of birth so we can get a better idea of what happened.

Sorry, but I am stopping for now 'cause its getting late and the old eyes are crossing. I have notes for Tim T., too. I wish our resident NURSE would look at his burns and tell us what she thinks. He has Transitting Pluto conjunct natal Neptune, which is quincunx to his Sun-Mars conjunction - as Soulscape pointed out earlier. Are these chemical burns? (Mars-Neptune) With transformational Pluto there, we see how this has changed his appearance. Could be permanantly. IMO, this has got to be influencing his Asc, wherever it may be.

The first question is answered in my post: as to whether the assailants were a known quantity, apparently not.

The post makes clear that they were at the steak house; the sighting & report of seeing them was correct (back in 1992).

They did not survive, sad to say. This was no instant death. There is a protective stem, Venus plus the Sun on the north node of the planet Venus, in the House of self-protection (H. 2) but it is so close to House 3 that there wasn't time to take defensive action. Still, this combination should have provided more help than it did. When I write stem, I am referring to the stem of a Y formation formed with upper Pluto and then Uranus-Neptune. These planets, in this combination, spell exertion and catastrophe. The underlying urge is to break out of boredom and limitations, to bust a move, to rebel against ones situation.

The rising Mars is square Neptune and Uranus, so some trick strategem, some inventive ploy was used and then force. The Part of Torture is 20:14 II inconjunct Pluto at 20:49 Scorpio. At the point the Sun reached 20° II, the life changing, death dealing event ended. That was four days later. Sexual torture was part of this horrible "capture of prey".

I am so curious about TT's burns - wonder if this is why BATFE is called in for a missing child case.

What concerns me is the explosive Mars Uranus connections to Jada's Sun. (Sun for a Leo is a very significant body.)

Violent father, as Soulscape pointed out, is obvious with TT's chart- helps that we know of his history. There are indications of abuse in the chart (Sun Mars conj, Pluto square, Uranus in harsh aspect), and of premature loss of mother (Moon placement and aspects). His Moon could also speak of difficult relations with women. Those of us who pay attention to true crime know that abuse is sometimes cyclical, that there is a chance that an abused person can turn around to become the abuser. Astrology clearly shows us this, though it is difficult for me to say with absolute certianity who is who. All I can do is watch transits and progressions that trigger the more diffucult placements and aspects. On June 16, TT had transitting Pluto conjunct his natal Neptune, which aspects (Quincunx) his Sun-Mars conjunction. Most readers of the astrology forum know that Neptune is uncertianity, drugs, deception, a victim or scapegoat, etc.. The list goes on. Neptune clouds this issue. Sometimes it will feature a person wrongly blamed, or shown in a bad light. Sometimes it shows a person who is lying, trying to cover something. Casey Anthony had some Neptune - Mars energy when Caylee was last seen. Anyway, because of the Neptune issue, and that he was more than likely once a victim, I hesitate to point a finger at this man. TTs horoscope is volatile, but with Neptune there.. He's certainly a person of interest, though.

A cross connection between Jada's and TT's chart is that her Uranus (remember, her progressed Sun is activating this) is tightly and harshly aspecting his natal Mars (which is being activated by transit Pluto). I am very very curious as to why the BATFE were called in, considering all of the explosive energy the charts are showing.

PS - thanks, nurse, for your opinion on the burns. TT would be in alot of pain, wouldn't you say?

When I was a girl I made the mistake of riding on a friend's motorcycle with sandals on - the bike had to be put down to avoid a child riding a bicycle in the road. The exhaust pipe burned my ankle - it was painful. I hid the injury from my parents for as long as I could. Ended up @ the Dr. getting it debrided, since healing needs to come from the inside out. There is still a scar! I agree that he must be self treating, because the scabs shouldn't be there, should they?

Anyway, back on topic w/ Neptune. I wonder if the pain/use of drugs could have caused TT to loose his grip, unleashing the troublesome planetary energies that are active in his chart? Soulscape's event chart shows there's some connection.

With Jada, there are harsh outer planets touching on her Sun. Alot of times, with a child so young, it speaks of the people and environment she is exposed to. Pluto (powerful, ruthless) and Uranus (bizarre, non conforming, sudden changes) are esp. difficult, because they are beyond anyone's control, let alone a baby's. I forgot to mention that her prog. Venus moved to semisquare her natal Mars (friction w/ opposite sex).

As usual, I wish we had better data for the both of them to see if there is more connections to sensitive personal points and Moon. So frustrating. This little Leo girl is in my heart.

Chart testimonies are dire.

05 Leo rises, a degree of homicide. The NODES hug the ASC/DSC axis; SOUTH NODE inconjuncts PLUTO and opposes MOON. These are death markers.

