    GUILTY NH - AH, 14, North Conway, 9 October 2013 - # 4

It seems to me that trying to search for small items in or anywhere near the woods during this time of year would be pretty much a waste of time. With all the leaves that have fallen in the past few weeks, even something the size of a sweater would be impossible to spot unless, by luck, it...

I agree. I've felt almost from day one that this was an abduction case and that the abductor is someone Abby knew and/or trusted. Walking the same route home from school each day would make it fairly easy for someone to carefully plan an abduction well in advance. And, as you said, the locals...

Here's a link to a news story stating the Secret Service was involved the day after she went missing. Here's another. And here's one from the local Conway paper.

I may have missed it, and if so, I apologize. But can someone tell me why the FBI, Secret Service and the NH AG's office jumped on this case right from the git-go? There are a lot of "missing persons" case every day and for the FBI and Secret Service to get involved right from day one is...

    GUILTY NH - AH, 14, North Conway, 9 October 2013 - # 1

Has anyone released information as to who or what Abby's call phone called Wednesday evening? If a call was actually made, I'm sure LE knows exactly who was called, if the call was answered and how long the call lasted. There's a lot more to this case than what the public is being told. I...

LE will withhold info if they believe releasing it will jeopardize their case. If they have a potential suspect in mind or if they have a working theory, releasing certain information can alert a potential suspect who can then be extremely cautious and not let down his/her guard. When LE asks...

IMO, this looks more and more like an abduction by someone she knew and trusted.

Found Deceased NH - Celina Cass, 11, Stewartstown, 25 July 2011 #12 *Arrest*

Does anyone know for sure if LE still has WN's truck? Also, I may have missed it or forgotten ..........was a cause of death ever released for Celina?

Found Deceased NH - Celina Cass, 11, Stewartstown, 25 July 2011 #12 *Arrest*

The AG's office has so many active murder cases awaiting trial right now that new cases ready for trial are not being put on the court docket for at least a year. Add to that the backload of unsolved murder cases stacked up in this office and chances are good that Celina's case is buried in a...

Found Deceased NH - Celina Cass, 11, Stewartstown, 25 July 2011 #12 *Arrest*

I agree! I've been saying WN couldn't have done it right from the beginning. I believe he's too messed up to be able to pull off something like this and not leave evidence and clues all over the place.

    NH NH - Elizabeth Marriott, 19, Durham, 9 Oct 2012 - # 1 *S. Mazzaglia guilty*

I may be wrong, but I do not believe you can have a murder charge in a case where the death was accidental and unintentional. Nor do I believe that the lack of cooperation by the alleged perpetrator can change a case from manslaughter to murder. Second degree murder involves an assault. IMO...

We don't have much information yet. But based on what's been told in the press, I don't see how this case can wind up being anything but manslaughter if the death was truly accidental during sex.

Found Deceased NH - Celina Cass, 11, Stewartstown, 25 July 2011 #12 *Arrest*

The fact that the AG's office even looked at this guy in connection with Celina's murder leads me to believe they have no clue who killed her. If they had a prime suspect with lots of clues pointing to that person but lacked enough evidence to convict him, they wouldn't be looking at other...

    NH NH - Elizabeth Marriott, 19, Durham, 9 Oct 2012 - # 1 *S. Mazzaglia guilty*

Answered my own question....... "Investigators pinged Marriott's cell phone, which indicated a signal around 9:30 p.m. in the Dover area. Another ping indicated that she was somewhere between Dover and Durham around 10:10 p.m., possibly in the area of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover...

Am I remembering correctly that Lizzi's cell phone was pinged somewhere around 9:30 in Dover and about 10:10 halfway between Dover and Durham? If so, that raises a lot of questions I haven't seen mentioned.
