Observed how Nancy was dressed...wearing blue green summer dress and flip flops/sandles.

Ate ribs and drank wine, then beer later. Did not see/note Nancy spilled anything on her dress.
 
Participated in a search for Nancy Monday. Most of Tuesday.
 
Knew Nancy ran early mornings. Physically fit and exercised often.


Paired with wife/dog, C Lee and son, reporter on Monday search. Searched Tuesday with H Matour.
 
Knew H had an affair with Brad and H has a strained relationship with Nancy.
 
No invitation from Brad to attend any private service.
 
Cross from defense.

Saw Nancy first, then Brad and girls later.

Mike wanted to find a time to play tennis with Brad. Mike made plans for Saturday morning. 9:30 or 10.

Nancy made no objections to Brad playing tennis Sat morning.
After Brad left Nancy made plans with Jessica to paint during the weekend, possibly Saturday....
 
Nancy was aware of his plans for tennis Saturday morning. Mike approached Nancy about playing tennis with Brad to find out when he could play tennis with Brad.
 
Nancy was outgoing, Brad more private.

Knew Brad worked long hours and that Brad was sole support for family.
 
Neither Brad or Nancy appeared upset, but appeared to "cold shoulder".
 
Brad never spoke about his marriage/difficulties to Ross.
 
Nancy was drinking @ party. Could tell she was "buzzed".
 
Never saw Brad raise his voice, never heard from Nancy that Brad was violent.

Understood that Brads employer was trying to get Nancy get a green card...after she had made plans to go back to Canada.
Getting along on Memorial Day, most friendly he had ever seen them together. Limited conversation that day with Nancy. Prior to Memorial Day Nancy had made plans to move back to Canada/cancelled plans.

Sending out Jury.
 
Moving was cancelled because Brad objected to them moving back to Canada.
 
Wife had discussion with D. Duncan about party, party being cancelled and why.
 
No ruling by judge on double hearsay, will wait for cooberation by Ross' wife?
 
During the last year or two of Nancys life, saw Brad once every few months.... saw Nancy about once a month.

Longest conversation with Brad only lasted a few minutes.

Didn't send condolence card to Brad because he wasn't particularly friendly to where he would send a card.