NEPTUNE of lies sesquisquares MERCURY the Day Ruler, and Lord of the 3rd House of Information True or False. A common sign on House 3 makes the 'story' questionable and with Lord 3 MERCURY in House 12 of Secrets sesquisquare NEPTUNE (lies), I think we have a problem...

Lord 1 the SUN is also posited in the unfortunate 12th House. Since SUN is both chart ruler and the planet that describes the event, I further suspect a secret agenda (SUN in 12th House of Secrets). Something is being hidden. Also note that radix House 12 is the 8th House of Death of the 5th House Child, making SUN in the 12th a doubly unfortunate placement.

Damian Duncan has been found. He was hiding 5 miles away from his house in a home under construction. Thank God he was spotted and is safe...that is, alive.

I agree Fifth. With the child running away and hiding in an empty house 5 miles from home, you have to wonder what the parents are doing. The parents freely admit the child was "being punished." What was the punishment the child ran from?

Also, I wonder about the timing, I thought it was hinky from the start. Most folks have to be AT work at 8:00 a.m. so it is likely the child was really last seen sometime between 7:30-8:00 a.m. especially if they were off work at 4:00 p.m. I don't think either time given by the parents was accurate (my own opinion) but rather rounded down to make it look and sound better. Neither parent worked 8 hours based on the times given.

I to hope Damian gets some counseling and maybe he should go live with his mom if she is able to provide for him? He is obviously unhappy at home.

Friends are a salient feature of this chart but what sort of "friends"? The Moon, Jupiter, Neptune plus Chiron are all in the friendship Sign of Aquarius and House 11 of friends has to be read with House 12 of secret enemies. Charleston police had no new information about the case until October 7, when two people were charged with obstruction of justice and forgery.

Ethan Mack, 29, and Heather Kamp, 30, are both being held in the Charleston County Detention Center, police said. Mack and Kamp are dangerous, added Judge Linda Lombard, who said the pair's criminal record also contributed to her decision to set a high bond.

The very first chart, "Last Seen" in the album is Adji Desir's. Pluto is on a Fixed Star, Polis and knows his horses. Since Pluto is identified to the Scorpio House of the Child and the Child's Activities, this is a strong clue. Look at the neighboring horses.

The problem person in the neighborhood is in failing health and past middle age. He was aware of Adji's household and Adji's movements and had been for some time. It was definitely the influence of the Full Moon that brought about the irregular behavior responsible for the boy's disappearance.

In those, it says that Adji was watching tv in his bedroom when he went out to play about 7pm.

Later reports all say that Adji was discovered missing when his stepfather came home from work around 5pm. He was there to pick up Adji from his grandmother's house.
Family searched for Adji for about 2 hrs and then called the police about 7:15pm.

The SUN in natal astrology symbolizes the Father. In light of the news report, I have to wonder if the Father is involved.

On February 13, 2009 at approximately 7:10 am, Amber LeeAnne DuBois of Escondido, Calif., age 14, disappeared into nowhere just as she was supposed to enter her high school. The police said they had no reason to suspect foul play. She has not been seen since.

On April 8, 2009 at approximately 3:32 pm, 8 year old Victoria Stafford was captured on surveillance tape leaving her Woodstock, Ontario school with a female in a puffy white jacket. The police at first said they had no reason to suspect foul play and it was only later that the case turned into a homicide investigation.

This past Monday September 14, 2009 at approximately 8:30 am, Mariam Makhniashvilli, a 17 year old originally from the Republic of Georgia and only in Canada for about 90 days, disappeared into nowhere just as she was supposed to enter her Toronto, Ontario high school. As in the Amber DuBois and Victoria Stafford cases, once again, police are saying they have no reason to suspect foul play, even though this child has now been missing for over 5 days.

Unfortunately, in all three cases (and countless more, no doubt) the police were/are wrong.

A kidnapping has taken place because the SUN, which always describes the Event, is posited in the 12th House of Kidnapping. Is there any way to tell where she may be now (even general direction) for searching? ie: is she in water, etc? The need for standard time at the location for an event or a horary or a birth chart is owing to the fact that the great observatory at Greenwich, England is the site where the celestial sphere is scoped and the recordation is made of positions of heavenly bodies. The clock at Greenwich is also our world standard and the longitude is zero because all measurements issue from this chosen site.

The rest of the world is divided into zones that show their distance from Greenwich and those zones are approximations of the local time where Human X or Building X or Conflagration X is. That's why parts of Indiana were Central Standard Time and parts were assigned to Eastern Standard Time. We have to calculate how far our actual Human X is from the border of the time zone (which you will remember is an approximation, a broad brush if you like). How far are we from the border where the Sun is exactly on high at noon at a certain moment but not precisely the same moment where Human X stands? If we don't do that, the fast moving angles of the chart, the cusps of Houses and the planet positions will be incorrect.

