I did not read as I do not have a strong stomach. And, my heart bleeds for the elderly and children who find themselves at the mercy of the hands of evil. I can only imagine what the report stated. It's all too common in our society that idiots have to feel they have "POWER" over someone or something weaker than they are. Animal abusers fit this as well. Disgusting!!!!!
