CA - Charlie Wade Stanberry, 1980

This is an odd case - it seems like he knew that something was about to happen to him:

I've done a cursory search through the doe network, what do you think about this:

The eye color doesn't match and it doesn't say if Farren had an earring (although he could have gotten his ear pierced after he left home), but it looks like it could match up otherwise. I'll keep looking, but I just wanted to start a thread for him.

If that is him it would be creepy since the date the UID was found was Charlie's birthday.

I just noticed that I made a serious typo in the title of the thread - His name is Farren, not Charlie (I was looking at the Charley network and must have had that stuck in my head.) Is there any way to change this?
