Delaware State Police are searching for Harold Perham, 68, who reportedly wandered away from his Holly Drive home around 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to Police, Perham's family contacted police on Oct. 7 after they found him missing from his room. A subsequent investigation revealed neighbors last saw him walking West down Holly Drive.
Perham is described by police as being a five-foot-four male, weighing about 130 pounds. Police said he has not taken his medication recently and is feared to have a diminished mental capacity.
Anyone who has seen Perham is asked to call 911 immediately.
