Rebuttal starts on Thursday only if the defense rests. I'd be surprised if the defense does that after what happened this afternoon.

Like so many of you, I have watch numerous live trials and I just have to express my surprise with the lack of control by this judge. I've never seen a courtroom so out of control. This doctor makes the medical examiner look even worse than he did before, imo.

I don't doubt it. As Beth K stated earlier, Miami-Dade Judge made a ruling re: unconstitutional. I'm just surprised that it wasn't filed at 9:00 am sharp!!
