Cause friends do that. I have friends of the opposite gender I pick up or they pick me up and we go out and then the driver drops the other off. And when we are out, we hang out together.

My thoughts are that the conversation with her husband did not go very well and she called the first person she knew would be available to escort her to and from the bar thinking he was harmless. Just a guess.

Does the first video actually play for you? I've been trying it for days, the link comes up fine but the video will not play.

Nick just doesn't seem smart enough to have done this and covered his tracks without any flaws. If he is the perp it seems LE would have already found the flaw when he was interrogated and arrested him. I think the "it's complicated", if Kelli actually said this, is the key to her disappearance, not Nick, but you all know that I am "suchanovice"....

:banghead: That is a good point. I am so torn over what to believe happened to Kelli. Just when I think it has to be Nick...something like your post makes me take a step back and wonder...could it have been someone else? And, in reality, it could have been.

One other thing that I don't think we have discussed much (if at all... propbably because it is very unlikely). But, is there annnnyyy chance that Kelli did in fact make it home safely that night and went missing Saturday morning? I wonder when the first occurrence of her phone being off was noticed...do we know that. I know if was off on Saturday, but what time? I doubt anyone was trying to get a hold of her too early on a saturday morning...andalso I know remember there was FB activity that showed on her page for Saturday...although we don't know if that was from Friday eve/Saturday morning at the bar or if was someone accepting her friend request...Anyway, just a thought.

It worked for me, and I have to say, is that reporter standing on a slope or is he that much taller than NH?

ETA - I actually can't play it, just the first like 2 seconds then it goes to a menu screen

Has anyone heard, or seen if her car was ever located and if they brought it in for testing? I would hope they did, just to rule things out. Does anyone know since they are letting her family stay at her apt., are they allowing them to use her vehicle during this time? Especially her husband since its likely his name was on her car also? Just curious?

The unfortunate thing is that most every theory that doesn't point to Nick is based on something that Nick said. Kelli can't talk for herself and I have a hard time taking anything that Nick says she said seriously.

It's driving me nuts! I really wanted to see that video. I'm at work so I went to NDN which distributes ABC's videos for online newspapers to pick up, and it's been deleted from their as well.
