Charlotte-Mecklenburg police issued a pair of alerts overnight for missing persons -- a teen-age girl believed to be in the Center City area, and a man who was last seen in southwest Charlotte.
The two cases are not related.
Police say Tyehee Mayers, 16, is believed to be somewhere in the Uptown area. She is a black female, 5-feet-3 and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
