A utility worker found the girl's body last December in woods near where she lived with her mother and grandparents. She was reported missing in July, a month after she was last seen. Her third birthday passed while she was missing.

Although a motion for a change of venue has not yet been filed in court, the defense has given a draft to the prosecution.

He said one of the courtrooms can hold 200 people, but extra security would be required.

The court administrator said moving a trial to Jacksonville would be very costly and they would have to determine who would pay the bill.

The issue of seating an impartial jury is another thing that will have to be considered; and to avoid the media coverage the jury may have to be sequestered.

"I don't recall any time we've ever done that before, but in a case like this, a judge may want to do that," Fuller said.

Included in the interviews are coworkers of Cindy Anthony at Gentiva Health Services around the time Caylee went missing.

The report gives us an upclose look at the troubled relationship between Casey and her parents.

One interview reveals that Cindy was complaining about Casey and not being able to see her granddaughter. According to the person interviewed, Cindy talked about excuses she was getting from Casey about why she couldn't see the toddler.

Also, investigators talked with one of Casey's old boyfriends. Ricardo Morales said that when he dated Casey, Caylee was almost always with her.

Casey Anthony's defense team has sent out dozens of media releases throughout the case and some include accusations against the state attorney and prosecutors.

In one release, it states, "Lawson Lamar is facing tough opposition and having a missing baby is a perfect springboard for free commercial time." Another release states, "The prosecution has manipulated and shamelessly used the media in the reporting of false distorted &#8230; evidence."

Sources told Eyewitness News officials are looking into whether or not Baez violated a rule that states lawyers can't make false statements about judges or legal officials.

In the second investigation, a person complained that Baez may have violated bar advertising rules.

The two complaints are in addition to an informal complaint made to the State Attorneys Office. Sources told Eyewitness News there are allegations that Baez maybe using entertainment deals to fund his defense team.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony&#8217;s attorney Jose Baez has been dogged by questions about who's paying him, and how he is funding his legal dream team.

Those questions have now become a formal grievance.

The Florida Bar wants to know more about his relationship to Press Corps Media, a group that often sends press releases quoting the Baez law firm.

On Wednesday, Baez held a news conference denying any backroom deals.

Shortly after the discovery, detectives twice searched the Anthony home for any evidence connected to the crime scene. Local 6 News has learned that investigators took plastic bags that look the same as the black trash bag with yellow handles in which Caylee's remains were found.

The trash bag in which Caylee's body was placed is also identical in appearance to a bag Cindy Anthony gave to detectives in July, Local 6 News reported.

Months ago, a woman was seen taking trash from the curb outside the Anthony home. The bag was a black, plastic trash bag.

Baez said he has also asked for a change of venue when the murder trial is set for Casey Anthony the mother of the toddler who was missing from last June until December when her remains were found.

The courts said however that no paperwork has yet been filed asking for a change of venue, nor is the state attorney&#8217;s office aware of any motion.

&#8220;He can say or in his paperwork he can ask for another district to have it,&#8221; said Birdsong. &#8220;But he doesn't have the final say. It's the court that makes this decision."

"George Anthony has been gone since 8:30 this morning and he has taken several bottles of medication from his house," attorney Brad Conway told the 911 dispatcher in the call around 11:00pm Thursday.

George left his home Thursday around 10:30am for a job interview, but Cindy later realized he had taken his two weeks' supply of blood pressure and sleep medication and he had taken a photo of Cindy and Casey with him, but nothing else.

George Anthony seemed alert as he was escorted into the Daytona Beach police chief's car after officers found him in a motel room along with a six to eight page suicide note, sources told Eyewitness News.

Jose Baez told Eyewitness News he got a call from Anthony family attorney Brad Conway on Thursday night that George Anthony was missing. Baez was at the jail visiting Casey until midnight and returned to see her Friday morning around 11:00am.

Who&#8217;s Getting Paid?

