In one of the interviews between kc and la, I remember her saying over and over about 'definately day time' not night...........clue as to time of death? disposal? I have to carefully listen again. Did anyone else hear that??? thanks.

My question is why did uncle LA go back to living at home with ca/ga.........what happened to pregnant gf, mal? Did LA lose his job? Is it financial to help everyone?
I just don't get why a man his age could go back home, when home is a disaster. Did I miss a thread on this? And no way could I look at the playhouse or CAYLEE's room.......etc. I would be spooked!
I guess I believe in ghosts, IMO

It's likely that his lease was up and rather than renewing it and living in that same neighborhood, he plans to move elsewhere in the near future. IMHO

The difference is a daisy chain compared to a chain letter is that the names are pre-arranged so each person knows who they are to notify and in what order to do so. That is how when the last person on list gets the call the only one they call is person A. In this way Person A now knows that everyone on the entire list has recieved the information. [Everyone has to make the calls in the pre-arranged order for it to work]
Works great for church/civic groups, school closings and the like. According to how many people need to recieve the information is how the list is set up. You can have as many sub groups as you need to to make quick work of getting the information out. You can notify large amounts of people in a very short time because no one person is spending a long time on the phone making phone call after phone call to a long list of people.

I think Lee simply moved home to be with his parents. They are grieving. The trial will likely begin in the next few months. Presumably, the tart mom doesn't even want to see them. No matter what we think of them, this is a horrible time. Lee is protective of them. We've seen evidence of that with the protestors. It makes perfect sense to me that he would want to be close to them.

End of the month, end of the year, it's quite likely that his lease ended. There's plenty of empty space now. His apartment might've been a one bedroom, so he and gf are going to live with the A's through the trial and later move into a two bedroom

I remember way back that one of KC's male friends returned a bag containing Caylee clothes etc. It was mentioned in an interview, but I can't remember whose interview. Can anybody else remember which interview and who the returner of clothes was and other details?

I think there is another interview that was taped by OCSO the one prior to 8/4 but I cannot seem to find the transcript of it. It is the one that Cindy is takling about a bunch of Casey's 'old' friend coming over to the house to do a time line with her.

In Cindy interview she said a Chris returned a bag of some of Caylee swimming things to her the night of that prayer vigil when all of Casey’s friends came over to discuss timelines with the A’s. If this is the same Chris, which it appears that it is because CA said it was one of Casey’s old friends I questioned if he actually have possession of that bag or did he just happened to carry the bag in the house for someone else and hand it to Cindy.

I have been trying to find the link to the interrogation when KC states she heard
from Caylee that morning. I know it has been proven that the call never happened but I am curious about what KC states that Caylee talked about. I know she said she talked about the book and that Caylee was not upset. It seems there would be a reason for this besides the obvious fact she wanted LE to think Caylee was alive. I think this was one of her biggest mistakes.
If anyone can help me out ,I would appreciate it.
Me thinks in that conversation might be a clue to what she disposed of with Caylee.
I am sorry if this is a repeat. I try to stay on top of this case but it is hard when i have to kinda live my life too!!

If you go on here to the timeline for July, they have put some interesting facts together. Chris S., is the one that thought he saw KC jogging on Chickasaw, & he texted her to which she replied no.....this was July 15th, which was interesting too, as KC weaves a little truth into her lies, also saying that she talked with Caylee on July 15th about her books & shoes!

I have found what originally alerted me.
Video CA interview with LE part1. Date a bit confusing one link shows 31 July other shows 1 Aug?
She talks about "Chris something" returning bag after vigil meeting. mentions annie and cory. Who is Cory? Says bag had Caylee things: "couple swimmers", life jacket thing comb etc.
I skimmed thru transcript of Chris S interview and neither he nor LE mention the bag of Caylee stuff. Is there another Chris?

Is it plausible that when JG had a 12min phone conversation with KC on 16th June, and heard Caylee in the background, it was minutes from her death and he was the last person to hear Caylee other than the murderer?
Could KC have faked talking to Caylee in a later call (27th) because she was in body disposal and cover-up mode, and she realised the significance of what JG might remember of 16th?

Have you ever seen a floor plan of the A home and/or garden.
I remember something, but that is very vague could be another case?

There are plenty of aerial views of the A's garden but I have never seen an image of the interior floor plan of their home. The closest thing to it is the house tour that they did with Greta and a second house tour that they did more recently (after KC was indicted) with another station.

I think it's likely that Chris S was interviewed more than once but I believe that only one (or maybe two) of his interviews has/have been released so far. He doesn't mention the bag in his interview(s)...

EVERY SINGLE time I listen to LE questioning KC I can not believe how she can sit there and listen to them list her lies , and she simply agrees and does not waiver at all.
She continues to say I left her with ZG...
Her composure is unbelievable. She has two men that are really going after her and it does not seem to bother her in the least.I dont think she has ever been in legal trouble before but she handles herself like she has been dealing with LE forever,
This girl will never tell anything.

Thanks, Elfie. I've been on that thread, but I would have sworn I read documentation somewhere stating there was actual chloroform residue found in the trunk, not just the air samples. I was hoping to re-read the forensics reports and see if it was in there somewhere. I usually have excellent recall, but this case has been challenging to keep up with every detail and where it can be found.

In one of KCs first interviews w/ LE they talk about the jogger that was killed at J Blanchard Park and KC says something like her mom did not want her running there or in their neighborhood around Chickasaw. Does anyone else remember that?
