Due to the new information (new to me) posted in the starting from scratch thread, I am submitting the following person for review:

*Height is only 2 in off, people sometimes shrink with age.
*Eye color is off, but eye color may have changed with cateract surgery.
*Weight is off, but he may have gained weight since he went missing. 8 yrs
*Scar on left side of jaw is same.
*Similar nose, especially the tip of the nose.
*Teeth missing are similar.
*Possibly seen in Omaha in 2001.
*According to NAMUS, no fingerprints but they do have DNA and dental

It's been a dream of mine since coming here to add long hair to one of Ben's age regression pics. A lot of guys had long hair; I wonder if Ben ever did.

If his age is correct, it's also possible he had a longish perm

Thanks Jules...I think John's eyes are truly brown. That being said, based on the scars alone it is worth calling NM to find out if John has fingerprints in AFIS, DNA in CODIS and what the medical condition is that they allude to.

If they have a fingerprint card on him, all the better because they can compare it to BK.

DUH-I just read that they state no fingerprints....DNA is the key or the dentals then.

So you think it is worth contacting LE? I will do so Mon. I know it is a longshot but the teeth and scars got me.

Do it...if his primary DNA is in CODIS it will rule him out, BUT BK's dental XRAYS are in NCIC, so the detective should be able to pull them up. If MtDNA is needed, the detective should contact FBI Bill...

I agree. At this point, any possible i.d. is helpful.
