Peter Pocklington is the former owner of Edmonton Oilers where Wayne Gretzky spent the 1st 10+ years of his hockey career. He's been arrested for bankruptcy charges / fraud. Well it's about damn time. We (I'm a former Edmontonian) knew for years this SOB was hiding assets. The article states incorrectly that he sold the Oilers. He did not. He was forced into bankruptcy in Canada years back and lost the Oilers. That was long after he traded Wayne Gretzky to line his pockets big time. :furious:
And now he tries it again. Years back he did the same thing but the Canadian government & police sure didn't step up to the plate. I just can't believe it took the USA so long to catch him in all his schemes. Good Lord.

It's 'he said, you said.' I don't really give a **** what people say any more. I really don't care. You can write whatever the hell you want".

Its a FINE day for all the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS you basically stolen from our Province. It may not have been Edmonton that arrested you but know that we're celebrating just the same as if we had.
