Clarifying misinformation reported on Friday re: Stacy Howe. Now saying Stacy Howe has never worked for Dr. Klein.

Ted Rowland reporting connection between propofol and Dr. M. Source is close to J family. Anesthesia administered w/in 24 hrs. of MJ's death.

Caller asking since Dr. M isn't anesthesiologist couldn't he be charged with 2nd degree murder. Legal panelist: depraved indifference to human life, yes, 2nd degree murder could be included. Another expert saying we don't have the report yet. 3rd expert saying nothing confirmed yet, MJ could've died from something else. (Sorry I didn't catch their names while I was typing!)

Cherilyn Lee on again tonight talking about MJ begging her for propofol this spring. She's explaining what she told him about the dangers of using it. He told her he'd used it before, being monitored, and told her he'd be fine. She still refused.

Back to Ted R. Link to MJ's death will come after the coroner's investigation, but the source is saying that Dr. M did administer propofol to MJ. Propofol is completely safe in a hospital setting, but needs continual monitoring and should not be used outside a hospital setting. There also may be other drugs involved, or other environmental factors ~ need to wait for coroner's report. Toxicology report may be delayed beyond this week when it was originally believed to be released.

I can't stand this Firpo character. Every time he is asked something about MJ, he goes into his schpeel about how MJ took him aside into another room to talk privately to him about such and such. I'm beginning to think that MJ never talked privately to Firpo about anything. He probably only says it that way so no one else can confirm that a conversation with MJ and Firpo did not occur. :furious: I don't get why HLN seems to think he is someone who is close to anything to do with the case or MJ. Oh, also that Brian Oxman, is the same way. If those two are the best HLN can do, they need to move on to missing children cases and off the MJ case. :furious:

What I am having a hard time understanding is why MJ is asking a nurse to get him deprivan when he had Dr. M in his employ at the time, not to mention a long relationship with other doctors. It just doesn't make sense. I find C a little strange and wonder if she is on the level, although her story hasn't changed in her many interviews. Just curious about her.... Although I know why JC cut FC's questioning of C off, I wished it would have continued.

I wonder if he is another one who has scammed money from MJ and needs to return it. I think there are a lot of these leeches out there who got money from MJ and had no intentions of paying it back.

And why is it on all these shows these people are "FORMER" :rolleyes: this or that?:mad: And we even see doctors coming out to speak that hasn't seen MJ in many many years.:rolleyes: (ugh)

I think she is the most credible of all.

She treated MJ at his home from January thru April 2009. It was in April that he asked her about the diprivan. Murray was not MJs doctor until May 2009 and had only been residing in his home with him 11 days before he passed away.

He had met Murray in Las Vegas in 2006 when he was staying there when one of his children needed to be seen by a doctor. He did not become MJs doctor until May 2009.

Oxman has been with the Jackson family for many years. He loves them, imo.

I am confused as to why he is even included in the panel. What does he add to the discussion? He is a former employee of MJ. Outside of that, he's the last person to be on a panel of professionals. I've listen to a lot of MJ music, so my comments are as valuable as his. jmo
