I read a comment made by a person who was on one of the searches for Jennifer (can't remember where I read it , on here I believe) ...The searchers were given a list of items to look for as they searched and the briefcase was not on the list ...I guess it could have been accidentally left off...

Bo may have been tracking Jennifers scent but my question is ,why didn't Bo track Jennifers scent to her condo door instead of bottom of the stairs /bushes if that is the case? I have always found it interesting how Bo would track only the POI's scent when Jennifer had also recently sat...

Couldn't agree more...I don't think anything in the files will be released to the public ....I seriously doubt that that OPD will release anything without permission ....

Drew has said that he had "detailed" Jennifers car shortly before her disappearance , I wonder if that is why there weren't many fingerprints(I believe there was a partial print , whatever that is , and one print of Jennifers that was found in Jennifer car ?

RD ,I have read that he was in FL at the time of Jennifers disappearance in 2006...I don't know if this is accurate or not ....I believe he murdered Kelsey in 2007 ....

I found on line that Edwin R. Hall who murdered Kelsey Smith is 5'9" tall ....He is a frightening looking character for sure ....

The fact that there weren't any people(that I can see ) around at noon when Jennifers car was parked has always gotten to me as I used to be a home health nurse and had to go into places like the HOTG and there was ALWAYS people on porches , in the parking lot , coming and going , police...

I have always thought that possibly the POI had put a bicycle behind the bushes or stood there for awhile watching for Jennifer .... You would think that the dog would have picked upon Jennifers scent since she used the stairs there ...