Cheney Mason has practiced law in Florida for nearly 30 years. He's been on several high-profile cases, including the Lisa Nowak case.

News 13 asked him about paying for a defense of this magnitude. Mason said Baez might be thinking more about notoriety than a payday.

"There's some lawyers that take cases when they can't get money simply because they want the free publicity. They think it&#8217;s going to have people to storm the doors to hire them," Mason said.

He quickly pointed out that if any attorney were to write a book about a case they worked on, they wouldn't be able to practice law in Florida.

Mason also said if Anthony were to claim she was partially indigent, the state could help pay for the case and any expensive experts.

His wife, Cindy Anthony, told police officers that her husband disappeared soon after she had asked him to pick out jewelry for Caylee's funeral. She believed that might have made him more depressed.

George Anthony took with him bottles of medication and a photo of his wife and daughter, Casey Anthony, according to the police report. Casey Anthony, Caylee's mother, is charged with her child's murder. Caylee wasn't reported missing for nearly a month after she vanished.


A jail spokesperson said Casey Anthony is aware of what happened overnight with her father. "She was told about the situation this morning by Corrections Health Services Staff," the spokesperson said.

The Corrections department does not release any information about the demeanor or reaction of any inmate in their custody.

7:39 a.m.: A Halifax Hospital spokeswoman says in addition to the psychological observation, George Anthony is also facing medical issues, but because of privacy laws she could not be specific. He is in stable condition. She told News 13 that no family members have been at the hospital to visit George, countering an earlier report that his son, Lee Anthony, was there.

Cindy Anthony is expected to go and see him at some point this morning.

Anthony, the grandfather of murdered toddler Caylee Marie Anthony, left his home on Hopespring Drive in east Orange County Thursday morning and failed to show up for a 4 p.m. meeting with his wife, Cindy, and their attorney Brad Conway.

Orange County detectives were able to use pings from George Anthony's cell phone to track him to Daytona Beach near Bethune Point, according to Daytona Beach police. Officers began searching for George Anthony's black SUV and spotted it at the Hawaii Motel in the 1300 block of S. Ridgewood Avenue. Police Chief Mike Chitwood spoke with George Anthony and convinced him to seek medical attention, reports show.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The father of Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, had alcohol in his motel room and took several sleeping pills prior to being found by authorities after he sent suicidal text messages to family members who reported him missing, sources told Local 6 News.

Meanwhile, Local 6 News learned Thursday that a gas can with apparent duct tape on it that was seized from the home of George and Cindy Anthony, where Casey Anthony and Caylee lived, is being compared to duct tape found over Caylee's mouth because the tape appears to be identical.

The gas can was seized by investigators Aug. 1 from the Anthony home. Local 6 News showed video of the metal gas can, which appeared to have silver duct tape on it.

The duct tape found on Caylee's mouth is very interesting. After all, she's three years old, who would have to duct tape her mouth to keep her quite? Why would someone duct tape her mouth? Looking at it from a sound perspective, if she knew she was going to be hurt by anyone, she'd most likely cry or scream, indicating that at one point during the ordeal leading to her death, she was conscious and someone wanted to keep her quite. If reports indicate that duct tape or another object covered her nose as well, then one could speculate the tape was used to restrict air to the victim at some point as well as limiting sound.

The heart shaped sticker is certainly a symbol of love, but who would have loved a child so much they allowed or caused their death? &#8220;Only someone who loves themself,&#8221; said Olmstead.&#8221;

Lawyer: Law-enforcement saved George Anthony's life

Conway told dispatchers that George Anthony left the Anthony home around 10 a.m. Thursday morning to go on a job interview. Cindy Anthony relayed that her husband had been "upset and depressed" about his granddaughter's death recently. On Wednesday Cindy had asked George to pick out jewelry for Caylee's funeral, which seemed to upset him more, reports show.

"We're worried that something is -- he's done something to himself," Conway told a dispatcher.
