How come no one on Nancy's show suspects *advertiser censored*? Are we crazy? I guess we'll find out soon enough.
 
More of LA's deposition. Nancy comments how he giggles throughout it. "To this day I believe everything my sister tells me"

Susan Lipskins, psychologist, thinks LA is lying in deposition.

Also talking about LA saying Casey admitting to him she lied to LE. Parents also knew story of abduction at JBP but nobody told LE story changed.
 
Anyone else notice today that JB and KC do not seem as cozy?
 
Who was Lee looking for online??? Was Caylee or KC lost in cyberspace?

Maybe because there's no sign Casey was earning any money?

She also says the A's are scam artists just like B. Madoff.
 
I like listening to LA being questioned. Gives us a small look at what the trial will be like and LA doesn't look very credible, IMO.
 
Nancy...."The More Casey talks the worse it gets"

Refering to her statement that ZG told KC to go to Target, Fusion,ect.
 
New defense attorney, Todd Macaluso from Calif., expertise in civil law and accident reconstruction.

Sue Moss: problem for defense coming up with an accidental death is what Casey has said.

Dr. Perper: death not accidental because of duct tape, in conjunction with other pieces of the puzzle.

I don't think that is good news. That's about the only defense KC has.
 
Nancy stressing why not call 911 if it was an accident? Dr. Perper going back to the duct tape: no accident.
 
That accident theory really p*sses me off. Thank you Dr. Perper. They are morons if they are going with that accident defense.
 
An accident does not account for the Duct Tape, Chloroform, Missing Children Searches, Not calling Police, The ZG story, Her behavior,etc.

If Caylee died in an accident would Casey be shopping for videos with Tony at Blckbuster the next day?
