A new website has been launched to counter the political website set up for John Ramsey at www.supportramsey.com Its address www.supportramseyTRUTH.com

John Ramsey, the father of murdered JonBenet Ramsey, recently announced he was running for the state legislature in Michigan. His website at www.supportramsey.com appalled many people who are familiar with the JonBenet Ramsey murder investigation. “We believe John Ramsey is manipulating the truth at the very least” said website founder Tricia Griffith. “We decided to let the Michigan voters know what we feel is the truth and show how John Ramsey is not being up front with his constituents, in our opinion.”

The website, www.supportramseytruth.com, takes point by point from John Ramsey’s website (www.supportramsey.com) and shows the people of Michigan and the world the real story behind what John Ramsey is trying to pass off as the truth concerning the JonBenet Ramsey investigation. The truth about the “killer’s DNA, the truth about the civil judge’s decision that said an intruder killed JonBenet, the truth about Ramsey civil attorney Lin Wood.

It’s ironic that there is not one website set up on the world wide internet by the family of JonBenet that deals with her murder, her life, her story; yet John Ramsey has a beautiful website set up for his campaign. There were promises made by the Ramseys, a $100,000 reward, a foundation, the list goes on and on. Yet, nowhere can this information be found on any website owned or operated by the family. Any of the websites set up by John and Patsy Ramsey for JonBenet no longer exist.

No BrotherMoon. I have no ax to grind other than I find how John Ramsey is manipulating the truth about the murder of his daughter appalling.

Ramsey is manipulating the truth so he can seek public office. It is wrong.

I feel that if we all just sat back and let him do this then we are, in the words of Mark Beckner, "morally empty."

Not that I think every single person should put up a website and such but we should at least let our voices be heard.

The media isn't covering the JBR case they way it should. Charlie Brennan is about the only one who dares write the truth.

The second www.supportramsey.com went up the members of the media should have been on the phone trying to get comments from Keenan and researching the DNA. The only one who did anything was Charlie Brennan.

Everyone else let John Ramsey go unchallenged. Let him omit to the point of being laughable.

So in reality I guess I do have an ax to grind. With those who should be doing what most here have done all along.

Follow the Ramsey case and try to keep them honest.

See, that right there is an aspect which shows up the shoddy nature of what you can expect from the Ramsey campaign. It is true; Tricia's site is more professional than John's own. This should not necessarily be true, but it is. For Pete's sake, John is supposed to have behind him a company whose sole mission in life is to create and maintain websites! What does he have on that site? Broken links. This is inexcusable. The "Announcement Speech Text" link leads to nothing. "Press Releases" leads to nothing. "Volunteer News" leads to nothing. "Announcement Rally" contains the content which should have been in the "Announcement Speech Text" link. The "Opportunities" link apparently expects people to jump in their time-travel machine and go back to before May 10th, when they are going to need help.

I have news for John Ramsey's website creators. People: as a potential voter, a link to content explaining John's positions on various issues important to the residents of Northern Michigan is far, far, FAR more important than a link to a teeny-weeny bio of John's father. John's dead father will not gain John Ramsey a single vote. His life did not reflect one iota on the fitness of John Bennett Ramsey to run for office in Michigan. All that link does is show how skewed John Ramsey's priorities are, that he wants to brag about his dad rather than explain to you, the voters, how he is going to create jobs for you and let you keep more of the income you are already earning.

Thanks for responding Tricia. I find it interesting to ask why people are drawn to this case, as there is invariably something in the observer that is tweaked by what the Ramseys did and objectivity goes out the window as the observer unconsciously protects or displays their personal ax as they think they are discussing the case. I refer to BlueCrab and Toth as classic examples of this. I just don't want your personal ax to get in the way of objectivity as you may see the case to be something it isn't and your efforts to expose the truth might lead to a dead end or to a place where any competent lawyer could refute. If you are galled by the Ramseys position in society and the possibility that might rise and you succeed in preventing their rise then you may satisfy your persoanl ax without serving the larger issue of justice.

I am not driven by justice for JonBenet and I admit it. I am a gnostic, I am driven by the quest for knowledge. I want the socio/religio/psychological truth of what Patsy did to come out. In part to openly counter the gross failure that the Boulder culture has become and in part to be proven right where others with their self serving weltenschuuangs are wrong. That's my ax.

I think it's a no hoper to try to get the Gov. involved as it's a no hoper to think anything will ever come out of Boulder itself except an effort to perpetuate their fantasy.

I'm all for vigilantism and if JR gets elected he places himself and his murderess wife on a hill, a target for the villagers.

I am no psychic but I did have a dream about JR last night. I was wandering around a book store and saw this book called "Terror At Chautauqua Park" by John and Patsy Ramsey. :eek:

John wrote after they moved into their new home in Boulder they were mysteriously plagued by what they consider to be demons and poltergeists. Patsy claimed she could speak French which she never before studied, experienced psychic visions, had abnormal strength, and could levitate in her bed.

The second question would be a good doctoral thesis.

Belief is healthy and probably essential but none the less irrational. A healthy psyche can mediate our dual nature; irrational and rational. An unhealthy psyche has trouble mediating and mistakes images of the irrational for reality. One major symptom of deep psychosis is the confusion between constructive and destructive acts and salutary effects. Columbine, 911, OKbomb and the Ramsey case are examples.

What happens when she's not on stage?

Another way of looking at the first 3 is that the perpetrators felt that they were made wrong and now are turning the tables making others wrong. In the circle of victim---rescuer---persecutor---victim, they went from victims to persecutors. The feeling is righteous anger, the motivation is martyrdom. The belief could be, it's not fair... the jocks, the FBI+ATF, the U.S. always runs the show.

