This is very sad. There's another NY case where the mom was murdered and the children adopted, and never seen again. Now if this poor man looks for his mom, this is what he will find.

I don't think that the judge saw any of that. They showed the judge very selective things to prove their case.
I think that the judge has retired, but I can't imagine him being comfortable with his decision after all that's come to light.
