Teenage Mother, Infant Missing
Teen Is Mentally Disabled, Family Said

DETROIT -- Police and the family of a missing teenage girl and her infant son are asking for the public's help in finding them.

Alexis Binns, 15, and her 3-month-old son, Omari Reese, have not been seen since Feb. 15.

Police said they were last seen leaving Binns' home on the 7000 block of Arcola Street in Detroit at about 9:30 p.m.

Binns' family said she is disabled challenged, but in good physical condition.

She is described as black, about 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and short brown hair. She also has a distinctive scar on the front of her neck.

Binns was last seen wearing black dress pants with stripes, a white shirt, a brown Southpaw jacket, black boots and a blue purse.

Reese weighs 12 pounds, has a light skin tone, black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Binns and Reese's whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department at 313- 596-1193 or text information to TIP411 (847411), beginning the message with "DPD."

Detroit Police are looking for a missing teen who left home with her infant.

15-year-old Alexis Binns was last seen at her home on Arcola on Monday.

Alexis is described as 5'2" tall, weighing 200 pounds with a dark complexion, brown eyes and short brown hair. She has a scar on the front of her neck.

Her baby is only three months old.

Anyone with information should contact Detroit Police.
