Wow! Really enjoyed the show this week, Tricia...I listened to it twice today. Great guests and discussions.
I'm really glad you talked about Andrea Yates and that you and the guests shared your opinions on her case with care. I always had sympathy for her and felt Rusty was creepy and...
I would like to second Irish_Eyes on the James Renner suggestion, and also offer another interview idea: Matt Birkbeck, who wrote a book about "Sharon Marshall." I think that would be a great conversation with lots of participation, since that is a case close to many Websleuthers' hearts.
Great interviews, Tricia! You always do a great job of remaining compassionate while still asking the tough questions. Thank you, too, to Carrie and Billie for coming on the show and answering difficult questions.
No, and my friend didn't watch the trial, so she wouldn't know FCA if she saw her. It seems like an odd place for her to relocate to since it is a tight-knit neighborhood with people out and about all the time. I'll let y'all know if I hear anything.
My good friend lives on Glenmawr in the Glen Echo area. It's a hippy-ish family area with a few OSU students sprinkled in. They have block parties regularly there.
The cars in those TMZ photos all had Ohio plates.
I am shocked and appalled. It's like the OJ verdict all over again. I thought for sure she'd get manslaughter at the very least. But...nothing??
Now what will happen? Book deal? Media tour? Will George and Cindy take her back into their home?
The first person I thought of when I heard this story was Tammy Lynn Leppart. I'm sure her sister is well aware of the story and I wonder if she would be able to access some of the photos that weren't released.
Great work on the matches. I think the Purple Hiphuggers and the gal in the yellow...
Sorry if this has been discussed before (I missed it if it was), but I just watched/listened to Annie's depo and noticed something significant. When she is asked if she knows anybody else at Sawgrass Apartments, she says no but looks to the viewer's left and down as she says it. Classic behavior...
It's a sad and terrible story and I'm sure that some of the fault lies in the upbringing of these boys. But plenty of children have horrible childhoods and grow up to be kind and caring adults. Others grow up to act out in various ways. This is to an extreme that makes me believe these kids...
No, you make sense, CuriousTwo. I guess this all happened in such a short time frame and I don't really know much about the medical issues involved. It's all just so hard hard to believe...and heartbreaking.
I don't understand how the herpes in Emma's *mouth* didn't strike the examiners as suspicious. How do you get that from a toilet seat? IMO, ball dropped by all involved.
WHOA...check out the wanted poster. I know it's been 15 years, but he doesn't even look remotely the same!

OMG, read the "survey" she's got on her page. It's very telling about her priorities.
Your fears: getting my heart broke again
Thoughts first waking up: kissing my wonderful boyfriend
Things from my past I regret: falling for guys that treat me like crap
Sdavidson11, you are an amazingly brave person...thank you for sharing your story with us.
I think the A's believe the only chance they have of keeping the doors closed on whatever sordid family secrets they might have is to force a mistrial.
