Good evening! :seeya:

Stunning reports the Jackson family will file for wrongful death, suing whoever is responsible for the star's sudden passing! This in light of law enforcement raiding the office of Jackson's personal doctor in search of manslaughter evidence! Plus, Jackson's former nurse subpoenaed for medical records! Could criminal charges be next? Nancy Grace has the latest breaking developments at 8 & 10 PM ET on HLN

Or shipping it from Texas to MJ in California? Something sure sounds illegal :behindbar MOO.

His behavior the day of MJ's death said it all, imo.

Did Nancy say ALL or Part of the proceeds from her book go to the charity? My TV reception did something funny during the time she was speaking about the book so I missed it.

I agree ~ plus finding Diprivan in the house. I'm glad to see LE taking this very seriously. MOO

Doctors (plural) to be included in the wrongful death lawsuit.

Rolodex, business cards, e-mails seized at Dr. M's office.

TMZ saying Rebbie will take care of three children.

Fed Ex records re: shipping drugs to MJ or from out of the country to Dr. M.

Nancy asking guest Ann Bremner how DA could prove what was in the Fed Ex shipments, also that MJ had been injected in the neck so somebody else would've had to inject him.

Nancy saying any shipments of diprivan to Dr. M could be assumed he was then shipping it to somebody else.

She said "part." Of course, there are costs associated with producing it.

Cherilyn Lee on the show again tonight. Nancy asking if she was surprised no diprivan was found in Dr. M's office. She said no, because MJ wanted a large quantity (of all drugs) at his house ~ just in case (like hoarding).

Do you recall the link I posted that said the Doc could be off the hook if MJ was aware the drugs were dangerous, and wanted them anyway?

I remember it but I still think the doctor(s) are responsible for furnishing them, since their duty is to save lives, not possibly aid & abet addiction or suicide. MOO

I don't think Dr. M will face criminal charges re: prescription drugs, but it's the diprivan that could definitely do him in since it is an anesthetic and he is not authorized to use it, especially in a private home without the proper equipment to resusitate a patient. I also believe it's illegal for a doctor to ship it to a private party. MOO

he should lose his license and pay a hefty fine - what he was paid plus
patients shouldnt be dictating rx or care

Diprivan/Propofal has a very short shelf life...many veterinarians use it (but it's pricey in part due to the short shelf life) as it reverses so quickly.

me thinks those FedEx shipments might have been both "incoming" and "outgoing" - incoming to the Dr. and outgoing to MJ

Check this link out - from the United Arab Emirates - where MJ had lived for quite some time and owed that "Prince" all that money. Anyone remember that?

http://www.tradekey.com/product_listall/uid/642892/Emly-Pharma-Co.htm

I found this a couple of weeks ago and have already spoken with and sent it to TMZ - I sent it to NG tonight.

Could be a HUGE link or could be nothing. I would like to hear your thoughts.

I think CL also meant the other prescription drugs not just diprivan. What would happen if someone were administered an "expired" lot ~ nothing, or could it be fatal?

Anyone purchasing drugs from one of those online sites is playing a very deadly game, imo. You don't know what you might be getting in the mail. MOO

I am with you on this.

I have read horror stories about what they really put in those capsules and pretend it is the medication you are ordering.

I am so glad I do not have to have any prescription drugs. I really don't even fully trust some of the local pharmacists or their employees either.

imo
