What an incredible story. I guess it wasn't his time to go! I can't imagine how he felt when he realised he was going to be rescued. And how wonderful for the dive recovery team too, to be able to save someone like that.

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good. I see they still haven't identified the male who was spotted driving her car. I wonder if the police managed to lift prints from the inside of the car, although I suppose these are of no use for the time being if the person doesn't already have their prints...

Not a day goes by where I don't think about Lindsey. I can't even imagine how her family and friends feel. Where are you sweet girl? Come home for Christmas? Somebody, somewhere knows something. Please let them come forward so her family can have some answers.

It is really quite bizarre that both the McStays and the Jamisons were found within the same week. Great for the family members left behind to have closure! May they all be resting in a place of peace :heartbeat:

Oh this breaks my heart. I hope that they can be found before they cause harm to themselves... or they've gone to start a new life and this is to throw people off their scent/cause people to stop looking. The other alternatives are too awful to even contemplate...

I reran the directions on Google Maps, this time with Fall Mountain High School and North Conway, and the difference is much the same: - 164mi (2 hrs 53mins) traveling US-302 W and I-91 S - 142mi (3hrs) traveling I-93 S - 123mi (3hrs 1min) traveling NH-104 W

This is purely MOO, but I believe that Abigail's phone was pinging/switched on for quite a while after she went missing. I think that LE was hopeful that someone (be it Abigail or someone else) would use the phone, and so they didn't want any info out there that may tip off whoever had it and...
