Any new rule outs, since then?
Picture of her teeth, made by Carl Koppelman and his comment on post # 24.
Her upper teeth protrude outward, or that she had a chipped upper-front-right incisor (#8), or that her #8 crossed slightly over her #9.
The photo isn't presentable in a public forum, so I created this depiction of what her smile would look like (aside the official facial reconstruction) It also appears that she had an underbite. With her rear teeth clinched, there is very little overlap of her upper teeth over the lower teeth.