The real owner of the phone number printed in Death of Innocence reported the Ramsey "tip line" was disconnected over three years ago. The email address, JonBenetinfo@aol.com bounces back as "unknown," and obviously is not in operation.

The Boulder Police Department no longer have control of the case. It is now in Boulder D.A Mary Keenan's hands.

The Ramsey website, "www.ramseyfamily.com" has been non-existent for several years. A check of ownership at Network Solutions shows the owner of this domain as Haddon, Morgan, and Forman, the Ramseys' former criminal attorneys. The domain ownership expired April 19, 2004. To date, no one has renewed the domain.

It is now left up to strangers to keep web sites going concerning the killing and investigation of JonBenet Ramsey. For despite John’s promises of finding the killer the Ramsey family hasn’t even attempted to keep up a family web site.

After losing by a little over 500 votes, John Ramsey has to close down shop and go home a loser.

Support Ramsey Truth.com and Forums for Justice.org would like to congratulate Bellaire, Mich., attorney Kevin Elsenheimer, on his primary election win.

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that John Ramsey’s wife Patsy is saying that regardless of the outcome of the race, she and her husband will stay involved in politics.

"We've been bitten by the bug," she said.

Support Ramsey Truth.com would like to suggest to the Ramseys that if they had shown as much enthusiasm and willingness to talk to authorities during the first months of the investigation into their daughter’s death as they have in this primary, perhaps the killer might be behind bars. Instead, the Ramseys hid behind their lawyers and did not meet with Boulder Police until a full four months after the murder of JonBenet.

Instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars on this campaign, perhaps John and Patsy could have used that money to start a website in honor of their daughter JonBenet or used the money to fund the now defunct non-profit JonBenet Ramsey Foundation, a foundation the Ramseys promised would help other children but, in fact, did little.

John Ramsey claimed that JonBenet gave him a “platform to run for office.” We strongly disagree. The murder of JonBenet gave her father the name recognition to run for office. As far as a platform to “help others,” John Ramsey had that already. He could have done what many other fathers before him have done without running for office, fathers like Marc Klaas and John Walsh. Instead of actually using JonBenet’s “platform” to help others, he used it to try and further his political career.

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that John Ramsey’s wife Patsy is saying that regardless of the outcome of the race, she and her husband will stay involved in politics.

"We've been bitten by the bug," she said.

Support Ramsey Truth.com would like to suggest to the Ramseys that if they had shown as much enthusiasm and willingness to talk to authorities during the first months of the investigation into their daughter’s death as they have in this primary, perhaps the killer might be behind bars. Instead, the Ramseys hid behind their lawyers and did not meet with Boulder Police until a full four months after the murder of JonBenet.

Instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars on this campaign, perhaps John and Patsy could have used that money to start a website in honor of their daughter JonBenet or used the money to fund the now defunct non-profit JonBenet Ramsey Foundation, a foundation the Ramseys promised would help other children but, in fact, did little.

John Ramsey claimed that JonBenet gave him a “platform to run for office.” We strongly disagree. The murder of JonBenet gave her father the name recognition to run for office. As far as a platform to “help others,” John Ramsey had that already. He could have done what many other fathers before him have done without running for office, fathers like Marc Klaas and John Walsh. Instead of actually using JonBenet’s “platform” to help others, he used it to try and further his political career.

Sorry to put a damper on Camper but; JonBenet is DEAD, ergo, knows nothing, JR had nothing to do with the killing or cover-up, the forum's efforts may have had nothing to do with the election results.

The fact that John had nothing to do with IT is an advantage now as he deludes himself into thinking he can have a normal life again, ergo he will try to surface again and again.

Also, the Ramseys are like a wet bar of soap in the bath tub; try to squeeze them and they squirt out of your grasp. Sorry folks, no Victory! here in Ramsey's defeat, the bar of soap just squirted and will show up somewhere else.

Get real. In order to know something, one has to have an intact brain supported by a functioning body. Dead people have neither, spirits have neither.

Go Camper Go...I'm on the same page in this book of life...but I'm still stuck on "get real"...as if I know what is real or not--IMHO life is but a dream/illusion ... silly me (let's pray/think?) LOL (I know I know ya know ??? LOL) surely it's a brain thing right OR IS IT A "MIND THING?" ... any thoughts as to what is the difference? IMHO JonBenet knew/knows all regardless of what THEY say!

Thanks for responding Tricia. I find it interesting to ask why people are drawn to this case, as there is invariably something in the observer that is tweaked by what the Ramseys did and objectivity goes out the window as the observer unconsciously protects or displays their personal ax as they think they are discussing the case. I refer to BlueCrab and Toth as classic examples of this. I just don't want your personal ax to get in the way of objectivity as you may see the case to be something it isn't and your efforts to expose the truth might lead to a dead end or to a place where any competent lawyer could refute. If you are galled by the Ramseys position in society and the possibility that might rise and you succeed in preventing their rise then you may satisfy your persoanl ax without serving the larger issue of justice.

I am not driven by justice for JonBenet and I admit it. I am a gnostic, I am driven by the quest for knowledge. I want the socio/religio/psychological truth of what Patsy did to come out. In part to openly counter the gross failure that the Boulder culture has become and in part to be proven right where others with their self serving weltenschuuangs are wrong. That's my ax.

I think it's a no hoper to try to get the Gov. involved as it's a no hoper to think anything will ever come out of Boulder itself except an effort to perpetuate their fantasy.

I'm all for vigilantism and if JR gets elected he places himself and his murderess wife on a hill, a target for the villagers.
