Missing Effort teen found in N.Y., returned home
November 04, 2009

Having been missing for almost a month, Vincenzio-Luis Estephan Lopez, 15, of Effort, was found by police Monday in New York City and is now back at his father's home in Bushkill.

Police found Vincenzio unharmed in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he had been staying with friends.
