Sidebar is for OT discussions as always. Retrial thread is for trial information. You can still discuss the retrial within the Sidebar and post tweets there also if you want to discuss them or they have nothing to do with court, such as Jodi's tweets. But when it comes to actual trial tweets, YouTube videos, etc. from within the courtroom the Retrial thread is where most posters want to see that information.

Her eyes give me the creeps. I dont know if it is just me expecting to see a killer behind the eyes but there are so many examples of murderers where I think their eyes seem somewhat crazy looking.

Yes but you posted another tweet by someone that said she'd rule on it tomorrow when they're doing jury stuff and Jodi asked to skip it. I'll see if I can find it I might be mistaken, but for some reason I had it in my head that it would be ruled on tomorrow.

I think it's just that missy:jail: wanted to skip the jury instructions (maybe too boring for an Einstein to sit thru- she has to get up real early in the AM to make it to court.:floorlaugh: )

Its going. Long day today! Amazing how long you wait!! I wish at times they offered something for me and my girls.this has been really rough on us as well. But~~goes back Wednesday so we shall see.

I don't know much about the Examiner.com. Are they reputable. I won't comment on the mit specialist but this article sure makes it sound like that Jodi is going to try her hardest to go for a do over. She has already been convicted of 1st degree murder. So, whats the point? What can't she say that Juan or evidence can counter?

BBM I know Zoey- I waited 10 hours for my XDIL to see a psychiatrist at the mental institution (or whatever they call it ).

Don't know much about The Examiner. Just bringing the "news" to the Sidebar.

Of course she wants a "do-over"- this way she can try to convince jurors that she is "innocent" (fat chance, IMO, with JM at the helm).

Saw several people encouraging others to notify Sheriff Arpaio about that phone call w/ their suspicions, and I think MDR might be worried. No telling what all she's been up to, and she has been the subject of a lot of questions lately. The other day a couple of TA supporters were talking to each other (on twitter) about MDR and saying that JM might be about to nail her to the wall & point out her unprofessional behavior, that she might lose her job, etc. Maria entered their discussion saying "you know that this will delay the trial. Is that what you want?"

Have seen a few comments wondering how those glasses got out of the jail to be auctioned off. Again, I'm not so sure they're even the right glasses, but if they are someone had to get them out for her.

There was a tweet from her account last night mentioning her being on a medicine that was helping her migraines. :facepalm:

So now Jodi is becoming a druggie in prison. All prescribed of course, but anyone can get anything they want prescribed. Her best bet is to stick to psych drugs. There are tests and x-rays now to see if her migraines are real. IOW, she's not fooling anyone.

What else has Jodi got to do but this? Her social calendar isn't exactly filled with festivals and parties. Very soon not even any opportunities to talk to reporters, access to internet or communal lockup. Imagine having to live 24/7 with Jodi in solitary. She'll have to do that in a few weeks. :happydance:
