When I voted on this a few months ago, I didn't even know who Ryan Gosling was. Now that I do, I had to change my vote.

First, I saw him in "The Ides of March". That only served to arouse my curiosity, and make me rent the movie 'Fracture'. Now that I am obsessed, I personally own the following Ryan Gosling movies:

~ Drive
~ Crazy, Stupid Love
~ Fracture
~ Blue Valentine
~ Half Nelson
~ The Notebook
~ Stay
~ Murder by Numbers
~ Lars and the Real Girl
~ The Believer
~ All Good Things

I still need to buy 'The Slaughter Rule', 'The United States of Leland' and 'The Ides of March'. Watching them isn't enough. I need to own them, and watch them repeatedly. Oh! and I'm going to get a big 'Drive' poster to hang on my bedroom wall, too!

And then, there are all his new movies coming out- everything from 'Gangster Squad', and 'Only God Forgives', to the remake of the movie 'Logan's Run'.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend doesn't 'appreciate my appreciation' of all-things Ryan Gosling.
But, I'm okay with that!

This was harder than the vote for Sexiest Woman.

I did not know whom to vote for because there was almost a tie in my mind over Paul Newman, Brad Pit, Johnny Depp, Richard Geer last but not least Elvis. I also left many out, while stunning men I had to narrow it down.
(I did not have that much trouble selecting on the Ladies thread)

I love men who are handsome, sexy AND treat women right. To me that is Meeeow!! They stand for this saying.
"A boy makes his girl jealous of other women; A Gentleman makes other women jealous of his girl"
YAP I love that kind of a men, and find them hot...
IMO The sexy men I had a hard time finalizing are real men who treat the ladys right which IMHO makes them HOTER!
(OK some get a divorce - that is their right too, not for me to judge)

I finally did vote for Paul Newman.

On this thread I was surprised at some of the men women would think are sexy--- Yayks!
Example:
Jim Morison did great music but not great looking JMO and there were so many others that surprised me too.

Sorry Steely, you're no match for Christopher Reeves. He was hot! Plus I've only seen pics of SD when he was a kid with the fiddler on the roof hat. So that would just be wrong.

I voted Paul Newman. A young (pre-Dirty Harry) Clint Eastwood and a young Marlon Brando are on my list. Eastwood and Newman aged/have aged very well too.
