Decision Reversal: Hailey's Angels Reconsider, Won't Quit Search For Hailey
"COLORADO CITY, Texas -- In a reversal Tuesday afternoon, the group calling itself Hailey's Angels said they cannot and will not quit searching for missing Colorado City teenager Hailey Dunn.

Members of Hailey's Angels told KTXS News on Tuesday that they were too invested, they'd spent too many hours and energy over the past seven weeks to now quit the search.

UPDATE: 5:20pm

(Big Spring)- Big Spring Police and Law Enforcement from around West Texas have concluded a search at the landfill in Big Spring.

Kampfer told CBS 7 that it could be a day or two before they know if anything was found.

CBS 7 also spoke to Billie Dunn, Hailey's Mother, and she says she didn't even know that they were at the landfill until later in the morning.

Mother Still Believes Hailey Dunn was Abducted

The mother of the missing Colorado City teen believes her child was abducted within a six-block area of their home in the Mitchell County community.

&#8220;I think some stranger came in and took her,&#8221; said Billie Jean Dunn Tuesday afternoon. &#8220;That&#8217;s been my gut feeling from the beginning&#8221;.

She added that her daughter, 13-yearold Hailey Dunn, could not have been coerced to get in a stranger&#8217;s car. &#8220;She had to be forced in.&#8221;

&#8220;I told her not to leave the house that day, but she did. She could have been walking to a store, or to play basketball,&#8221; Billie Dunn added.

But one of the groups, Hailey&#8217;s Angels, drew the ire of the mother during a Saturday evening event termed an appreciation dinner for searchers.

&#8220;KlaasKids and Laura Search Group didn&#8217;t know about it and apparently weren&#8217;t invited,&#8221; said the mother. &#8220;We just heard about it and just went. None of our family was invited.&#8221;

&#8220;It was all about them and not much to do about Hailey,&#8221; she added...

&#8220;She confronted us about leaving saying she had spent two days putting the slide show together. She also told me that she goes out everyday looking for my daughter and that I haven&#8217;t searched yet. But what she doesn&#8217;t know is that I just can&#8217;t go looking for Hailey in creeks and fields,&#8221; she added.

&#8220;That dinner could have been a really nice thing, but it turned out horrible. I just wonder why it had to be on a Saturday night at a bar.

...the group also became crossways with her because she hasn&#8217;t been able to provide money for gas.

&#8220;I wish I could give everybody gas money, but I haven&#8217;t worked in a month and a half. There is an account set up at City National Bank (in Colorado City) for the searchers, but I don&#8217;t know anything about it,&#8221; she added.

Investigators: 'Deviant images' found on computer of mother of suspect in Hailey Dunn case

Investigators said deviant images and pornographic videos and pictures were found on a computer and memory stick confiscated in early January as part of the investigation into the disappearance of 13-year-old Hailey Dunn from Colorado City.

The Dell Inspirion 530 computer contained &#8220;approximately 108,498 pictures depicting deviant acts,&#8221; according to evidence returned from a search warrant issued from the 32nd District Court in Sweetwater.

After announcing they were quitting the search and then saying they'd continue searching, the group dubbed "Hailey's Angels" says it's once again ending efforts to find missing 13-year-old Hailey Dunn.

Freda Radcliff says Billie Dunn's recent comments about the group's search efforts show the family is ungrateful for their efforts. Dunn is Hailey's mother.

Michell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs has been quoted as saying the some of the images included child *advertiser censored* and bestiality. KTAB reporter Tiffany Tatro is working to confirm that.

A memory card and CD-R found in the bedroom of Hailey's mom, Billie Dunn, and suspect Shawn Adkins, contained 320 images and videos of *advertiser censored*, an affidavit from Mitchell County says.

Missing Teen's Grandmother Arrested On Unrelated Charges

They tell us 49-year-old Ostrander is in the Snyder Jail facing drug charges. She is Hailey Dunn's grandmother and Billie Jean Dunn's mother and was arrested just after 2 p.m. Friday and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
