The suspect is Joventino Benegas, a 21 year old Hispanic male, 5'8" tall, 200 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He has a blonde streak of hair and a goatee, his right eyebrow is pierced and he has pierced ears.

I'm glad she is safe and that this guy turned himself in! Thanks everyone for the updates. I just saw this this morning and my paper has not updated to say she was found! I knew I would find the whole story here!