We are willing to do all of that calculation and take all of that into consideration in order to achieve a close semblance, very close, of accuracy. So, when we see "11 o'clock or 11:30" the hairs rise on the back of our colossal collective neck.

In fact, you have been spared because other minuscule calculations are done and do enter into the final chart time as well as what is described here, all in the cause of precision.

As sleuths, we want to know, "What was X thinking when he closed the garage and started toward Y?" Yet what X was thinking one minute later or earlier would not at all be the same thought. Try it on your own mind. To derive any benefit from the astrology of crime and missing persons, precision is a must and all we ask is what does the clock say in your zone when this happens and we do all the rest.

Post #269 briefs the massacre of a Beason, Illinois family. On October 1, at 4:00 p.m. CDST, Christopher J. Harris was arrested for the Gee murders. His truck closely resembles the vehicle police wanted in that it is a grey primer truck seen at the Gee property but Harris's truck lacks the conspicuous pipes. He did work for Raymond Gee at Gee's construction company but he was also married to Gee's adult daughter, Nicole and Nicole is supporting his innocence! The transits at the arrest show some loose links to the massacre but nothing impressive and this is a surprise because I do suspect the police have their man. We've read the daughter heard his voice in the background around 11:30am in a tele conversaton she had, it was reported the son-in-law say he left around 11:00am and went to the CVS returning to Harrod's house around 12:30pm to find the housecleaner sitting outside waiting for him because she thought he was asleep.
And then we hear there is a receipt from Home Depot marked 3:something PM and the LE person is quoted in the news doing a backup calculation of time figuring in the time to drive back & forth with consideration that the son-in-law said he was in the store about and hour and the LE person say, 'so about 1:30pm would be right around time the son-in-law left for Home Depot.

There are conflicting inaccurate times quoted from a variety of news sources, so we will rely more on the 0022am 7/28/09 call time Chart.

This past Monday September 14, 2009 at approximately 8:30 am, Mariam Makhniashvilli, a 17 year old originally from the Republic of Georgia and only in Canada for about 90 days, disappeared into nowhere just as she was supposed to enter her Toronto, Ontario high school. As in the Amber DuBois and Victoria Stafford cases, once again, police are saying they have no reason to suspect foul play, even though this child has now been missing for over 5 days.

Unfortunately, in all three cases (and countless more, no doubt) the police were/are wrong.

In looking at Vakhtang's chart, I see his natal SUN-CERES-SATURN conjunction in Capricorn sextiles Mariam's natal SUN in Scorpio, and his MOON in sensitive Pisces trines her natal SUN.

He may have been strict with her and/or she may have had issues with submitting to his authority (her SUN sq. SATURN), and there may have been angry feelings (his MARS opposite her MOON) --- but I do not get a sense that he would harm her, and his chart pattern does not portray a deceptive personality.

When I throw his chart into a tri-wheel with Mariam's sunrise natal as Inner; Vakhtang's sunrise natal as Middle; and the Last Seen as Outer, I do not see the connections I would expect to see if Vakhtang were the one to make her 'disappear.'

FWIW, Mariam's sunrise natal chart, which must be read symbolically, does show potential of sudden disappearance of serious consequence connected with the near neighborhood/ the school because URANUS (sudden), NEPTUNE (disappearance) and SATURN (serious matters) are posited in Mariam's sunrise 3rd House.

The fact that Mariam's backpack was recently found discarded in a nearby neighborhood --- yet within an area with which she was not familiar --- would seem to me to give more weight to the abduction theory Vakhtang has maintained from Day 1.

WADMALAW ISLAND, SC (WCSC) - Four months after Kate Waring's disappearance, the tireless search by her family, friends, and Charleston authorities has come to a close. Charleston County Coroner Rae Wooten said skeletal remains found on Wadmalaw Island Saturday are those of Waring.
Charleston police had no new information about the case until October 7, when two people were charged with obstruction of justice and forgery.

Ethan Mack, 29, and Heather Kamp, 30, are both being held in the Charleston County Detention Center, police said. Mack and Kamp are dangerous, added Judge Linda Lombard, who said the pair's criminal record also contributed to her decision to set a high bond.

Kamp is a fugitive in four states with a second degree robbery conviction, Lombard said. Mack had a couple of drug charges and one gun charge from 2007 that is still pending, she added.

A clarification: The charts themselves ARE accurate snapshots of the heavens using mathmatics in determining where the planets and our luminaries, the Sun & Moon, are at a specific time of day. The astrologer has no say as to their postions; they ARE where they are. Much of the same mathmatical science is integral to navigation as used by the Navy.

Putting forensic astrology aside for a moment, I am inclined to believe her instincts, if it was true that she hesitated before getting into the vehicle. We don't know where he left her or dropped her off or what might have happened during the time she was missing.
