I don't mean anything negative about this, but has DT been doing any interviews lately? I wonder if her lawyer advised her to stop. Surely the media is still trying to get interviews with her. When was the last one she gave? Been a couple weeks or so now, hasn't it?

ccane I think I know what you are referring to. when i was searching for the neighbor's comment about the trash already being picked up I can across a quote from another neighbor about Somer being very friendly, take that however . . .

Not sure these were her exact words but basically Somer's very friendly and I don't want to say anymore b/c I don't want to say anything disparaging. (this is my take on what she said)

So there is:
1-woman at Gano who told LE to search the dumpster at Gano she wishes she would have
2-neighbor woman when asked about trash day states, it's already been picked up take that for what it's worth (or something to that effect)
3-neighbor woman who says Somer is very friendly and then ends with a curt comment such as the above.

my GOD... where is justice for Sommer? I am just stopping in to give some support to the sleuthing but I truly hope LE has a leg to go on!!!! (and the same to can be said by me in terms of the Neveah B. case)

I just watched a video in which Diena said the kids got a ride to school and only walked home on nice days.

Did I post that one? I don't remember now.

But I just saw this again:

Braddy used to walk Somer to school every morning. She said the neighborhood has changed.

"It's changed for the better. I can say no kids are left out by themselves at all."

Actually, I got the distinct impression on a couple of her last videos that it was DT and not the network morning show who had requested the interviews.
Based on such things as "thank you for inviting US" ," now what was it you wanted to tell the viewers?", "Why do you keep putting your face out there?"
a memorable quote from Meredith Viera!, that's for sure.
It may be she would still like to put her story out there for a national "reminder", but there may not be any takers. These type shows are very fickle. What with Cheetah Woods story being front and center. And when they have the time and inclination, stories about Shaniya. Or Elizabeth because they are more ratings grabbing due to the unusual nature of each crime.

In this story about Somer, in the comments, a woman notes that she often saw Somer walking alone ... either in front of or behind her brother and sister.

I wonder who else was watching and noticed this. Search for "Although I don't"

Wow, those two comments ( including the one above it) kind of negate the heroic impression of AB walking with or giving rides to the T children.

It says all friend had been contacted.

I wonder who watched them after the sitter quit and I wonder who watched them all summer.

The sitter states that she doesn't ever know where Somer was, so I assume that was when coming home late from school.

According to Jen Waugh (?) Reporter, Diena says that Somer didn't like playing outside but preferred to be inside with her (Diena) and Diena's boyfriend.

Also in this video, reporter says that Somer met up with AT and ST at corner of DeBarry and Gano ... 4 blocks from her home.

Asked volunteers to stay out of the area. LE will regroup tonight and figure out how best they can use the volunteers. Have horses, canine units, searching for Somer (5 mile radius).

14 agencies involved in the search for Somer.

She said the 7-year-old is headstrong and often jumped ahead of her brother and sister on the way back from school and made her way back by herself. These trips usually took anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, and she said Diena Thompson had a list of phone numbers for the parents of Somer's friends in case she was gone for too long.

I wonder if Diena was made aware of this ...

To me it sounds like DT made the list herself. The comments of Somer liking to be inside don't jive with tree houses and swimming pools, either.

Actually DT's mom makes the same comment in an interview she did out front of DT's house...she said Somer didn't even go outside that much.

Around the 2 minute mark, after she's asked "is she a barbie person?" DT's mom says "no she's not a barbie person......" and then goes on "she hangs around inside alot, she doesn't even play outside very much..."
