I am gutted for Corryn. I still believe that LR was linked/involved in some way.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I lost my sister in a car accident ( drunk driver). The accident happened in a town 800 kms from where we lived. Police officers said it was one of the worst accidents they had ever attended.I can tell you from personal experience that I still to this day do...

I know. I was backing you up :) I didn't know how to add frustrated detectives quote as well.

This is my point. I imagine that if the woman (from the Turkish shop) works in the area and is familiar with the comings and goings/antics of people in the early hours of Saturday morning -why did she hear the scream and call the police? If it was something she heard regularly and was...

I know this is awful but I can't get it out of my mind. If the police are alleging that both crimes occurred in Brunswick -was it Jill's screams that the lady in the Turkish shop heard? Didn't she contact police, but they didn't respond? It's just awful, so bloody awful.

Thank you Marlywings I was not aware that the handbag situation had been resolved. Great article too.

I have been thinking the same thing. As unbelievably awful as it is, the family will at least have some closure. At least she will be returned to those who have loved her most.

Since the latest news has been released I have acid swirling in my stomach and awful nausea. In all the time I have been following Jill's story I really truly thought she might have been found alive. It did enter my mind that she may have been murdered - but not once did rape enter my mind...

Hello :greetings: I usually follow in the Corryn Rayney section of the forum - and lurk in The Alison Baden Clay forum. Someone linked to this forum in one of those threads and I have been following ever since. I have watched the CCTV footage twice. I can't look at it anymore, it just...

Is this part of LR defence teams strategy - to wear everyone down and drag the case (and evidence) out until the reality and facts are blurred to the point of confusion? Even the judge admitted to being overwhelmed. This crafty, smug little *advertiser censored* is going to get away with murder. Can't the...

This is what I was trying to say the other day in my last post. I wholeheartedly agree TweetyPie, and it has ruffled my feathers as well! Like everyone else on here I want justice for Corryn - and in all honesty with what evidence has come forward and the ambiguity of it all - it seems that this...

I am with you on this Zoro. I find it incredibly frustrating to be honest. LR is not roaring from the rooftops "I'm innocent, I didn't do it" but rather being a smug *advertiser censored* trying to discredit any shred of evidence that is brought forward. To be honest this toing and froing is driving me...

Hello. I'm still here! Just reading posts and following the trial and taking it all in. If CR was murdered at home and at least one of the children were home at the same time - would there not have been some fracas? How was she murdered so quietly in her own home that no strange noises were...

I have to agree Dodo. Although I don't know if it has already been mentioned but was the car parked out the front of the vacant home of LR work associates?

Thank you for the warm welcome everyone. Dodo - I am thinking along the same lines with the car. I think it wasn't planned to park there - it was something he had to do as the car was not going to make it much further. Two witnesses (the engineer and the woman who lived in the area), have...

Hello :) I have also been following this case quite closely. I do believe that LR was involved in his wife's murder. Now after more information has come to light since the trial began I am wondering whether LR had a stash of cash that he used to pay someone to kill and dispose of...
