Thanks for clearing that up about the rescheduling of the bond hearing. I failed to see the RESET when I looked at it!
I was wondering why it was on there twice!

Doc could be right...hard to know if it was the 17th reset to today or vice versa...

Donna's hearing is only for today.

The hearing on 2/17/10 is for another criminal who will he heard by Judge Berger. Click on the link to 2/17/10 and you will see it is for someone else.

Donna's Felony Arraignment is 3/8/10

It was NEVER reset. Everyone is looking at the hearing on the 17th that was reset BUT it was NOT for Donna, but that of someone named Gray.

Read the docket from the bottom up-it was originally set for the 17th and then changed to the 10th.

Does anyone find it interesting that the man DB is talking to says, LE advised her to get out of town and cease contact with this group? I mean, doesn't that sound like they kind of warned her? I just have to wonder why Ron Cummings wasn't also warned? Oh, maybe they really wanted him!

It is interesting but not something we have not heard before. Steph Watts did a show a couple of weeks back with a lady who claimed to have heard the tapes Donna had made of these characters. At that time, Steph was aware that LE had advised her, Donna, those tapes were illegal and she should dispose of them and they, LE, told her to get out of this investigation at that time. When exactly LE told Donna Brock this is unclear - but she was warned and failed to do so. Her choice alone to stay - now lets hope that she has told LE every possible thing she can remember, especially conversations about Haleigh, ashes and all.
