The Presence of the Ransom Note

If the Pen shows prints that means it's not wiped. If there are no prints from anyone else but members of the house then I guess no intruder used it to write the RN assuming he didn't use gloves. But then, why wipe the flashlight...

    RDI poll/the Stines

I mean the pineapple was found on the table in the Ramsey home. But I guess they could have brought it from the Stines, a bit farfetched though.

    RDI poll/the Stines

But if JB was dead/unconsious before they got home, how/when did she actually eat the pineapple?

The Presence of the Ransom Note

Regarding the RN and the intruder I have a hard time seeing how and when the intruder wrote the note. Both the pen and the pad could be sourced to the home. I also found it strange for the Rs to spread the RN on the floor while reading it, that is just silly. To me that sound like they were...

    No intruder?

Yes, I agree that if this DNA gets matched to someone that cant be explained then it is very incriminating. But if it turns out to be JBRs snoring playpal or someone handling the evidence, not so much.

    No intruder?

Yes. Actually this someone might actually just have been handling one of the pieces of clothing, or maybe no clothing at all, maybe just shaking JBs hand on an earlier occasion, and the rest might be secondary transfer. HOTYH, your question could be "How did the DNA end up where it did?", and...

    No intruder?

Your question assumes this male desposited the DNA himself. I could easily be a transfer of DNA.

    No intruder?

The question falls under the fallacy of presupposition. Like, "When did you stop hitting your wife?"

    Questions directed toward Burke

A good post originally by BlueCrab regarding officer French's search, and some interesting thoughts. ------------------------------------------------------- Originally Posted by BlueCrab UKGuy, Officer French was primarily looking for two things in the basement when he searched at about 6:05...

    Questions directed toward Burke

I don't think you are correct here. It was PR who said this. PR also said that she hid christmas gifts in the winecellar and then latched the door. Interestingly it was probably not BR who latched the door, he could not reach the latch.

    Questions directed toward Burke

Officer French was the first officer examining the basement. He found the basement door latched on the outside. As he was loking for an intruder hiding he didn't bother to look inside the winecellar as noone could be hiding inside as the door was latched from the outside. The latch is very...

    Questions directed toward Burke

I think it's not so surprising that they couldn't come up with a better scheme. Especially as I think they were hampered by some ideas like worrying about the burial. I think PR just could not go along with disposing of the body outside, she wanted to have JB close by, and I think she was very...

Maybe it was the nintendo after all

http://www.gamepolitics.com/2009/03/02/report-5-year-old-stabs-sister-over-nintendo-ds A kid stabs his sister over a nintendo DS. Maybe Burkes new nintendo was the spark.

    Must be a "Mommy" thing?

Ye, you are right, thaks for reminding me. Just remembered that there was something very fishy about that heart ;)

    Must be a "Mommy" thing?

Interesting thing about the heart is that PR said something to the effect of the heart in JBs hand was very neatly drawn for being drawn by JB in one of her interviews. But she couldn't say when she actually saw the heart.... I think the heart maybe was drawn in the evening when they got...
