I do not want to give the Anthony's a penny, but I would read it second hand. I do NOT want to contribute to the Anthonys.

that's a big, fat no
not in a zillion years
everything I've already seen from them ad nauseum comfirms what they would say in a book & the proceeds would probably go to KC's prison fund

i refuse to pay to read any more of their bs.

NO!! Agree with all above. Not a snowballs chance in he$$. It's bad enough to have to read their lies under oath!

I have heard more than enough of the Anthony's BS. I would not pay a penny nor waste any of my precious time to read anything they have to say, even if someone were to pay me to read it. Nope, no way, nada. They are milking this whole tragic situation.

I loathe CA and everything she stands for so NO I would not buy a book written by her and George and I think with the "A" speak it would be a very difficult read for anyone who chooses to read it.

I wouldn't want to contribute one penny to the A's and I don't think I could stomach reading their bs and knowing that the money will go to more vacations or funding the defense...NOPE, NADA, not helping them out with their "fund".

Not only would I not contribute to the Anthony's I don't want to hear a fairytale. There would be nothing of substance in the book other than self entitlement, how she felt, what she did, etc...no truth, all being written through those rose colored glasses...
Nope wouldn't buy it if it cost me :twocents:

Well, I definitely would not read it for the same reason that I read most other books...that's for sure. I can't see running out & buying it either. I would read it if I ever happened to come across it somewhere, like in the library, in a waiting room, at a yard sell, a friend's house, etc. The only reason I would want to read it is so I could continue to be shocked by the alien behavior/actions/thoughts of some people, and of course for the learning experience it would provide.....as far as the way people like that think & such.....

Them getting money or not is a non-issue to me, but I have no desire to read a work that would almost certainly be billed as non-fiction written by people who lie. I would be amazed if they find a legit (non-subsidy) publisher.

No. But I would buy 'The Websleuths Guide to the Anthonys'.....or WS cliffsnotes on any case.

I would not buy it because I feel that I would be supporting them and I would not read it because I feel it would only be lies. It actually turns my stomach to even think about it.

No, but I would buy a book by YM or any of the other lead investigators or LDB or JA in a milli-sec...although, it's likely they wouldn't write one.

That about sums it up right there!
All the sorrow I felt for them in the beginning has turned to shame. I can't even stand to watch them on television any more.
IMO the networks should run a health advisory banner when they're on.
Something like..
..... Warning! The following broadcast may cause severe nausea or severe anger. If you find yourself projectile vomiting or throwing objects at your television screen, we suggest you change the channel quickly or turn your set off immediately.

Seeing as how they never shut up, I don't see how they can have anything left to write that they haven't already said.
So, no, I would not pay for advice from people that can't tell their butts from a hole in the ground.

My heart aches for the parents....As long as they keep running away from the truth, that their own daughter who they love as no other actually killed anyone, let alone their beautiful granddaughter. They can not face it, and when they get home at night they fall into an exhausted sleep. We dont know what we would do.
That being said. h...no I would not buy any thing that might help get the killer freed or contribute to her funds in prison.

I have to say yes, i would buy it, only because i really feel that somewhere along the line one of them will say or write something without thinking, that will confirm they have lied and covered up all along, i would take that book apart with a fine tooth comb lol

If 5 minutes of these people on TV is enough to make me sick at my stomach then I certainly wouldn't want the book length version.

I would not want to send one DIME to the Anthony Family.
If I wanted to read the book I would check it out from the library... so they wouldn't make any money from me.

What on earth could they possibly say in a book ?? We've all seen thier interviews.. My daughter is innocent. My daughter's been framed..Would they really be able to filll a whole book with those these two sentences over and over again.. Nope, I wouldn't read it thier interviews were painfull enough.:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::ba nghead::banghead:
Absholutely not. What a waste of money:furious:

I do not want to give the Anthony's a penny, but I would read it second hand. I do NOT want to contribute to the Anthonys.
Brilliant answer and I would do the exact same, and this applies to any charged or convicted individual(s) not just the Anthonys. I would want to avoid seeing a criminal reeling in profits from their authoring of books or articles pertaining to their case, but that doesn't preclude my interest in their point of view so I can make up my own mind regarding the crime.
On the other hand there are states where it is illegal for a convicted criminal to gain profit from their writing about their case. They can still write about it but the income is diverted to the victims and/or charities. In those states I would not hesitate to purchase the book new should I have any interest in it.
The only circumstance where I would buy the book new regardless of who benefits from it is if I have reasons to believe the author may have been wrongly convicted.

No, simply because I believe they know what happened to their granddaughter and are protecting there POS daughter. I think they have known all along what happened to her. They deserve to be in jail right along with the mother ( I use that term very loosely).

there is no point.
Lies told over and over..

NOTHING could ever make me beleive casey is innocent,
and/or her dumb A** upbringing didnt have something to do with it.
horrid thought being in that family

Actually, I would buy it if ALL proceeds went to a good, reputable charity or cause. And then I would use it as a fire starter in my woodstove.

Well, I don't read much fiction unless Fabio is on the cover.........
I would do like I did with OJ's book and the Ramsey's book......check it out from the library........because I am curious just how far they will go in their book with their lies.............

I think you should re open this poll since the trial has started. I thought that I would never ever buy a book by them, but after OS's...and cindys testimony about how everything changed 6 weeks ago....
I would buy a book by them now.
teedie2
05-30-2011, 12:11 AM
That's a good idea, ebedeeb, but not this soon, maybe. Anyway, they can't really write a truthful and forthcoming book until after the trial, lol.
Depending upon how the trial goes, and if our public library gets the book, I might check it out and read it.
Six weeks ago, my foot! (IMO) (My opinion isn't worth much, actually.)

I don't mean to be unkind, but part of what drives me absolutely nuts about the Anthonys is the way they speak. They are all over the place! They will speak in present tense and switch to past tense, they'll use a pronoun and I have to reread what they said to figure out which person they were referring to! They jump all around-I can't follow any type of linear thinking. Read a book? No, I've had enough of their mess already.
No money for any of them!

Would never buy a book about any of the Anthonys or donate to any of their causes.

No I would not!! If I saw it at my local library, I would check it out, chuck it in the trash and offer to buy the library a different book in its place!

Yes / I would definitely buy their book. I don't trust the media to give the whole story and always believe that their are 2 sides to every story.

08-01-2012, 03:59 PM
No. I might have considered it had Cindy not flat out lied in court but she did, she didn't support Caylee one bit. It was all about her felon daughter. So, no.
As for there being two sides to every story, they've had their chance to speak and it was more of the same...excuses and cover ups for the felon.

I wouldn't buy anyone's book on this case, especially not them. However, last night I was reading Jose's book and was thinking that George really should do some kind of interview to try and clear his name. There was so many negative things about George in JB's book that if it was me I would have something to say!

I think the best thing that George can do is what he is doing and getting on with his life without his pathological lying daughter.
I wouldnt buy a book by Baez if it was the last book written on Earth. He is disgusting and lies as much as his prior client.

No, I listened to what they had to say after the verdict on Dr Phil, and that was enough for me to know they will NEVER utter the truth. Everything they say is about appearing a certain, carefully crafted way and I for one need to live in the truth and much prefer to live in reality. The Anthony's wouldn't know truth or reality if it bit them in the arse! Poor, poor Caylee :(
