Tulsa police are searching for a missing man.

Officers said 50-year-old Mark Inhoffe was last seen on May 26th at the Tulsa Teacher's Credit Union on Pine Street.

They said he was cashing a check sent to him by family members.

According to investigators, Inhoffe is a transient that frequents the downtown area.

He also has been seen in the 2500 East Admiral Boulevard Area.

Since his disappearance, Inhofe has not picked up his mail or cashed his checks sent to him by family members.

I wonder if he's related to Jim Inhofe, former mayor of Tulsa and now Senator. (They spelled the missing man's name "Inhofe" once in the article.)

"A Tulsa man has been missing for three months and his family now fears the worst. They've put a $2,000 reward in addition to the Crime Stoppers money for anyone who can give them information about Mark Inhoffe."

On Topix, there was a person who claimed to have seen him on Sheridan at a Warehouse Market store 3 weeks ago. The person said he/she remembered him because he/she was worried he was going to stumble and fall in front of their vehicle.

I hope they turned in the tip and it was actually him. It would mean he has been wandering around instead of dead. Too bad they didn't get him forced help, but maybe if he is found alive...they can do something. :(
