Anesthesiologist's Records Taken by Coroner (http://www.tmz.com/2009/07/23/anesthesiologists-records-taken-by-coroner/)
We're told a review of Dr. Klein's records led the coroner to the Spalding Pain Medical Clinic, which was founded and run by Dr. Rosen. We're told the coroner was interested in procedures Klein performed at the clinic several years ago, with the help of two anesthesiologists. Dr. Rosen was not involved in the procedures, but ran the facility at the time and voluntarily turned over medical records to the coroner.

I have always believed that out of every bad comes some good and I sincerely hope that all of these Dr. Feel Good's are brought down and exposed for what they are and that is nothing but exorbitantly overly priced drug pushers.
Every doctor in that town had to know that MJ struggled with a serious drug addiction and if they kept feeding this addiction knowing that most likely this would be in the end result one day then they all need to be held accountable fully and lose their license for good
At least with it being MJ it may be a wake up call. If a regular Joe Schmoe had suffered the same fate it probably wouldn't have even made a ripple in the pond.
And these pharmacies who fill these scripts aren't clueless either.

DEA searches pharmacy as part of Jackson investigation
LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Drug Enforcement Administration agents searched a Beverly Hills pharmacy Friday in connection with the investigation into the death of Michael Jackson, an agency spokesman said.
Dr. Arnold Klein denied in a CNN interview last month that he had given Jackson dangerous drugs.
The agents executed a federal search warrant at the Mickey Fine Pharmacy and Grill, and were expected to seize pharmacy records, said DEA spokesman Jose Martinez.
The pharmacy is in the same building as the office of Jackson's dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein. Shortly before his death, Jackson visited the building several times to see Klein.

At the very least, many docs are going to lose their licenses. I'm hoping there is enough evidence to warrant criminal charges.

"According to the affidavit, records show Dr. Klein self-prescribed 27 times from March, 2006 through May, 2009. The prescriptions include "the medications hydrocodone (Vicodin), modafinil (Provigil), diazepam (Valium), and injectable midazolam (Versed). The prescriptions were filled at Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills.
According to California law, "No person shall prescribe, administer, or furnish a controlled substance for himself."
It is not known if Dr. Klein used the prescriptions for himself or possibly for Michael Jackson. We do know Dr. Klein often prescribed to Jackson using various aliases."

So, it's possible that LE will charge Klein as well. They just searched the LA pharmacy a couple of days ago - LE getting their ducks in a row to charge all docs involved?

Now that he's facing a possible malpractice rap, Dr. Arnold Klein probably wants to avoid as many trips to court as possible.
An attorney for Michael Jackson's former dermatologist said Thursday that his client has decided against petitioning for a say in the upbringing of Jackson's two eldest children, 12-year-old Prince Michael and 11-year-old Paris.
Both of whom could actually be Klein's biological children—a relationship that Klein has not particularly denied, nor will he be setting out to prove any time soon through the marvels of science.
Klein, who admitted to anonymously donating sperm once, will not be taking a DNA test to prove he's the father of those kids, attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Us Weekly Thursday.
"It would serve no helpful purpose for the children to be distracted from believing Michael Jackson is not the father in every possibility," Kaplan said.
"It would be of interest to other people. It is not something Dr. Klein feels he is interested to establish. It would serve no purpose other than creating distraction or noise. It is not going to help the children other than to solve the answered question, which is a selfish motive to see who the ultimate provider of the 13 chromosomes [is]."
And Klein is not going forward with his legal petition because, now that the court has appointed a legal adviser to look after the children's finances and protect their best interests, Klein is satisfied that they'll be A-OK.
Jackson wanted his children to have access to a formal education and be brought up out of the spotlight, and Klein wanted to comply with his old friend's wishes, according to Kaplan.
"Dr. Klein wanted to assert a request that he had concerns," the lawyer told Us. "He had an agreement with Michael Jackson that if anything happened to Michael Jackson...Dr. Klein would do what he could to see that they were protected."
Meanwhile, authorities paid another visit to Klein's Beverly Hills offices last week. Officials have said the cooperative good doc is not a target of their investigation into Jackson's death, but he's reportedly facing a possible medical malpractice charge.

Oh brother!!! Can you believe this - no LE may not be targeting him, but the DEA probably is. How convenient - he now feels all is "A-OK". OMG, I hope more can be done with some of these quacks other than just revoking their licenses! However, I know that criminal charges will be hard enough to prove even with Murray - just sickening!!

Agree regarding the older boy. But it doesn't look like it would matter. According to tmz, the judge ruled Dr. Klein has no legal right to raise concerns over the welfare of the children.

MJ and Klein -- Affection for Injections (http://www.tmz.com/2009/10/28/michael-jackson-affection-for-injection/)

UPDATE: A closer look at the documents reveals another shocking fact -- in April, Jackson received ELEVEN "I.M. Injections" in 3 days.
Arnold Klein injected Michael Jackson with an intra-muscular drug labeled "I.M. Injection" 51 times in three months, this according to documents (http://www.tmz.com/2009/10/27/arnie-klein-goes-after-jackson-estate/) filed by Arnold Klein himself.
And one prominent L.A. dermatologist says "I.M. Injection" is commonly used as billing code for the narcotic Demerol

I would like to hear these words from Dr Klein himself in a live interview.
There are more reasonable explanations for how young boys around MJ might have sneaked a peek.
Disgusting is right!
