In his numerous press appearances, Solomon Metalwala tries to stay upbeat and positive.

But he admits to moments of despair.

"Saturday morning, I just woke up with a big burden on my shoulder," says Metalwala. "It was a hard morning."

Two weeks after Sky disappeared, Metalwala still won't allow himself to believe that his son is dead.

Dropping in to let the Metalwala family, especially Solomon, know I am praying for Sky's safe return. Praying Solomon is reunited with his daughter soon, and whatever the outcome, you are a wonderful daddy Solomon. Your children are too young to appreciate all you have done and continue to do for them now, but they will understand more when grown.

Keeping you in our prayers.

Electroshock therapy used on children? I know a lot about Russia & Ukraine, I've never heard of that. It isn't impossible.

I say that, because this has happened in the US, and not so long ago: http://digitaljournal.com/article/256492
" .....the State of Massachusetts just "renewed" Rotenberg's authority to use electric shocks on students. This, even though Rotenberg had admitted to administering excessive and unfair shocks to two children after being told to do so by a prank caller and the state tried twice to have the school shut down due to this practice and failed both times!
The prank caller, who is believed to have been a former student, called the center pretending to be one of the staff, and ordering shock treatments to be initiated on a then 16-and 19-year old students because of some things that were done hours prior. After the call, the students were awakened. One was shocked 22 times and the other student was shocked 77 times."

(thanks for all the good reading everyone)

Authorities have not ruled out any theories as they continue searching for missing 2-year-old Sky Metalwala.

The investigation has also largely focused on the boy's parents, Julia Biryukova and Solomon Metalwala, who were nearing the end of a bitter divorce and custody battle just weeks before their son disappeared.

This is the second story in a two-part series that examines the neglect and abuse the couple alleged against each other. The first part examined the parent's contentious marital history.
